Stayed a week with my wife and our (big) dog. Frankie was an awesome communicator, quick to reply to any message or query. When we arrived Frankie met us as soon as we got out of the car, huge smile and ensuring that we were ok. Frankie and Lek were super responsive to our dog, big pats and big smiles. We had a heap of bags and Frankie and Lek immediately helped to carry them up the single flight of stairs. When we got to the room, wow, so beautifully presented, clean and airy, lots of room and everything we could possibly need. The apartment is fresh and presents as new, easy to make yourself very comfortable! We couldn’t believe how clean our room would be after being made up by Lek, it was as if we had never been there! I highly recommend Asia Apartments and comment Frankie on presenting such well presented and affordable accommodation. Just a short walk to the beach, local markets and 2 7/11’s down the road, as well as so many restaurant choices! We will definitely stay again!

Jackie's place is great. The condo is new and stylish, plus the view! The room was nice, best for 2. But if you have more people like I did, it also fit. You will enjoy staying here. It is better if you have your own transportation. I'd recommend this place if you come to visit pattaya.

Initially I was concerned when I saw last review, but I realized it’s essential to look at the last 6 months to get the true picture. Glad I did Couldn’t be happier, cleanliness & comfort top priorities. It exceeded my expectations room was spotless" you could eat off the floor" Ellen the host was incredible. Arrived early, Ellen kindly allowed me to check in since room was ready. I travel to Pattaya for work regularly, this condo will be my go-to. The video link provided a clear idea of what to expect. There was a QR code in room with all the information including WIFI instant connect. Loved the APP to unlock door. Fast Internet. Location - Everything at the street and close by, Quiet at Night!! Bed - Fantastic, firm yet comfortable, unlike many beds I've had in Thailand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND I will share be sharing with friends.

Overall, my experience at that unit was great. The Internet is not good, but overall my stay was pleasant. Housekeeping was great. The laundry service was great.

Obwohl ich deutlich verspätet ankam, hat mich Udo mit seiner Frau spät in der Nacht am Busbahnhof abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Er gab mir wertvolle Tipps und Ratschläge. Ich habe mich im Appartement Sehr angenehm gefühlt. Bei einem kleinen Fehler an dem Wasserkocher hat Udo diesen sofort ausgetauscht. Insgesamt war ich mehr als zufrieden und ich komme sicher wieder. Was für mich sicher auch sehr wichtig ist : mit Udo konnte ich mich in DEUTSCH unterhalten☺☺

Arslan is a great host. Very friendly and helpful. The condo is very quiet and the condo staff is very friendly.

I want to say that the host, Cristina, is a very kind person, she always answers immediately if you need anything about the apartment.the apartment has everything you need for a long vacation. I stayed for a month. You have everything you need for cooking. What is very important to me is the silence, you can sleep as long as you want. When you wake up, just take a step from the balcony and you are in the pool. Thank you Cristina for everything see you soon

Nice place if you want live in Peaceful atmosphere, with all amenities just a 1 min walk, 2 min from Beach, very affordable specious room for two with nice gallary.

хороший комплекс. далековато от моря, зато близко к парку. хорошие, чистые бассейны, близко магазины и кафе. с Иваном было удобно общаться, решил все проблемы во время.

Нам очень понравилось! Плюсы: - есть камеры видеонаблюдения (безопасность) - Тостер, блендер - Отличная стиральная машина, которая не портила вещи и все отстирывала - Супер хозяин, помогал нам при любом вопросе - Достаточно посуды - Большой балкон - Хороший интернет, подходит для зум-звонков, перебоев не было, скорость высокая была - Стол и стул для работает - Отличная сушилка - Удобная парковка - Бассейн и зал (но не большие) Минусы: - Кровать была не одна, а две, иногда разъезжалась - Мало места для вещей (шкаф был слегка забит быт вещами) - Кондиционер не менял температуру - Иногда шумные соседи (но это не зависит от хозяина) Мы бы остановились снова с удовольствием, это было одно из самых лучших снимаемых нами квартир.
