this was our second stay at Wendy's and it was wonderful. Location is great (close to everything but secluded and private) the house is very comfortable and stocked with essential that you might need. Communication with Wendy was timely and very helpful. Recommend to any and all to stay here.

The house is a charming older home with lots of character. Clean and open. Fenced yard in a neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly, one even greeted us as we were pulling our trucks into the driveway.

Staying at Megan's was wonderful It is so peaceful in the woods... The, home itself was super comfortable and everything was so clean and new and being able to cook and watch TV on the huge screen was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and I had some peaceful rest and also the bath tub is HUGE !!! I would highly recommend staying at this home and I have stayed in many as i travel for my company and this is in my TOP 5 !! Please don't hesitate just book it ..I am staying again in 2 weeks !! My family and I had an amazing stay and we felt right at home the entire time. The house was clean and truly ready for guests to come in and make it their home away from home. Robert was extremely responsive, gave great/clear directions ahead of time which made accessing the house a breeze as we got in close to midnight on arrival. I would definitely recommend staying at his place and would definitely stay again whenever we make it back!

Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

Great host. Great Communication. This is my favorite property when visiting the area. Tomika makes it easy to check in and is very pleasant and accommodating. Her place is very clean and top notch. I will be back!

The home was so comfortable with so many amenities and supplies in the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog to take care of his business. Restaurants and shopping are a short drive away with the beltway close by for access to all parts of the metro area. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group and very spacious, the only thing we noticed was one of the TVs didn’t have battery in the remote and not enough linens and toilet paper for our stay.

Kathleen's place was exactly what I needed. I was in town for a work trip and her communication was fantastic and the place was cozy and welcoming. Would absolutely stay again next time I'm in town!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our son loved the beautiful flowers and getting to talk to the host! He’s already asked when can we return. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and the place was comfortable and cozy.

Phil’s place was perfect for my trip to visit my Atlanta-based daughter. It was spacious, and clean with great amenities. Phil’s yard is beautiful! The neighborhood is one of my favorites in Atlanta - walkable to Piedmont Park, the Beltline and lots of restaurants. Phil was an incredible host and I will definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location was amazing. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The aquarium passes were an amazing plus for us and the kiddos. Would definitely stay again

Cool set up and awesome area

Very cute house in a perfect spot in Atlanta! Easy access to piedmont park and midtown. It was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend!

The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house was also very well-equipped with everything we needed. Travis was incredibly responsive and helpful. This was an amazing stay!

404 weekend in Atlanta brought the whole city out. Thomas and team were very accommodating. He even left us complimentary bottle of wine . the condo was nice , neat ,clean and spacious. I will definitely book again .

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

Desiree was great!! My daughter and I traveled for a cheer competition and knew nothing of the area! Desiree made us feel right at home and like I had a friend in the city. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns! A great host! Loved the balcony for morning coffee!

Loved the location, The place was real nice. Parking was just around the corner and was walking distance to the spot. Definitely recommend.

Marie’s place was very nice. We had a great day and she communicated excellently.

this was a great stay! the airbnb was super clean and well decorated. they even left us a few snacks and drinks which was lovely! the building is in a great area. the lobby/elevators/hallways are slightly run down because of construction but we totally forgot about that as soon as we stepped into the airbnb. it was a great place to stay for a long weekend in atlanta! close to all of the major attractions within a short walk. highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely apartment. The afternoon sunlight hits the living room just right! I’m saving this in favorites for my next Dallas trip.

I came to Atlanta for a research stay and the location of the apartment was perfect to get to the Georgia Tech campus. Also there were many restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance of the apartment. The area was very quiet and you could also enjoy the sun on the balcony. The apartment was well equipped. Correspondance with Eric was smooth, as well. All in all, I can highly recommend staying at this apartment!
