This is a great house for those who want to be a short drive from the beach and have enough room for the whole family. Some very nice amenities like multiple TVs, a big kitchen, and clothes washer. Would definitely stay again.

If you're headed to this area with a group, this is the place to stay! We had 8 people on a destination nearby, but also wanted a place to stay that offered us some relaxing, entertaining time. The bungalow was perfect...couldn't ask for more! We utilized the deck area with large table, the hit tub, cooling pool and firepit.

Where do we start with this beautiful house and our amazing host? Christy has to be one of the most responsive and nicest AirBnb hosts I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our trip was for two married couples to celebrate one of the wife's birthdays in Florida. When we arrived at Christy's place, there was a very thoughtful Happy Birthday message left for us. We were blown away that she picked up on that detail from the brief chats we had before arriving. Check-in was super easy, and we immediately felt at home. Christy's place was spotlessly clean and well kept. All the appliances worked as indicated and the pictures on the listing don't do justice to how roomy, comfortable and welcoming her home is for her guests. Her home is ideally located if you are looking for a place that can easily get to the "Cultural Coast" of the Sarasota area and even further down the Gulf Coast while staying close to Tampa and all its attractions. 5 Stars all around!!! We had a great time at Michael's place! We always find great restaurants in the area, too. The beach was beautiful! This place would be great for a family vacation!

We had an exceptional stay at Aneta and Chester's property. The location was beautiful, and everything was impeccably maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday getaway. Aneta and Chester's hospitality was outstanding; they even welcomed us with a lovely gift and flowers, which was a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and well-maintained place to stay.

Gur’s place should not be overlooked when thinking about booking your stay in Lido Key. His boutique motel has been completely renovated and updated with each unit being a suite! It’s not just a hotel room but a great space to stretch out and relax. There is absolutely nothing that has been overlooked. His kitchen is appropriately stocked for a short or long stay. The location cannot be beat. You are a half block to a pristine public beach and a very easy walk to St. Armand’s square. A leisurely walk to/from dinner every night took us 10 minutes. We assured Gur that when we return it will be at his hotel! He does offer bookings outside of AirBnB if interested in booking directly through him. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. It was pure perfection. Thank you Gur!

As far as location and price go, this place is unmatched. Super affordable and convenient to the beach, restaurants, coffee, and the free trolley stops. Walking distance to everything! The private pool is a great option and the home was very clean! The two things which I would say to improve would be flexibility with check in and the WiFi was super glitchy. It is a busy area, which is fun but can be a little loud with people walking by and cars. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again!

This place is really nice. We spent much of our stay looking at properties for a potential move so we weren’t on a standard vacation. Spent some time at the beaches and up in Venice. Went fishing on a charter from the marina next door. He condo itself is beautiful and roomy. Kitchen well equipped. No complaints at all. I would certainly stay there again. Becky is great to work with. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience here. Very spacious condo with lots of seating. We enjoyed the recently renovated pool! We wish we would have had more time to spend with all the games and activities they had available. Host was communicative and friendly. The only negative of our whole stay was that the people upstairs while we were there were EXTREMELY loud. Just to be aware that there is a condo upstairs, so could be a negative if you have small children or need to adhere to nap/early bedtime schedules. Would certainly stay here again!

Great, quiet place on longboat key! The condo itself was well kept and actually appeared nicer than the pics- comfy bed too! Pool and beach access alone are worth booking this place!

Felt like I was at home, and the neighborhood is very quiet.

It is advertised as 5 min. walk to the beach. That is only true if you cross the busy Midnight Pass Road mid-block and then trespass through the buildings on the other side of the road. Otherwise it's a .7 mile walk to the nearest legal beach entrance. It would also be helpful if one was told it is on the 5th floor. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean, unfortunately there was a spider hatching in the kitchen and there were tiny spiders all over the countertops.

The unit looked as advertised, we were very comfortable there, the Beds were very comfortable, my husband said they were more comfortable than ours at home & ours are new lol. If I had any questions I would text or call Michael & he would get back to me pretty quickly. The pool was great & Brand new , loved using the new BBQ & we took care of it , we cleaned up after every use unlike other people. It was so nice to have the washer & dryer. The landscaping was just getting started when we left , I’m sure it’s going to look Awesome when finished . My hope for the property owners is that they get people that care enough to take care of a place when they stay there. Michael you were a great host. Best of luck to you.
