Great little place to stay right on main street. Super convenient parking and plenty of walkable restaurants in the area for coffee or dinner. The place was clean, cozy, had a comfortable bed and two smart TVs with fast wifi for streaming. Ian was easy to communicate with and offered flexible check in and check out times. Would stay again or recommend to anyone else staying in the area!

Responsive host, clean apartment and walking distance to everything in downtown

This was a great place to stay you can walk 10 minutes to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I was here in the winter and it was great, but I am sure there is even more going on in the summer months.

Annette’s space was beautifully decorated and in a great location. The parking garage was convenient and once parked we walked to everywhere during our visit. The lobby and building were being renovated so we never saw the gym or pool but the new tile downstairs will be great once it is finished. We would definitely stay at this location again.

This Airbnb was an unexpected gem. The neighborhood is quiet and right near the bike path. Warren has some top notch restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bed linens were crisp, and there were ample towels. The amenities were just as described. There is a little private patio off of the kitchen and there is a bigger area next to it with a fire pit and picnic bench. The host was incredibly responsive, sometimes within minutes and very accommodating to all of our needs and questions.

I can't state enough how much this property is worth the stay. Michael is a great host, he responds in quick time and has created an environment that feels like home. The neighborhood is friendly and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, cafes, and within a half mile of the downtown area. We took an Uber and it was 12 dollars. The house is in immaculate condition and genuinely felt like home. I took my dad, who had never been in an AirBnB before and was skeptical. He said if they were like this property he would do it in the future. Highly recommend and would be happy to rent again in the future.

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved this home! There were 9 adults who stayed in the home for three nights and there was plenty of space for all of us! We spent most of our time out and about however the evenings we spent in the living room playing games and listening to music. There was ample space for us all to hang out and relax! The hind itself is adorable, clean, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay in this home again in the future!

This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

Lena was a great host! She provided great recommendations before our stay and answered any questions! This home was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette trip! A quick 15-20 min ride to Newport to enjoy the town was awesome! It’s also only 5 minutes away from Rail Explorers which was a great activity! Lena’s home felt like a home away from home and was fully stocked! The beds were super comfortable! Absolutely no complaints! Would totally stay again if given the opportunity! Thank you so much!

We use vacation rentals quite a bit, and this may be the most charming place we have ever stayed. Super comfortable, extremely clean, well stocked, and with lots of thoughtful touches. This is what we all hope to find when we book a vacation rental. Makes us want to book another trip to Providence just to stay here. Thanks so much!

The house is beautiful, with a fully stocked and clean kitchen. The back yard is large and the house has yard games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. Our family had a fun a relaxing week. Peter, our host had great suggestions for dinner and groceries. Close to many activities. We shopped, hiked, played games, walked the neighborhood, and relaxed in the house. Great week!

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

This was a family vacation get together and it was truly perfect. The house was very cozy and spacious for my family and has a great size deck for family grilling and hanging out. The location was exactly as described. It used to be close to the marina of Bristol and the cute town. My family enjoyed the walks, ice cream and local restaurants nearby. It was also not too far from Newport, which we took full advantage to go and come back at a timely matter. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with my family and I.

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

Great location, host was accommodating. Many restaurants and nightlife nearby. And MBTA to Boston 5 min drive/ 20 min walk away. Room was large, bed was comfy. Would book again!

We had a great time and the place was beautiful.

Great place. Cozy with the rooms looking as it did in the pictures. Very clean and kitchen is very well stocked. Floorboards creaked a lot and sound proofing was bad but thats expected of an old house. The study space does not have a door despite what the listing says - but that’s not the host’s fault as airbnb doesnt offer that as an option. Having a parking space was very nice, but might be hard to fit a bigger car (we had a Ford explorer). Despite the few cons, it’s a pretty decent place to stay, especially for visiting Brown University.

My home away from home when visiting my daughter at Brown. I love everything about this place and highly recommend it. I love the tasteful design, super comfortable bed, high quality linens, and lots of natural light (but also good black out shades). The kitchen has everything you need to make some meals during your stay. The neighborhood is cute, parking is easy, and it's only a few blocks from Brown University. Plus Anne is very proactive in making sure I have everything I need for my stay there.

The location was amazing - great for walking and fun coffee places and restaurants nearby. The place was in a beautiful old home. They totally redid the inside…. 4 sweet bedrooms. I felt I was in a homegoods studio - the place was fully staged with matching glamorous decor. We loved it - thank you!
