I had an amazing stay at Kartiki Homestay in North Goa with my friends! From the moment we arrived, the caretaker Binod gave us a warm welcome,making us feel right at home. His hospitality and friendly nature truly added to our wonderful experience. The homestay is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all necessary kitchen accessories, which made our stay even more convenient. We enjoyed the comfort of the property and felt completely at ease. The location is perfect-close to the beaches and local attractions yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day of exploring. We absolutely loved this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a homely and comfortable stay in Goa. We can't wait to visit again!

This Airbnb villa is an excellent option for budget-conscious travelers. It provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and the value for money was outstanding. What truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing host. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for an affordable and hassle-free stay.

The stay was MAGICAL. It will now be on my checklist everytime I come to Goa. The entire place was thoughtfully curated...From the paintings to pictures to the cutest balcony filled with plants and a swing overlooking the sea.... There is a super market as well just 2 minutes walking distance.. Lipy was most helpful and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and that I had my kayaking experience.... Waking up to the view is something is I miss still.... For food you can go to cafe Lilola which was right next to the stay... There are other cafes near as well if you want to go for a chill evening Overall it was perfect!

I stayed at Rangeen Villa for 2 nights at the first view terrace apartment with my little dog. Yashodra and Pavi are warm, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The stay is close to a host of swank restaurants and cafés. The forest view is real and a great place to walk your dog in peace. I also think this is a great place to work out of for a few days. The WiFi is powerful and we had electricity through the day. Our dog Lola loved every moment of hers here. The terrace is a good place for the dogs to rest or generally just hang around. I’d love to go back again and thank Yashodra for a fine stay.

We had a great stay at this villa. Ishaan and Prashant were outstanding, provided us with excellent service and went out of their ways. Villa’s location is also very good. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this place.

Great place to spend your time with friends and family. The caretakers were really helpful and friendly.

We spent 4 nights and it was one of the best houses we stayed. Jerry had some food to receive us, it was a nice and important thing to do. The place was also very clean and organised. Everything we needed was there. Jerry is also very friendly took us to some places and show us around. If you don’t want this kind of relationship it is also possible, some days we wanted our privacy. He also helped us by booking a taxi and a scooter. The location is also good, 10 min away from the beach by scooter. You should choose the ozran beach. After all one of the best place!

The property is so amazing to be within, exactly like the pictures, spacious and well organised. The check-in process was seamless and our Host Marlene was always a text or call away, so was the property caretaker Sudeep. Overall really happy with our stay would definitely visit again.
