Soojin's place is warm, inviting and very comfortable. It was immaculate; the kitchen was spotless and well stocked, with lots of amenities throughout. All the furniture, including the king bed, is very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the apartment is fantastic. There is a quiet beach with lots of birds literally a few steps away. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but there are ramps that make it easy getting luggage in and out. We would suggest bringing a lot of food and just settling in. Aptos and Capitola are about 20 minutes away. But why would you want to leave? Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive. We had a small problem when we arrived (entirely our fault!) and Soojin was able to respond instantly and help us out. Thank you!

One of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at. Steps to the beach and the location is ideal and prime as it’s not too far or close to the town/freeway.

We have been renting Airbnb properties in Capitola for years. This unit was by far my favorite. Absolutely everything was perfect. The place was immaculate and so well outfitted. I hope to come many many more times!

This resort is somewhere to go to get awayrom the chaos of city life and just walk along a beach and sit and contemplate life.

What a perfect little vacation spot! Everything was as promised with one tiny exception. The electric car chargers on site were for Teslas but not other electric cars like our Bolt. Fortunately there was a, Electrify America charge station super close in the shopping center next door. Our host, Jane, from Power West was incredible, including letting us know some vegetarian friendly restaurants open on Christmas. Best part…you can hear the ocean waves breaking, especially if you leave the sliding glass door partly open.

Great condo for a family beach vacation! Location was perfect for exploring Monterey, Big Sur, Carmel, and Santa Cruz. The little town of Watsonville, was also a great place to enjoy and explore.

Beautiful beach home! My family loved staying at Lisa’s condo. It was beautifully updated and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The decor was cute all around, the beds were comfortable, and it may not look it, but the couch was too!! We’re always looking for places to kick back, relax, and get comfy and this place did not disappoint! Great stay at a beautiful location, especially with the 1 minute walk to the beach! Pajaro Dunes is one of our favorite places to take mini vacations at and hope to find Lisa’s place available for our next trip back.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Had a wonderful stay at Ling’s place .. it was awesome place with amazing beach just a walk away . Really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely book again if ever wanted to come again . Place was exactly like the description.

We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

Great location right in the heart of Capitola with covered, designated parking that's off the street. Walkable to Capitola beach and near lots of great restaurants. Five minute drive to Target and a grocery store in case you forgot some essentials. Hosts were responsive and proactive about checking in.

Gorgeous resort. Condo was clean and spacious. Nice view of ocean from patio. Wonderful walk down to beach, a bit steep, but worth it. And availability of golf carts to take you down to beach or around property is nice. Restaurant was way overpriced for a limited menu and just so so food. And it'd be nice to have coffee in the lobby.

We didn’t want to leave!! This is our favorite rental spot so far and we’re already planning to come back another time. The condo was even more stunning in real life than the pics: clean, modern, and views to die for. We spent all of our time on the deck or on the beach. Loved the views, proximity to ocean, and cooked all of our meals in the incredibly well stocked kitchen. This was the perfect space for our family of five. The three kids took the downstairs area over and we had the primary bedroom off the kitchen, which worked great. There were tons of towels, beach towels and gear to use, and the kids were thrilled to find boogie boards, which they happily used in the freezing January ocean. 😂 Top notch spot!!! We love it, and we love Robert. He is the best host ever. He guides you through everything. You can FaceTime him. You can call him anytime. He will answer. I highly recommend this place.

This is the second time we've stayed At The Dunes. We love this place! It is big enough to fit myself and staff comfortably, and we are not on top of each other. The host was super responsive when we asked about things, and even brought us complimentary wood for the fireplace, which we loved at night! We will be coming back every year!

Although it was raining and could not use outdoor sitting at all, it didn't stop us from enjoying beach and spectacular sunsets through clouds !! Just Amazing! We had a wonderful stay at Blake and Lisa’s beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. The unit is spacious and very well laid out. The decor is breezy and beachy with soothing blue tones. Lisa is super responsive and helpful. The kitchen is so well equipped with lovely plates and mugs that mirror the coastal theme. We are a multigenerational family and everyone from the grandparents to my eight year old loved this stay. The balcony is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and watch beautiful sunsets. The beds were super cosy and we appreciated the card and board games that were provided. There is a little convenience store, deli and a restaurant/coffee shop within walking distance. Lovely stay!

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!
