Had a great experience and everything was clean. Everything you have at home is there. No need to bring pans and pots to cook. Theres also a grill! The people there are very nice and will definitely go back again.

Great clean spot right by the river and all the amenities of Gruene. It is a bit weird because it’s 2 completely separate apartments which I thought were connected. You get 101 and 102 and they are Nextdoor but not connected

The location was easy to find and extremely convenient. River tube floating rentals are right next door. The host allowed for an early check in, and the condo was just as described. Everything was very clean and spacious. One minor complaint - the tenants directly above our room were very noisy. Sounded like they stomped their steps and were awake late at night and into the early hours. However, all else was great and would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Super comfy bed with blackout curtains, gym in the building, walking distance to lots of places in a great safe neighborhood. Host was communicative and helpful! Only drawback was quite low water pressure in shower.

Justin and Whitney are super accommodating and desire to make your NB experience as great as possible. Very appreciative!

Place resembled exactly as described. We had a great time. A special thanks to the host for generously stacking the kitchen with all the essentials plus useful items that you typically need to get yourself from local stores. Highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic weekend! The condo was very clean and had all we needed! My favorite part was that it was so nice and cold In the condo! I had a great night sleep…the pool was amazing along with the view of the deers out of the patio door.

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

Great stay! The host was very easy to communicate with. They even got me a full length mirror prior to my arrival. Which was much appreciated! Loved the unit and balcony. Had everything needed inside. The rooftop pool was heated and had a beautiful view. Easy access to walk the lake trail. Would recommend and stay again.

Candice’s apartment was super cute and conveniently located in the middle of Austin. We appreciated all the amenities. Candice was an especially friendly and helpful host, as well.

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. Jason’s place was beautiful! The perfect amount of space for 5 girls. The rooftop was particularly great for a sunset. And the location was great for a walk or an easy Uber to anywhere you’d like. Would stay again!
