We stayed as a family of 4, including a 1 year old and 3.5 year old. The place was extremely comfortable and had everything we would need for our stay. The kids enjoyed the playroom and kids room with lot of toys and books. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils, cooking ware, and a high chair. Place could easily accommodate more people, very clean, comfy beds. Property manager was very responsive. Short drive to downtown area. Lastly, great outdoor area, we’d love to plan a trip there when warmer as well!

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

An amazing location when you want to get slightly off the grid for peace and tranquility. Everything you need to truly slow down, dial out and get peace, quiet and rest. An amazing spot for a weekend getaway. If you want to find yourself amongst serene surroundings and a quiet, private wooded area, this is the place. Just enough modern amenities to be comfortable, but just basic enough to make you slow down. Tanner the host was the most responsive and helpful host of any of the airbnbs we've ever stayed. Truly went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay as comfortable as possible. More than accommodating with every request.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The house was very clean and spacious, the views were amazing. Susanna was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed very much staying at the house. We would love to come back.

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

Loved the house. Kitchen is great. Awesome living room with very comfortable couch and fireplace. Bedrooms perfect. Hot tub was perfect. Original Nintendo system upstairs was fun. Went skiing at Hunter which is 20-25 min away. Woodstock 15 min away. Really a great place. Jaime was responsive, friendly and helpful.

A beautiful and thoughtfully reconstructed house. It has everything you could need to enjoy a very chill time at the house indoors and outdoors or even cook a meal in. Kid friendly.Beautiful light. Beautiful views. Very convenient location. Kind hosts. We have stayed at a few places around town but this was by far our favorite house.

Rahul was the best host! He was proactive in keeping us happy, so easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. So grateful for an amazing winter in his home!

The walk from the street to the entrance door could be challenging for someone with physical limitations, and the room air conditioners were a little loud, but everything else was wonderful. The outside of the house does not represent the beautifully remodeled interior. Kitchen had all modern necessary appliances, cookware, utensils and dinnerware. Bathrooms were stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers etc. Modern washer/dryer in the basement. Great sunrises and lake view from the front deck. Children enjoyed fishing from the dock and sharing the 2 provided double kayaks. 10-15 minute drive to public beach, boat rentals, dining and groceries. 30 minute drive to Legoland.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern home in Wallkill, NY. Tucked away on a quiet street with plenty of privacy from the surrounding trees, it felt like the perfect escape from the city. My favorite part was the open-concept kitchen and living area, with expansive windows that made it feel like I was immersed in nature while still enjoying the comfort of being indoors. It was the ideal space to rest, relax, and recharge. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this home!

Mahmoud's accommodation was more than we could have wished for, it was perfect and had the most incredible views of the Hudson River and surrounding mountains. Mahmoud was very responsive and was able to answer all of our questions and fulfill our requests. We highly recommend his home to anyone else that's interested and we would love to make a trip back sometime in the future!

Jose was a great host—very responsive and proactive. It snowed the day we arrived, and Jose made sure the snow was cleared so we could fully enjoy the place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

A lovely house in a private location. Our kids loved the games, watching movies on the projector, and watching deer from the window. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was comfortable.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at! The house is so beautiful and clean! Beds are extremely comfortable and the views of the lake is stunning!! Thanks so much again for a wonderful stay with my family!

Excellent place to stay at. Truly luxurious with modern fixtures and appliances. Very clean and neat with tasteful decor. Great view in the winter, extremely peaceful and private. Driveway definitely requires AWD due to ice and snow in the winter. Tons of towels and toiletries provided. Patti and Bob were so helpful and courteous. Many great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Very knowledgeable on the local trails. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

Faisal was extremely responsive throughout our stay. we loved the indoor pool and the game tables. there was a nice selection. The rooms were nice. It was great that the bedrooms were on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. We came with an elderly person and they were able to make their way around the house. my son asked if he can use the fire pit out in back and he was able to. he collected wood from the side of the house. nice location. we really enjoyed our stay.

I can not say enough about how pleased we were with this home. Cleanliness is a huge factor and this property exeeded our expectations. Jane is the host with the most!!! The property is the exception not the norm. I have never stayed at a location that has absolutely everything a guest can think of or need. The Kitchen is better equipped than my own, lol! The towels and linens were crisp and clean and in abundance. To top it all off, I forgot my watch charger and she provided one within minutes. The list can go on! The only thing I regret is that it was a rainy weekend and we were not able to utilize the firepit outside…. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

There were 5 of us, with another 6 staying in another nearby air bnb. We had Thanksgiving in our house and found everything we needed to cook. Seating was a bit challenging, but we made it work and it was very comfortable. The location is in the woods with lots of boulders and rocks, which we all loved. We found the place easily using GPS. Everyone’s bed was comfy. Close enough to what we wanted, just far enough away to make it an adventure. Because it was so cold and grey, we didn’t hike, but saw plenty of opportunities (maybe next time?!)

Amazing cabin in a remote location with all necessary amenities far away from the city. Our best AirBnB experience so far and would love to go back
