The flat was homely and cosy with everything you need. Caroline was a great host, she is very friendly, honest and attentive. She even gave some fresh hydrangeas which were lovely and nice to have on the windowsill. Me and my partner came down for my birthday to explore and get some peace and quite. Highly recommended the hike up to the top of Beachy Head cliff and the local Thai restaurant was divine. The walk to the beach front is just round the corner, town centre is also walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs.

We don’t usually stay in Air B&B but waiting to complete on our new house it made sense. If all Air B&B are like John and Emma’s we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. John answered messages immediately and when there was a heating issue he promptly sorted it even though it was Sunday evening. He was friendly and respectful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The kitchen and bathroom are compact but there is everything you need, including a washing machine on the ground floor. The bed and sofa are very comfortable and the view is wonderful. Can’t believe our luck!

It was a good place to stay. I am really avid cook and so could have used with bit more upscale kitchen items, but other than that it was a solid and good place to stay

The flat was exactly as described. It is very clean and comfortable. It is directly opposite the beach and was an ideal base for walking the coast path from Brighton to Littlehmpton. Communication with Simon and Sansan was excellent.

Amazing place felt just like home. Well located accommodation, close to shops and beach. Beautiful sea view. We had a lovely stay. My Grandson enjoyed sitting on the big swivel chair looking out at the view of the sea. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to book again

Thank you for sharing your apartment with us for the week. A fantastic place to explore and an easy walk into Eastbourne via the sea, which we loved. The air show happened to be on too, so managed to view the 'Red Arrows' before their tour of Canada 2024. We love being by the sea/water as we don't have that access in landlocked Leicestershire.

Our stay at this little gem on the marina was wonderful. Everything about our visit was fantastic - the property is incredible, and the transport links into town made it the perfect getaway with access to everything Brighton has to offer. Communication from hosts was excellent from start to finish.

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

Lovely space to spend a couple of days. Very countryside. June was a warm and helpful Host.

Chloe was an amazing host - so responsive and helpful! I requested a cot last minute and when we arrived this was ready made with fresh linen. The flat has everything you need: extremely comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, two en suites and right on the seafront. We had a great time.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

Jo’s place was exactly as described; tidy, homely and in a great location. Unfortunately, there were roadworks outside but that was the only downside (and nothing Jo could have done about it)! A cosy top floor flat with gorgeous views of the sea, in a really central location and Jo herself was very helpful and clear with her instructions. Overall, this place was 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Jo was a fantastic host with a beautiful home! We had a really lovely stay and we'll definitely be back when we're down this way again :)

Pete est un hôte remarquable. Il a su répondre à nos besoins et même si le logement n'était pas aussi propre et fonctionnel que nous aurions souhaité, Pete s'est montré à notre écoute. Le couchage pour la 5 et 6ème personnage n'est pas très confortable. Je vous remercie encore pour votre accueil. Bien à vous.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

This was a fantastic airbnb and we'd definitely recommend. The bedroom was lovely, we slept very well, and the alway-on hot tub was a treat. Very minor points to improve for future guests - the WiFi instructions were out of date and the shower gel container empty

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!
