The best weekend getaway we’ve ever had! My fiancé and I wanted to sneak away for a quick weekend to celebrate our recent engagement and thought TImmi’s place would be perfect - that was an understatement! Not only did the property far exceed our expectations but the thoughtfulness of the host was something special. We were met with a surprise of champagne and even gifts for my soon to be bridesmaids. The property itself is something truly magical. Steps from the river, breathtaking views and an extremely well equipped kitchen. Thank you SO much for having us! We can’t wait to come back!

Words do not do justice to our experience with Nancy & Kent. Not only is the area absolutely beautiful and profoundly unusual, but the property is perfect. More details than I could ever imagine. When we needed help, they were terrifically supportive and knowledgeable. These were the easiest hosts we have ever stayed with. We have stayed with many third party hosts, as well as the other group. Never have we stayed with people who were so trusting and laidback. It makes you want to make sure to do right by them. This was just what we needed and more.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful! We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. The host was very responsive and helpful. The checkout process was simple. We are already planning on booking again for next year!

One of our favourite AirBnB’s we’ve stayed in!! An immaculate little house with SO many welcoming touches. The house really told us of the hosts kindness and generosity in so many ways. Beds were incredibly comfortable, sofas were homely and perfect for relaxing. Location was really great for local restaurants and exploring the area. We really loved it!

Such was the case with our recent stay at this secluded and beautifully appointed Airbnb in Santa Fe. From the moment we turned onto the driveway, we knew we had stumbled upon something truly special. Inside, the space was beautifully appointed, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the entire home was impeccably clean and well-maintained But what truly set this Airbnb apart was the friendly and welcoming host. Cynthia went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing an amazing welcome binder filled with local recommendations, tips, and everything we could possibly need for our time in Santa Fe. It felt like having a personal concierge! If this property is available, book it immediately.

This place is an absolute gem. The serenity of the surroundings, the view, and the hospitality of Two Casitas to leave a personalized note and are package upon entry was such a nice touch. It is 10 minutes into Santa Fe, but at night there is literally zero sound and great stargazing from the jacuzzi. Would 10/10 recommend and will forsure be coming back!

Second time staying at Ernie’s place and just as perfect as the last!

A truly amazing property. We were looking for something peaceful and quiet in the trees and this place and this was that and more. Sitting in a hot tub next to a gently rolling creek in a forest is so serene and beautiful we would come back just for that experience. However, the house is really great too. The large windows, skylights and high ceilings make for great views and make the home feel even more a part of the woods. Heated floors and nice furnishings create a cozy environment. Brian was a great host too, quick communication. Overall this might just be our favorite airbnb. Definitely top 3 of the dozens we've been to. We will return!

A great place for a family gathering. Leaping Deer Ranch delighted everyone, from oldest to youngest. Beautiful setting, spacious accommodations, fabulous kitchen where we could easily prepare meals for our group of 14. Plenty of places to walk, explore, read, play games, sit by a cozy fire. Separate playroom/family room was a hit with the youngest. Colin and his crew did a spectacular bonfire for us one evening. We were sad to leave, and hope to be back. Thanks a bunch for a perfect relaxing holiday!

A very calm and quiet space to relax in while traveling across country with my dogs for a night.

We needed four bedrooms for four guys and this fit the bill perfectly. We have stayed here before. Nice place and host was communicative and all was smooth.

I can’t say enough about this stay; what a cool place with so much character. The story of this house being built by Terry is remarkable. There is a photo album in the house too of the construction which added another layer of interest. We stayed 3 nights just to get away from the city and relax and immediately felt at home. Just the feel of the house is indescribable; it has soul. There was so much thought and intuition that went into everything in there. There are a lot of interesting books and my husband remarked that we did more reading in three days than we would in a year. We wanted to save money by cooking all of our meals and the kitchen couldn’t have been more accommodating. The accommodations overall were perfect and so cozy. I found the location to be the best in Marfa. You are only a few minutes from everything but still get that sense of rustic seclusion. There are a ton of Airbnbs in Marfa but after seeing them in person, I am so happy I picked Terry’s place.

Wonderful stay at Wendy’s beautiful home. Although it was freezing outside, her home was so lovely and warm. It was such a lovely comfortable stay for me with my dogs. Thanks so much Wendy!

Staying at the Petite Ponderosa was very charming despite our quick stay. Jimmy was helpful and super friendly and even recommended some places to get coffee and a good route to our next destination. Great amenities!

A beautiful a comfy place with the sweetest host. I was very pleased with everything about the place and highly recommend it. wonderful and friendly host and great location not far from downtown.

Perfect spot to stay during our first ever rock hunting trip. Shower had great hot water to help ease our aching muscles and the bed was super comfy. Plenty of extra blankets and a selection of pillows to keep us well rested. We didn’t have a lot of free time to explore the area but we did make it to a close bar to listen to live music our first night. Everything was well labeled so no problems finding anything inside. The place was better than described. Very much an artists retreat with local art hanging in every room and even some cool painted car hoods in the back yard. As far as the trains, I didn’t have an issue with hearing them as once the doors were shut it wasn’t loud at all. However if you are a light sleeper Liz had provided individually packaged earplugs to use. We decided last minute not to bring dog but he would have loved the back yard it was big enough for him to run in and fenced to keep him in. We will be staying again when we plan our next rock hunting trip.

This place has everything we needed for a weekend getaway.

Everything was lovely the location was great and thenhouse felt really homey. Would definitely stay again if possible.

Had a great stay for a last min trip to Odessa. Easy to find, off street parking, very clean and quiet. Will be staying again when in the area!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and first time with a child (6 y/o) who enjoyed the outdoor space and cowboy pool. Great location within walking distance of downtown and all that Marfa has to offer. The host was inviting and communicative and we would definitely stay here again.

The check-in to this property was effortless through Casas de Santa Fe. All communication and directions were succinct. The property was clean, professionally decorated and well-maintained. There were three private patios. Being in a gated community, we felt safe and secure. The property was very close to amazing hiking trails and the hotel restaurant and spa nearby. This property has its own community swimming pool, which we used daily. Parking was fantastic and spacious. The kitchen was fully operational and well-stocked with utensils, plates, glassware, etc. The only less-than-positive feedback was the hvac unit being a bit anemic for the square-footage of the home. The unit was equipped with box fans, which needed to be utilized to cool down the bedrooms. Would lease this property again.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend getaway with family or friends. Its my 3rd time staying... Super comfy, equipped with everything you need, beautiful view, super clean and our host Thomas is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

I've stayed in many vacation rentals and Steven's home in Santa Fe was by far the best! Steven was always so responsive, especially when answering all the questions I sent! The home is gorgeous! The setting is gorgeous! I so enjoyed watching 5 deer just outside the front door! The home was so well prepared and had everything I could use throughout my 10-day stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, utensils and serving pieces I would need to make a gourmet dinner. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also had anything I needed. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were super soft! And the local grocery store even delivered to the property!! Steven's restaurant recommendations were perfect! My family had a great time in Santa Fe and it was made even better by Steven's home. I would suggest this vacation home to everyone looking to visit Santa Fe!!

Todo estuvo muy bonito, la cabaña súper calientita y muy cómoda y atrás del midtown de ruidoso todo te queda para irte caminando o en bicicleta. Excelente ubicación si volvería.
