We had an excellent stay, clean and very spacious yard. Close to everything.

Great location. Nice fenced yard. Kitchen stocked well with plates and cooking needs. Easy to find and check in and out easy. Host responsive to any concerns.

We loved the house; lots a room for our two families to enjoy! Teens hung out in the pool every evening. Location is perfect between Myrtle Beach and Charleston for day trips into town!

Really enjoyed staying at Chelsea and Dan’s. It was close to my parents that I could walk there. Very clean and accurately described. Definitely would suggest staying there if you are looking for a place to stay in Surfside. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We came for the Myrtle Beach 5k/half/marathon race with extended family and this place was the perfect location and space! I didn’t realize how close it was to Broadway at the Beach, which was where a lot of the race activities began. Location was also perfect for driving out to other beach spots and attractions. The street was peaceful and private. The porch was delightful and the house was the perfect space for our larger party. Would love to come back again!!

Rachel’s house was well stocked including coffee pods, tea bags. The dog loved the back yard she even set out doggie bowls and doggie towels incase of rain. The kitchen set up beautifully with all you can imagine. Very peaceful location. We will definitely be back. Location close to everything. If I could give you 10 stars I would Thank you we had a great time.

The house is in a great location by the water on one side with the dock and a block away from the beach (3-5 minute walk). You could see the sunrise and sunset if you wanted which was beautiful. The house is just as advertised and the downstairs screened in area is huge and great for a cookout. The inside of the house was very clean and beachy. We cooked quite a bit and the house had everything we needed in terms of plates, pots, utensils etc and we could squeeze all ten of us around the table. The house is very close to Publix and fresh market for supplies. Jane was super friendly and responded right away if I had any questions. I would recommend this house 100%.

Kate's house was perfect for spring break get away with the family. Clean, easy walk to beach, pool and hot tub were great for the kiddos. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The stay at Tim’s property was just great! The house was really clean, well equipped with everything one needs while on vacation, very welcoming and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a beautiful place for their vacation! Close to lots of stores and restaurants which made it easy to enjoy our time at the beach.

My husband and I were here for three nights with our dogs. My husband golfed and I was interested in wildlife so the location was fantastic - everything felt really close; the place is clean, comfortable and pet friendly, which was important for us. We’d definitely come back if we have a chance to visit Pawley’s island again!

Excellent location. We walked to the boardwalk - about 25 min leisurely walk. Broadway on the beach was a 5 min drive. Many restaurants short drive or walking distance. View was perfect. Small grassy park next to parking lot for dogs. Easy access to beach. Outside pool was pristine. Inside pool, hot tub and lazy river were just ok (need cleaning and updates) but my kids enjoyed them. Enjoyed having coffee counter (served Starbucks) and restaurant (delicious breakfast) on site. Pleasantly surprised soaps, dish soap, etc provided - didn’t need to purchase any extra supplies for our 3 days. Great stay for my fam -including our dog! Clean floors and furniture, direct beach access, condo as described. Extra outlets in bedroom were considerate. The ACs running were a little loud for my liking. The Patricia Grand complex compared to a 3 star hotel in my opinion but was very dog friendly which was my priority for this stay. Thank you for a great option for my whole family!

My family & I had a fabulous vacation. We enjoyed the 3 min walk to the beach & the private pool. They had everything you needed for the pool & the beach. They had a wagon , plenty of beach chairs , several bikes , boogie boards, sand toys , coolers & pool toys. We literally didn’t need to bring anything. The inside was beautiful & spotless! The beds were comfortable & have really great sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked & the y had plenty of beach towels & linens. The front porch was really nice & relaxing as well as the back porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Nice porch to read, relax and enjoy the sun and breeze. We have stayed there before. The only thing I would caution anyone about is lots of stairs (bedroom is upstairs as well as stairs to entry) which I was aware of but may be difficult for someone. Nice quiet and clean surroundings as well. Close to pier and restaurants.

Overall our family stay was amazing. Leading up to the trip communication from red awning was slow on any questions we had but once they set us up with the local host’s direct number, communications were great! The space was exactly as pictured and perfect for a large family. My kids felt right at home and loved the pool, ample outdoor play areas and even the adorable ducks in the pond. The only complaint we had was the level of cleanliness upon check in. You could tell that the space had been recently cleaned. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and even smelled fresh and clean, but the floors throughout the main areas of the house and the bedrooms were covered in dog hair and sand. Also some of the trash cans did not have liners in them, so that took some time to figure out where the trashcan liners were and to line all the trash cans. Overall, the house was amazing, we look forward to booking again for this summer!

We booked this as a last minute trip and Karen was very responsive and accommodating of our last minute check in! This was a perfect house for a family and my kids loved the putting green, pool, and golf cart! The location is only like a two minute walk to the beach and the golf cart was great to drive to the pier and the coffee shop! There are multiple grocery stores within a couple minute drive and so much to do in the area!

Awesome place! For a Duplex, it's actually very spacious. Clearly some great designing went into this building. Loved the king bed, super comfy. Didint feel crammed one bit. Had everything you could need for a short term or long term stay and at a great rate.

Sam was an absolute pleasure. We ran into a very minor problem but was quickly resolved. Sam was very accommodating and I would stay again.

We had the best time! Place was very clean upon arrival, great recommendations, comfy beds, awesome hot tub, easy beach access, golf cart rides multiple times a day and all the neighbors were so very friendly and welcoming. Close to airport, nature park, great eats, coffee and more! Do not hesitate on this one!

Damien and Regina came through for me in a crunch late on a Sunday evening. So thankful and appreciative for the last minute and wonderful accommodations. It was especially awesome that the freezer had plenty of ice. The kitchen has everything you need right down to the corkscrews. It is private and in a quiet neighborhood. I haven't slept as well as I did here for as long as I can remember. Bed was very comfortable. The 3 block walk to the beach (and to restaurants) was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and spacious with so many things to do! We were less than a block from the beach! My family really enjoyed our time there and we will definitely rebook for our next Myrtle beach vacation!

This house and stay were great. The golf cart made for an easy ride to the beach and pool. Both pools were a short walk or ride from the house. Dog park was right across the street, so the pup was very happy. Restaurants nearby and at Merrills Inlet were great. Myrtle Beach was pretty short drive to main locations, but this house was away from the hustle and bustle so was a good and peaceful escape. Overall, a great stay.

This was our 2nd time to stay at Sara's place. 2 wks the 1st time and 3 wks this time. This really says it all . The beach is a 7 minute walk. Golf and restaurants are within minutes. The accommodation is great. 1 bedroom with all the things you need. Sara is a wonderful host. Unfortunately our paths did not cross this time, but she responses immediately to any communication. Once again this year, Sara's place was the perfect match to all our needs.

The Coddage is the cutest! This was the perfect location and one of my favorite vacations yet! Garden City Beach is nicer than Myrtle Beach, but still close enough (20 minute drive) if you have kids and want to take them there for attractions. Mary was quick to respond to questions and provided everything you could possibly need. It meant the world that we were able to bring our fur babies on vacation with us. We will definitely be back!
