Absolutely perfect for us. Get escape away from people and just super relaxing watching the ocean views. The Bach is the typical kiwi bach very easy to feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we can.

David and Lynn are truly delightful! Their accommodations were the perfect place to stay in Tairua. With a warm welcome and a clean, well equipped guesthouse steps from the water we couldn’t have asked for more! We hope to return someday and will recommend their place to others. We had a wonderful 10 days in this cosy cottage in The Mount. Entry and exit were extremely easy and Antony was very helpful letting us enter a few hours earlier than the stated time. The cottage was very clean and well equipped, we were able to cook several meals including a BBQ. The location was amazing, it took 5 minutes to walk to the nearest beach and then 20 minutes along the boardwalk to get down to the main beach at the base of the Mount. The beaches are lovely, so clean with easy swimming conditions and plenty of surfing if wanted. There are lots of good restaurant choices all within easy walking distance. We ventured out and did some waterfall hikes and a visit to Rotorua to the thermal pools. Antony was super easy to communicate with and helped make our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay, can’t beat the location! We walked to the beach with boogie boards and had a blast! Rooms were a little warm at night, we had windows open at first but bugs were coming in (no screens), but there was an AC in the living room and fans in the rooms! Loved having washer and dryer!

Closely drivable to town for anything you may need, but an amazing view from this side of town! Perfect little place. Well kept and everything you need inside. Would love to come stay again!

We had a great few days at The Mount. Apartment is lovely and very close to the beach, shops, cafes etc so we mostly walked everywhere .

The apartment is spacious and modern with stunning views over the marina. It is well equipped with everything you could need. We received clear instructions making it easy to find and access the property. We had a very enjoyable few days exploring the beautiful coastline around Whitianga.

Absolutely wicked stay! The place was beautifully stocked with actual household essentials—not just the bare minimum—which made it feel super homey and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and everything we needed was right there. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and the location near Waihi Beach was perfect. Overall, a fantastic experience—would definitely stay again!

Belinda's place was just what me and my little dog Charlie need after long day working around the country. It's hotel suit quality and dog friendly so who could ask for more, it's beautiful room and apparently has a spa somewhere but the weather wasn't that good and to be honest I was just happy to relax with a glass of wine. We hope to be back soon! 🐶😃👍

Nice view and fun glamping pod experience. Slightly close to the next pods but overall would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. It was spacious indoors. Sitting outside with a cold drink taking in the view and watching tuis, quail and fantails was great. We made use of the barbecue and washing machine. Kitchen area was compact. Alan the host was welcoming and gave us good tips on things to do.

What a fabulous family friendly home to stay in. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for a great weekend.

Lovely modern home on river by beach. Beautiful, quiet. Enjoyed kayaking from house to house wish we stayed longer!

Excellent location, right on the beach and only a short walk to the shops. Wendy is a great host, communicating as soon as the booking was confirmed with essential information.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

Lynne's place was very tranquil and a pretty special slice of the country, it was very private and you had access to your own private bay. The views were incredible. A bit of a hike too drive too - be prepared for the windy roads but absolutely worth it! Would recommend to a friend and would stay again and relax with a book looking out to the bay.

We had a great stay here. Excellent location. Short stroll to the beach. In easy reach of lots of restaurants and shops.

Our family had a amazing stay, from the moment we opened the door to the time we left. The views of the ocean were stunning, I don't think you could get any closer to the water anywhere else at the Mt. I want to comment on the cleanliness of the house, and the fresh smells, everything was tiptop, even had body wash and hand wash in the bathrooms. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. There were toys, games, sand toys, boogie boards ( we didnt use) for children. A very user friendly house. Would totally recommend staying here, and I will be telling others about this beautiful Air B & B.
