Janie’s place was perfect for our family of four to stretch out, relax, and cook together in the kitchen. She was very proactive and responsive with any and all directions and helpful notes, made us feel right at home. Lastly, for enjoying a family reunion, it was in a great location close to everything we needed and wanted to do. Thanks Janie for a great stay!

great value for a great home. everything was wonderful, I brought my canine companion and she was comfortable too especially with the doggy door!! they have everything you need here in this home and it's very comfortable. right near the highway so easy access to everything. the host is extremely helpful and responsive!

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed—but the real highlight was the gaming arcade. Our family had the most epic time playing games—it was so memorable! The quality of arcade games were great, everything worked well and was so much fun. We loved the variety of types of games they had here as well. The host was super friendly and responsive, with great attention to detail. Whether you’re a gamer or just looking for a fun, unique stay with your family, this spot is a must-book!

The home was perfect! It’s in a great location to walk to the coffee shop, restaurants, park, and grocery store. The host went above and beyond providing snacks, waters, and even dog treats. I will definitely be back and book here again!

Only there for two nights but was just what myself and family were looking for. Nothing over the top fancy. Just a clean comfortable spot to crash for two nights. The only negative I would have was that the beds were very firm. That is just a personal preference but worth knowing if you have a hard time sleeping on them like I do. Everything was clean, neighborhood was fine and everything inside was just as described and pictures were accurate.

Very clean, well equipped kitchen with unexpected bonus of coffee, cinnamon and honey. Couch was comfortable to sleep on, bed very nice. Chris was super responsive to questions. 45 minutes from Guadeloupe Mountain national park and half that to Carlsbad Caverns. Neighbors’ roosters frequently woke us too early. Completely private location with fence.

I was looking for a unique place to stay, and this room definitely lived up to my expectations!! All of the decor was perfectly placed, I loved the fireplace, and I enjoyed reading how the room got its name. After a long day of driving, soaking in the hottube was the highlight of the night!! It helped us relax and unwind at the end of a long day. I recommend going to the Blue House Cafe & Bakery across the street for breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and nice. The food, and coffee was a great way to start our day. They are open Monday-Saturday. If you stay the night on a Saturday a tray of breakfast foods and fruit will be put in your room on Saturday, so you'll have breakfast for Sunday morning. Every detail was thought out to maximize your stay experience. It was truly an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this place! I also recommend eating dinner at the Yellow Brix Restaurant. There was a little bit of a wait time, but totally worth it!

Great price compared to local hotels. Looks like lots to do at the hotel such as an indoor pool, arcade games, and a club. Unfortunately wasn’t there long enough to check anything out but still neat all that was right there.

Devin was a great & polite host! I stayed for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday since he couldn’t come home. Devin was very accommodating & responded quickly. The Penthouse is extremely roomy & comfortable! The views are immaculate and the space has great cooking utensils. Water & snacks are provided as well as Netflix & Prime. There is a dart & pool table for enjoyment and me and my son went a few rounds & that was a nice experience. The balcony is also extremely large and wraps around the entire townhome space!

We had one issue during our stay, we love this place so I won’t list it here! It was brought up to them and they’re aware of the issue and are handling it. We will be back again if the hosts allow us to come back! We only stay here when we travel to Amarillo. Awesome place, has a pool, cornhole, mini golf, rooms are dark! We just love this place!

We really enjoyed staying with Dawn. Not only was it a great place to stay, but we had the perfect evening. We had dinner with live music, drove a few blocks down the street to our honeymoon suite, swam and relaxed under the stars in the pool, and enjoyed our spacious suite. The sit down home style breakfast was delicious. What a special treat!

Only stayed one night but could have been there forever. Great place great breakfast too. We will come back soon.

This place was our favorite "mistake" (inside joke with Mel). She has the best spirit and her presence made our stay outstanding!!! We had a great laugh, profound conversation, and she and her place are something we will NEVER FORGET! A GODSEND OF A "MISTAKE"!! We were only guests and she came to make breakfast for us and we had THE BEST time exchanging life's experiences! God, our HIGHER power has a great sense of humor, and is ALWAYS GOOD!!

Melanie is an amazing hostesses with such an awesome place!! They turned this house into a Stoners dream house!! The indica sweet was just our vibe and very comfy! Every room has its own theme and scent.. you can’t get enough of the amazing smells especially in the kitchen!! The homemade breakfast was amazing I could go back for the tortillas alone 😋 thank you Melanie for all the great recommendations, conversations over breakfast and for making my birthday trip worth it!! I will definitely be going back as soon as I can ❤️❤️❤️

My wife and I chose to break up our road trip with a quick trip to Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Conveniently located 25 minutes from the park, we stayed at the Mesquite Cabin and had one of the best nights we have had in a long time. The hot tub was extremely well maintained and the water was perfectly clean. It was completely private and also came with an incredible view of the stars. The decor was great and the place was very confortable. Liz's property was also pet friendly so we were able to bring our puppy along for the ride. Breakfast was fantastic and they catered to our preferred delivery time. We will 100% be staying there in the future.
