This apartment was exactly as listed! Beautiful view with small porch that had a small table perfect for a romantic dinner. Surrounding area has a lot of food options and a local saloon downstairs. Walking distance to the mission. Cara was very responsive when it came to asking any questions. I would definitely recommend this location. 10/10 stay!

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

Great place and neighborhood also liked that there was driveway space for us. Overall good experience for a short two person trip. :)

Me and my girl couldn’t of asked for a better stay at a location the way we did at Lydia’s place. It was clean, inviting, and very welcoming. She was very informative on how to get to the room and is easy to access at either day or night. We had already brought tons of snacks and waters yet, she already had some snacks and chocolates and waters on queue 😮‍💨 It was very intimate and it made what I thought to be a great vacation into one of the best of experiences of my life due to the peaceful atmosphere and personal freedom of the property when inside it and coming home to it. Her communication was top notch and kept you up to date on any current situations of the property which was a huge plus 😊 If I’m ever in the area again, I know who’s my go to without a doubt and i strongly urge those who need the perfect area to do EVERYTHING to book this out for a week or weekend. Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

Condo was conveniently located close to all the attractions in Monterey and easily drivable to lots of great trials for hiking, both along the coast and in the woods.

We had a great stay at Ann’s place. It was so nice being able to walk to everything in Cannery Row, including the aquarium. And having dedicated parking included is also a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was perfect for my work-cation! Great amount of room, lovely view of the bay, all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils, and way bigger than I expected. The furniture is comfortable and clean, the bed was very cozy. Large and clean bathroom as well. The driveway is shared with a smaller unit on the property so if you have a large SUV you might be better to park on the street, which did have ample parking. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the freeway, and a solid selection of stores were right down the street (grocery, target, several restaurants, gas stations, etc.). They were quick to respond to my questions and very personable. The biggest bonus might be the neighborhood black and white cat that the neighbors take care of...you might be greeted 'home' after a long day of adventuring if the cat is around! I will definitely recommend this place and would 100% stay here again (and hopefully will!).

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Staying at Claire's place was a great experience for our family. We were able to enjoy a fun evening with the kids at Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We took a peaceful wall at Natural Bridges State Park. We had a delicious Oaxacan dinner at Copal Restaurant. We went to Roaring Camp Railroad and enjoyed stunning views of the redwood forest. All these location were no more than a 20 minute drive from Claire's place. This was our first time visiting Santa Cruz. I highly recommend staying at Claire's place . We felt safe and very comfortable in her private condo.

The hosts were extremely gracious and responsive to questions. I planned a night away to visit Carmel and Monterey and the AirBnB was located a very easy distance away from these locations, falling within 20 min. or so. This was a gift for my wife as our first trip away together after our 15 month old son was born. it was her birthday and when I reached out to the hosts about sending them payment for birthday balloons, they graciously offered to buy them and have them ready in the space free of charge. When we had a question about the shower, they responded within minutes. 10/10 recommend this space if you are visiting the area!

Beautiful place - we had the best time. Clean place. Walked to the beach every day and ate the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again !

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

Definitely the best host I've ever had with Air BB. Beautiful location, comfy and cozy, great recommendations. Highly appreciated and recomeneded. It you come to the Monterey area, you should stay here

Only one minor thing: the universal electric car charger is out or order. Not the host's fault. But be aware. (There is a Tesla charger in the garage that's working.)

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

The pictures you see are exactly what you get! It was nice being able to walk to the beach after breakfast and enjoy bonfires after dinner! The place has a full kitchen and was clean. We visited Carmel by the Sea and Monterey. We definitely enjoyed our time. 🙂
