The house and property were just as described and pictured. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware, dishes and utensils, including stuff for kids. The property itself was gorgeous and well maintained. My son loved all of the iguanas, other lizards and frogs that we found roaming around. It’s just 5 minutes from Playa Buye which was a beautiful, calm beach with plenty of natural shade that the kids loved. We absolutely loved this place and would seriously consider coming back to Cabo Rojo just to stay here.

Lesli’s place is great! We loved staying here for our family vacation. She was very communicative and we greatly appreciated the wagon and beach toys for our kiddos. The area is quiet and walkable to the beach. I definitely recommend this space for families, couples, and/or friends looking for a beach getaway.

the villa was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. it was close to the Buyé beach about a 2 min drive. very nice calm beach perfect for kids.

We had an amazing weekend getaway ! The accommodations were fantastic: clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring Cabo Rojo with plenty of great beaches. Karen was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Important point the mattresses were super comfortable and that’s a must!!!! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we can't wait to come back again!

This was an absolutely wonderful and beautiful space! It allowed us to enjoy the space as a family while also having separate spaces to decompress. It borders a beautiful golf course and is 25 minutes away from another one so for a family of golfers, it was great! I will note and appreciate the hosts for also noting this in their welcome book - the house is on an island in the middle of heavy nature - bugs are expected. Do your due diligence of keeping inside clean but expect the usual bugs after a storm outside! The hosts were also very communicative and responsive and gave really good instructions before, during and after our stay. Overall, highly recommend for a group or family get a way to be a bit away from Old San Juan and get to enjoy the West coast a bit more !

My group had a great time at Villa el Encanto! We had the pleasure of getting to stay in Rincón for a friend’s wedding and had the best stay. The house and yard are massive (we even got a game of kickball going in the yard)! The pool is the perfect temperature day and night and the best place to hang out if you want some reprieve from the beach. Beds were comfortable and clean. We highly recommend staying here!

The house was amazing! We had everything we needed and we felt safe behind the gate off the main road . We were close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery shopping. The pool is fantastic and the outdoor patio for sunsets was breathtaking. I wish we could have stayed longer

Roger was an excellent host! He met us at the house when we arrived and showed us around. The house was huge with plenty of room to fit our large group. Roger has 3 dogs that roam the property each day and they are the sweetest, well mannered dogs. You dont see them most of the day as they are out exploring but here and there they come out to say hi witch we enjoyed. With such a large group we accumulated a lot of garbage and recycling but roger took care of that for us very quickly and was always quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from him again.

This home is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils, we were able to make several wonderful meals. The views are amazing and we enjoyed being in the middle of natures beauty. The house is on the side of a mountains so it may be a little difficult to get around the grounds with small children or anyone with physical difficulties. The tiled stairs are steep and a little uneven also there is a gazebo that doesn't have a railing and is on the side of a steep hill. But these things do not take away from enjoying yourself. The pool is well maintained, we enjoyed our time in there. The roads are narrow, winding and steep, a bit scary during the day and really scary at night. So I suggest taking a taxi at night with since they are familiar with the roads, it cost us $15 each way and was worth it. Allison and Chuck are amazing hosts! They were super responsive and very pleasant. I highly recommend staying at Casa Montana.

The house was very nice and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Vincent and Angela are great to communicate with and respond quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

I will be back but will bring more people with me!! The home sleeps 8 people and comfortably. I will definitely recommend it to any of my friends or family thats making a trip out to puerto rico. The host let me check in early and accomodated my elder parents. I really appreciated that as they didnt have to do that.

Had a great stay. Plenty of room for family. The beach is less than a minute walk. There are pools everywhere on the grounds. Will stay again when on that side of the island.

The space looked just like the photos- it was clean, spacious and super close to such a beautiful beach! Highly recommend

We enjoy the stay, the only issue was locating it but once we found it it was good.
