Beautiful property - the pictures don’t do it justice. Great Lake views from house and hot tub. Great architecture and art. Ghada was very responsive and helpful with connecting us with people for our various needs (chef, masseuse, etc). Will definitely return.

We loved our stay here and would stay again! The badminton court and the kayak were great. The daily breakfasts were delicious and David helped book tuk tuks into town to go to restaurants. Only thing I would clear up is that there's really only 1 bedroom with privacy. The others are two and two without doors. Also, the beds are not the most comfortable, but worth it for the amenities!

We loved our stay at Lakeview on the Rocks! It was wonderful to relax in such a beautiful setting - we enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning looking out over the volcanos. We also loved the kayaks and paddleboards that were available. Everyone was extremely helpful and responsive. In particular, Victoriano came to the rescue many times. He helped us arrange last-minute private transportation, order pizza, navigate the house amenities, and went above and beyond to make sure the beach was clean and the boats were well maintained. The hosts were also very helpful before and during the trip in helping us arrange a shuttle from Antigua and a private chef for one night of our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer!

At first it was a little difficult to find the place, but this was because we did not follow the instructions sent by Whats App where we were told that we should contact Adolfo. After we did it, everything was relatively easy and the house seemed like an excellent option to share with the family. Great views, peacefully and a good relaxing place. Adolfo was a great guy, he helped us with everything we needed. Al principio fue un poquito dificil encontrar el lugar, pero esto debido a que no seguimos las instrucciones que fueron enviadas por whats app donde se nos indicaba que debiamos comunicarnos con Adolfo, despues que lo hicimos todo fue relativamente facil y la casa nos parecio una excelente opcion para compartir en familia. Muy bonitas vistas, un lugar lleno de paz bueno para relajarse. Adolfo fue un buen muchacho que nos ayudo en todo lo que necesitamos.

Unique and beautiful stay with breathtaking views at the amenities! Alvaro was very responsive whenever we needed help with anything and went above and beyond for us! Definitely recommend! Only thing I will mention is that sometimes you might have to wait a long time for public lanchas being in Santiago but just set aside time if you need to use those or look into private lanchas if you need to get to another town quickly!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

Una propiedad hermosa, tranquila, con muchas actividades por hacer, impresionantes vistas, fui con hijos, nietos y mama y todos lo pasamos muy bien. Jessica, Jose, Anali, Edyberto y el jardinero hacen un excelente trabajo alli, son personas super atentas, educados y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos con gusto. Si quieren ir a conocer pueblos si deben de rentar lancha. La casa estaba limpia y la matienen muy bien y nos cocinaron muy rico todo lo que les pediamos, Me gustaria regresar pronto 100% recomendada
