Very cozy and clean house. I was in town for work and the location was perfect to get to and from. Neighbors of the property were very friendly.

This was our 2nd visit to David's place and we had another fantastic time. The house is clean, comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed for a great stay. It's centrally located in Santa Fe and within walking or driving distance to dozens of great cafes and restaurants. We highly recommend David's place, and look forward to our next stay there!

This house is great! I have no complaints! We were here for a month for work. We would have stayed here longer if it was available! We especially appreciated the TVs in each room and the washer and dryer.

Michelle was very responsive. It was a cute place in a cute area. It was exactly what we were looking for. We will be booking here in the future!

Texas panhandle hospitality at its best! You immediately feel right at home. The home is clean, nicely decorated, and there are so many thoughtful touches, like plush towels, comfortable bedding, savory treats, and more. You enjoy quiet and privacy inside and out, but the hosts are always quick to respond and available for assistance. There is a very cute and super clean patio inside a fenced-in backyard, perfect for sitting outside. The single-car garage adds an element of safety. This is one of my all-time favorite places to stay in Amarillo and a bonus that it is dog friendly. Coco is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home in both The Cozy Cowboy and in Amarillo. She provides excellent recommendations for locally owned restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and things to do. You get to enjoy your time as a guest and don’t have a list of chores at check out. You simply pack up and leave. Coco and her husband, truly make you feel like valued guests.

I read all the other reviews and yes there were cosmetic flaws with the location and even the neighborhood, however it was so much better than staying in a dirty hotel room that isn’t kept up!! Nothing that was wrong with the house affected mine or my family's stay. Read the reviews, and if you don’t feel comfortable staying somewhere with the flaws that are talked about, then don’t! I promise I have stayed in several in Carlsbad the last few weeks and so far none were perfect! But don’t stay and then bash the host for things that clearly were brought up in previous reviews. It is as very clear from our 3 nights in the home that Amber is working to make the home better! To Amber, Mirna & Myra, thank you for working with our crazy family during our mourning and understanding when we had people in and out during our visit!! And thank you for always communicating when we needed it!

I've had a wonderful stay at Christy's studio. The space is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the original artwork on the calls, some of which were created by Christy. The location was perfect: secluded enough while being a short drive away from the center of town. I hope to return for a longer visit next time.

Penny was great and the place was amazing! The eclectic decor had a great feel and I hope to return on my way back to Kentucky. Very much enjoyed the whole experience.

Esther's casita has a wonderful location next to the rail yards on a very quiet street filled with classic adobe homes. The casita is traditional looking on the outside but fully renovated on the inside. We found that it was fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Esther was very responsive to any inquiry and was willing to assist us with anything including an amazon delivery. A truly delightful experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay and very quick to respond when I needed assistance.

We struggled which unit is our unit. So we put in password on many units and we got to get in. And it happened to be a wrong unit. Should specify what door number it is on airbnb. Also neighborhood uphill was very very scratchy. Idk if anyone live there but it looks so scary.

Janet's AirBnB is a gem in Santa Fe. In walking distance of the plaza. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Janet was very welcoming and communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Will definitely stay there again when I am next in Santa Fe.

My family and I felt very comfortable. The price was great and the we had an awesome time. Close enough to Meow Wolf and restaurants that it was easy to rest up after a fun vacation. The host let us know he was always available if we needed anything but didn't impose at all which is perfect. Privacy and comfort at its finest.

Velma's place was comfortable and quiet. Having an assigned parking spot (#1) was a plus. We were glad to walk to Maria's for margaritas and dinner.

It was a great area to stay in and Adrian was incredibly helpful.

Didn’t have garbage bags and dishwasher still isn’t working. All together I still enjoy the place.

We had an amazing trip to Santa Fe and this AirBnB was a delightful get away. It felt like home away from home. It was private and comfortable. The fireplace kept the home warm. The location is great as you’re a short walk to downtown or a short drive to places beyond. We had a lovely time and would be happy to stay here again.

Nos encantó el lugar, hermosa la decoración, era como estar en casa todo muy cómodo. Una pena el que se descompusiera el calentador de agua, pero Louise resolvió eficientemente el problema al ofrecernos quedarnos en el condominio de al lado. Espero que pronto quede solucionado lo del calentador, porque quisiéramos quedarnos en tu condominio porqué realmente nos gustó mucho.

We flew in for our son's wedding. The condo was less than 15 mins away from airport. It's situated right by Texas Tech and many restaurants and hotels. Great location walkable for all our needs. Great Walmart is half mile away. Host is responsive, friendly and provided great details to make checking, the stay, and checkout seamless. Amenities were plentiful. Spacious living room and bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms were a huge plus. Would definitely book there again.

Our host was welcoming and responded to our requests, prior to check in. During the duration of our stay, we had everything we needed: extra towels, blankets, pillows, crib and dishes. We made some home cook meals and enjoyed the walking distance to Rib Crib. Thank you for making us feel at home and will definitely return in the future.

The place is small and cozy but has everything you need and is very functional - with a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a beautiful southwestern art and comfortable rugs and beds. The location is superb on fort Marcy park which is a quick walk down to the plaza- get a drink from La mama on your walk! Beautiful sunset views
