What we loved about this stay: the location in the Sandestin Resort can’t be beat. So many amenities, a golf cart ride to the beach and shops & restaurants, and just a beautiful setting. The condo has lovely views and, with 2 stories and a balcony, felt very spacious. It was super quiet, perfectly clean, beds were comfortable and hot water abundant. It’s a bit more worn than you can tell in the pictures, but very homey and having use of a golf cart adds great value. We found communication with the host to be exceptional -friendly, fast, and they went above and beyond to accommodate a date change after the cancellation period. We loved our stay (highly recommend Tommy Bahama’s for dinner!) and would definitely return.

Our group loved our stay at Destin for Greatness. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was convenient and the beach shuttle was so helpful and quick! We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our girls trip!

We took our kids and grandkids for a week and had a blast! Denise answered all of my questions and went above and beyond in taking care of us! She deserves the 5 star rating!!! We had a flat on the golf cart while we were out having lunch and it was fixed before we were finished with our food.

I cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. We made good time on our drive and got into town earlier than anticipated, and they had no problem with us checking in early. This place has everything you could possibly want for your beach vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there were plenty of grilling tools as well. The living room was very comfortable, and we loved watching baseball on the nice big TV after a day at the beach. The beds are comfy with a wide selection of pillows and extra throw blankets if needed. The bathrooms are also well-stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. The closets are spacious with many hangers to unpack your clothes. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and peaceful. The pool was never too busy, and made for a nice quick dip. The beach is close, and never too crowded. I highly recommend Bella Luna Italian Bistro on the corner. We hope to come back here someday soon!

My entire family of 11 (5 adults 6 children) had an amazing time visiting the area. This villa was exactly as described. It had so much space in the bedrooms, living area and kitchen. We had plenty of room for the entire family. The golf carts were a plus plus plus!!!! Joan was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the home. I was very comfortable and everything was clean. It was great for our couples trip and Simona was very nice and helpful.

This place surpassed my expectations! The hosts were absolutely amazing and the home was everything that I could have hoped for and more. Viewing the sunrise/sunset from the balcony was such a beautiful experience! Also, the walk to local eateries and the access to the beach was perfect. I highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to stay on vacation!

Great place right on the beach. Having the chairs and umbrella put out every day was nice. Didn't have to worry about carrying that stuff down ourselves and always had a great spot on the water. As others mentioned the parking spots are very tight and the stairs to the beach were steep. However the neighbors were kind enough to stagger parking so that made it easier. The stairs were steep but manageable, if you have bad knees it may be an issue, but otherwise it was good.
