Pebble Beach, Del Monte Forest : locations de maisons de vacances près de la plage

Wir haben 8 Wochen in Beckys wunderbaren Strandhaus gelebt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Pacific schauen und die Wale beobachten - großartig! Abends haben wir immer einen Spaziergang zum Strand gemacht; barfuss natürlich, da wir nur 3 Minuten bis zur wunderschönen Düne brauchten. Becky hat Ihr Haus sehr geschmackvoll im Stil eines wunderschönen Beachhouse eingerichtet und der einer Düne nachempfundene Garten mit super Sitzgelegenheiten war auch für unsere Kinder ein toller Spielplatz! Nicht zu vergessen; es gibt in Del Monte Beach eine tolle Nachbarschaft, in der wir jetzt immer noch wohnen!

Sara was the one of the most welcoming and generous Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had. The home was immaculately clean, her instructions were detailed and gave us all the info we needed, her communication with us was kind and prompt, the hot tub was clean and cozy. Sara gave us lots of referrals for local shops and restaurants, and she provided a thoughtful welcome gift. We were also impressed with/grateful for Sara allowing our dogs to relax on the couches! We were particularly appreciative that Sara was completely understanding about/accommodating of our reactive dog, which put us at ease and helped us enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and cute, and we were very close to a beach for our dogs. Thank you Sara for an excellent weekend getaway! We can’t recommend you and your home enough!

'Our Mother's House' was really cozy and convenient to everything. The kitchen was well-stocked (don't keep sweets out on the counter...Sean warned us ants would find them). The beds were all super comfortable... we slept great. Such a quiet neighborhood. Yes, there is still construction going on next door and there is a soft hum of a generator...I'm usually bothered by noise...but not this at all. Really appreciate the provided whole coffee beans and grinder...so nice to have the smell and taste of wonderful coffee in the house. For the chilly weather, the living room fireplace was a delight. A quick flip of the switch and instant heat and ambience. For our family of 3, this cottage was the perfect size and always a welcome sight when we finished days of exploring everything this beautiful area has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for an oasis to chill by the convenience of the beach… stop looking. This lovely well constructed home score 5 stars on location, convenience, value, and all the bells and whistles. The e-bikes and surfboards were a plus since we didn’t have to bother wihh to renting etc, walk across the street for beach time and bon fire. The house was exceptionally crafted and had tonnnns of storage. Extra space lends well for work and play. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. The space was clean and beds were super comfy. It’s a gem. Look no more…

Susanne’s place was great for us to stay for our baby moon. It’s only 15 min walk to the pier and Capitola Village. We had a great time. Location was perfect for our dinner reservation at Shadowbrook, which is only a 3 minute drive away. The bed is so comfy and pillows were great as well.

Easy communication with host, very responsive. Location was amazing! Beautiful view of the bay, literally across the street. Easy walk to the aquarium and cannery row. Walked to restaurants. Home clean, nice bedrooms. Kitchen all utensils needed. Would visit again!

Very beautiful spotless place. Very responsive host and easy to communicate with. Have everything that you need to cook if you want to. 5 minutes walking to the beach but peaceful neighborhood. We are definitely come back and stay here if we ever come back to Santa Cruz

The place was very clean, comfortable and well located to do lots of fun stuff, near the village/ downtown and near a great walking / view area at Los lobos, as well as 17 mile drive.

Danka’s home in Moss Landing is beautiful! This home was able to accommodate 9 people well, with some even opting to sleep on the comfy couch. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, and the shower pressure was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and utensils, and the dishwasher was l effective. The instructions to check-in and check-out were clear, and the security guard at the community’s gate was welcoming and accommodating. The internet speed is slower relative to bigger cities, but we were able to stream football games on the TV and use our phone data to keep in touch with loved ones. The home had private access to the beach that was quiet and peaceful for New Year’s Eve. We were able to spend the last day of 2024 on the beach under the stars!

Beautiful place in a very scenic area near Santa Cruz. Bjorn was a wonderful host with quick response to all our questions. Totally enjoyed our stay at this great resort right on the cliffs with easy access to the beach. Thank you Bjorn

The heated pool and hot tub were the focus of this very successful vacation. There were 8 of us: a family of 4 from Oakland, (Mama, Papa, girl 7, girl 3), from Chicago - a couple 37 & 40, and from Martha's Vineyard, us, 75 & 79. The 3 bathrooms were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. We ordered out mostly, from Hawaiian and Mexican restaurants. We spent a day on the boardwalk, and another on the trail at Wilder Ranch, where cliffs overlook ledges with MANY sunning sea lions, The house is easy walking distance from a couple of beaches. During our winter stay, there were high tides, wind and surf warnings. The views were spectacular. Also instructive. The father took his daughters an early morning walk; they saw a woman swept from the beach across the pavement. She had bloody knees, but was otherwise fine, but she and her two equally insane friends came off the beach. I hope the girls will remember this vivid lesson when they grow up to be invulnerable teenagers. Doubt it.

Amazing place, super great host, and so nice to be close to the ocean. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay, all of the instructions were easy to follow and covered everything - there are beach chairs, towels, wagon and a few toys which made days at the beach so so easy! The coffee and tea selection were great and offered a wide variety. Would def recommend

This is an extraordinary place. The house sits above the others on the ridge, so there are unobstructed views in every direction. The yard is a stunning mature garden with trees the owner played in as a child. The kitchen is enormous and there is so much living space! I never wanted to go out, but we were 10 minutes from both old growth redwoods AND beach walks! I can't recommend this place enough!

This place is stunning - the space, the grounds, the local area, all of it. There is so much to do within a 30-45 minute drive. Kim was phenomenal - she was super responsive, incredibly kind and infinitely flexible. We will absolutely be coming back and with more people!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! We came here for a relaxing getaway to celebrate our 20th marriage anniversary. The accommodations were top-notch, and the decor truly set the perfect ambiance for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and an impressive spice rack! The highlight was definitely the hot tub — it was amazing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Point Lobos. The views from the property were breathtaking, offering a peaceful, serene backdrop and magical sunsets. Karin was incredibly responsive and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape. We would definitely like to return in the future!

The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

Out from NYC for a wedding in Carmel by the Sea our family group of 7 adults and a 7 month old had a wonderful time at Jackie’s home. We lucked out with the weather and were able to enjoy quality time in the beautiful backyard and a walk to nearby Moss Beach where baby Vanessa experienced the Pacific Ocean for the first time. The home had everything we needed. There was a minor problem with a light that we couldn’t turn on in one of the bedrooms but all-in-all a wonderful place to stay. Thanks, Jackie! Highly recommended!

The house was well stocked with everything we would possibly need. Looked just as was presented in photo’s-very kid friendly, nice neighbors. And well Santa Cruz is the best, this location was perfect! We had walking distance access several beach’s and e-bikes stations were super reasonably priced and very conveniently placed. The hot tub was why we chose the home and after long days of biking-it did not disappoint!
