My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, the house was more than enough for four guest. There is a nice selection restaurants near by and it is not too far from the road that goes up to Ski Apache. When we were not on the mountain we utilized the deck and patio furniture to just take in the surroundings, we had a few deer come pretty close by while sitting outside one afternoon, there is also a paved walking path right across the street from the house. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and the hosts to anyone considering staying here.

I really loved staying here, I worked remotely and the space was bright enough that I could stay there all day and not feel cooped up at all. There were also so many thoughtful details and little luxuries I discovered during the week I was here in both the architecture/design of the house and in the way the owner furnished the house. The bed, pillows, sheets and shower all felt so luxurious and I loved having an indoor fireplace. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking essentials so I only needed to buy produce to cook my meals. the house is on a corner lot so it felt very private too. and I had really positive interactions with the owner :) I hope to come back again!

What a piece of heaven this Airbnb is! If you want to see the stars clearly at night and wake up to a beautiful sunset then this is the place!

Loved the rustic decorations and comfortable accommodations! Beautiful place in a beautiful environment, so conveniently located just 10 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon State Park and with a convenient store/restaurant/event venue right next door! Was able to go into the park each day of our stay. Tracy was very responsive to different questions I had and reached out in a timely manner at each step of the booking. Would highly recommend this stay!

This cabin is so pretty and the location is perfect too. The cabin is a lot bigger than it looked in the picture which was nice. The mountains around surrounding it was so green and the stars were so visible at night. Definitely will be staying here again!

We stopped here on a camping Texas trip up from Canada and spent the weekend here. We had such a wonderful Relaxing stay here. Chesley was a fantastic host

The house is perfect for a trip to Palo Duro! Only a couple miles from lots of cute shops and restaurants. Only like 15-20 min from the state park and Amarillo. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! They are dog friendly which is amazing, but there is not a fenced yard. Megan was super responsive and gave great recommendations! I’d highly recommend!

Lauren’s place was absolutely beautiful—an incredibly peaceful retreat that was also very dog-friendly. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The enclosed porch was a perfect spot to relax with a good book. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect place to get away from everything! Cabin was spacious and everyone felt right at home. Make sure you bring anything you might need because there really isn’t anything close by. It’s so quiet and peaceful, my only regret was not being able to stay multiple days!

The house was great! Everything was very clean and the layout was great for our young kids. We appreciated the little touches like outlet covers and the provided booster seat.

We sadly only stayed one night and simply cannot express how wonderful It was to find this “country” home in a city we have stayed in multiple times. This will now be our first go to. The host has gone above and beyond, so well put together, comfortable, inviting home away from home! Absolutely nothing you could want for.. We loved the use of vintage pieces and innovative space use. The natural light floods in and nature views from all areas. Feels much larger than expected. We were graciously thankful of the fact this home is so affordable despite all it offers, simple check out, with no additional fees is truly appreciated! We have stayed in Air BBs all across the U.S., so we know a gem when we find one. Highly recommend - we will return anytime visiting Lubbock ❤️

Beautiful and peaceful cabin! I was looking for a place to disconnect for a little and this hit all the checkmarks. Cabin was extremely clean and I loved how isolated it was yet close to everything including all the shops! Perfect location and very clean! Will definitely be booking again!

We were in Canyon for a family wedding. The house was lovely. It is a rural setting on the edge of town. It was conveniently located in proximity to family in Canyon and the wedding venue outside of Amarillo. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed; including kitchen equipment we used for rehearsal dinner food prep. I would stay in this house again. Thank you!

This unique place is truly a gem! This was the perfect break from random hotels while driving across the country. The place was very private and peaceful, which is exactly what I was seeking. My pup had plenty of space to roam and smell and she enjoyed many games of fetch while we were there! Brian was very responsive to all my questions and there was a clear info sheet on the table that provided all the details (in addition to unique history info) needed for the place. Thanks so much for allowing travelers such a unique and wonderful experience!

Texana was better than the pictures and descriptions. It was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and the living area well appointed. The kitchen was large and had all one could need. The house is far enough away from the railroad tracks that we never heard the trains. Would definitely stay again.

This price is very reasonable. The night before we had rented a small loft and realized quickly after arriving the house was much larger than we needed.

We had a great time and experience it was well worth the money. To top it off, the 4 gables style house is what we are looking building for our family home and so to experience the feel of the house was outstanding.
