Had a lovely longer-term stay here. The house is beautiful with classic old New England character but totally modern features inside. Walking distance to several walking trails and coffee shops and short drives to countless places for swimming, hiking, rock climbing, and walking. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. No complaints here, we had a wonderful stay!

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

Really enjoyed this AirBnB, right on the Rail Trail which was perfect for a few days of cross country skiing and it is also a short walking distance to into town. Although it snowed quite a bit, and the temps were single digits, we were cozy and warm with easy access to our car as the snow was frequently plowed and walkways were shoveled. Ruth’s place has a well stocked kitchen and the bathroom was immaculate. Bed was very comfy. Ruth was quick to respond to questions and communication was great. Will keep this as a favorite for future trips!

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here in North Conway. Abbey and her team were wicked helpful through the whole experience. Their place was amazing and had everything we could have asked for! We felt very safe there walking around to and from town. Will definitely look into staying with them again! Thank you!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. This house was great for a ski weekend with friends and our dog. We were able to cook together and hang out after a long day on the slopes.

From booking to check-out, everything was seamless. The house was clean, had lots of amenities, and Caitlin was very responsive to my questions. We had an amazing time at our concert, Weirs Beach, and hiking in different areas. Looking forward to booking with her again. Thank you!

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

My partner and I had the best time here! We loved every second of it and didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect size and very cozy. Joshua was an extremely nice host. He responded to my concerns or questions in a timely manner, and was just overall really nice and welcoming. Would definitely book again!

The whole building was very clean. The apartment was comfortable for four people. Shops and restaurants were just across the parking lot. The view off the deck was lovely!

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.
