Adorable spot in a quiet neighborhood and great location. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. Overall the stay was pleasant and the house was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The Champagne Room nicely meet my spouse and my needs for our visit to friends in Fredericksburg. The location was only several minutes from Main Street with many places for dining. The room was as listed. The bottle of champagne was a nice touch. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Isaac was very friendly and asked if everything meet expectations or if we needed anything. His texting communications were very nice. Thanks Isaac for a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed our stay, very clean place and super walkable. Stayed with a work colleague and it was a good setup with the two bedrooms and two baths. No living room or couches, but there is a kitchen table and chairs. Would definitely consider another stay here under similar circumstances. Thank you!

Perfect Airbnb for those that don't mind a ten minutes walk to anything you could need or want. The location could not have been better. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything that we needed and more. The host's were friendly and accommodating when our travel plans changed last minute. I would highly recommended this listing to anyone visiting Austin!

We loved our four days exploring Austin for the first time and staying here. Strong WiFi and two separate workspaces made it easy to work part of the days. Simple street parking. The hosts couldn’t have been kinder. This cute accessory dwelling is in their backyard but well situated to give privacy for all. Two bathrooms were great. Comfortable to come home to each night.

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Austin! The rental itself is very quaint and lovely, and the location allowed us to enjoy the nearby UT Austin campus and downtown DTX. I wouldn’t change anything about our choice to stay here and recommend anyone to consider it for their own trips to Austin!

This is such a peaceful and wonderful space! Serenity and Justin are THE best hosts. Everything that you could need is here! Their place is within walking distance of the center of town. There are many fun shops, great restaurants, and even a brewery. It is also short drive to Blanco State Park. We travel to Blanco every month. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!

Great host! She was quick to respond to my questions and she was flexible with the check in time. Very clean place and a stunning view! I will definitely go there again if I am ever back in the area.

What a beautiful place to stay! It was so roomy and peaceful, tastefully decorated and was a great location for getting to surrounding destinations like the airport, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, etc. I would highly recommend staying here! My husband and I have nothing but praise!!

The space and the view in and of itself was even grander than depicted in the pictures provided on the listing, but the high praise doesn’t end there. This was one of (if not the) cleanest and most well put together Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Need spare batteries? No worries, they have them. Aluminum foil? K-cups? Sandwich bags? Feminine hygiene products? They have all of that as well. Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! Will definitely stay again!!

We had an amazing time staying in their home. The space was the perfect size for 4 people. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked, along with the rest of the house. Location was perfect to everything and it was very quiet. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved this place. It’s simple, clean, and has everything you need. The location of the house is great. It’s 10 minutes away from new braunfels, 15 minutes from Gruene, and 15 minutes from Natural Bridge Caverns. The host was quick with responding and had clear instructions with check ins & out.
