Matt’s place exceeded our expectations which were already high. The daytime security guard was extremely helpful and very friendly. The coffee shop in the building is a nice new addition. Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable, clean house. Location was great, close to Tech and local restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and the bedrooms have room darkening shades. The house is older but updated enough to enjoy the space. Great front yard with a nice spot to sit and hang out with our dog. Would stay here again.

As soon as we booked Reed was already checking in and sending us all the info we needed. Really a great Host and he was available for any thing we needed. The location is EVERYTHING perfectly located in Midtown , we didn't ever need to get into our car because everything was within walking distance, BUT the property is nestled right by the river that it had a very private feel to it too. I'm definitely comming back !

They provided an amazing atmosphere to take in all that Cloudcroft had to offer during our stay. Thank you again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! Was the perfect size for my husband and I and our 3 teenagers. We stayed here after camping at Guadelupe and it was a very nice relaxing place to recover from all the hiking! Carlsbad Caverns was only abt 30 minutes away. The house was near some great restaurants. Felt very safe and slept well. Would highly recommend this home!

Laura’s place was beautifully clean and well-located for our stay in Lubbock. We look forward to staying with her again on future visits.

Nos encantó el lugar, hermosa la decoración, era como estar en casa todo muy cómodo. Una pena el que se descompusiera el calentador de agua, pero Louise resolvió eficientemente el problema al ofrecernos quedarnos en el condominio de al lado. Espero que pronto quede solucionado lo del calentador, porque quisiéramos quedarnos en tu condominio porqué realmente nos gustó mucho.

Nash was an AWESOME host! He hooked me up when I needed a last minute place to work remote for a couple days. He was very on top of communication and responded promptly when I had questions. I will definitely be staying here when i’m back and recommend any traveling the same!

Awesome view and close to shopping area and restaurants.

Our host was welcoming and responded to our requests, prior to check in. During the duration of our stay, we had everything we needed: extra towels, blankets, pillows, crib and dishes. We made some home cook meals and enjoyed the walking distance to Rib Crib. Thank you for making us feel at home and will definitely return in the future.

Everything was perfect. Shower head didn’t work the best. I went to Hone Depot and bought one and used while I was there. Definitely needs replaced.
