We made some amazing memories at the Quiet Cove! Having access to kayaks, paddle board , and fishing from the dock made our stay so much fun. We ended each day around the fire out on the porch with a guitar, diving with the family. The house is super well stocked which made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home, not just a rental. Thank you for an incredible stay.

We stayed here for a weekend because we saw a concert at the Whitewater Amphitheater. This listing was perfect for the concert. We were able to walk from the house to the venue and didnt have to worry about getting a ride share or driving ourselves. The house was well-taken care of and Amy was great. She sent detailed intructions for finding the place and things to do. We arrived after dark though and the house was tough to find because there weren't any lights on and the driveway goes down to the house. It was hard to tell where the driveway was in the dark because it isn't paved and the grass in the driveway was a little overgrown, but we eventually figured it out! She sent a helpful video prior to our arrival about finding the driveway, but it was during the day, so it looked different than it did when we got there at night. Other than that, everything was perfect and we enjoyed our time there! Would definitely stay there again for another concert.

We booked for Family Weekend at Texas State. The property was about 15 minutes from campus. The river access was a plus! The property provided access to floats and a kayak which was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

Melinda’s place was awesome! Great clean space that was as described. Melinda was very responsive and communicated well. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away and enjoy the lake!

We had a peaceful, amazing time! The location is perfect, beautiful, and easy to find! A great spot in the hill country that has the Guadalupe river in the backyard!

The pictures do not do this beautiful gem any justice. It is so much more gorgeous in person than we were expecting. We were in awe as we entered the home and made our way around deciding who was sleeping where. We had everything we needed and MORE. We spent the weekend here to explore a nearby bookstore and winery. There was enough space for 6 women to comfortably enjoy a girls weekend relaxing. We easily could have nearly doubled our group size and not felt crowded. And the riverfront view? It was the best way to wake up every morning. Make some coffee and head down to the stairs or floating dock to enjoy the wildlife waking up with the sun. We’ve already decided when we head back to this area, we’re staying at Robin’s place. Our stay at Hayley’s house was incredible! The house was cute, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location cannot be beat. Our 11yo son proclaimed it our best vacation ever! Access to the river was easy, the water was clear and cool. We kayaked, fished, swam, explored and skipped rocks to our hearts’ content. We saw lots of beautiful wildlife - herons, hawks, deer, roadrunners, turtles and more. The town is right around the corner, making it easy to grab lunch or dinner at and of the wonderful restaurants in town. We particularly enjoyed The Creekhouse, The Let Go, and the Wimberly Cafe. We will definitely be back!

This is probably one of the better Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. It’s obvious they have put in the effort and took the time to truly understand how hospitality operates. The Casitas are perfectly situated location wise, and are all new construction with modern amenities. Being able to walk down to the river where there’s a fireplace as well as having a fireplace outside your back door was truly a treat as they provide plenty of firewood and such. They also have a golf cart rental available, which I do suggest if you plan on staying a few days. Make sure to pay attention to their local recommendations as all of them were very true. We are already planning our return trip.

My husband and I loved the little cabin, very clean and comfortable. It’s private and very quiet. It has everything that we needed in order to make our stay more enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and helpful, whether it was through the people at Evolve and Ms. Hilda. They are polite, quick to answer any questions, and all instructions are very easily understood. Highly recommended.

We came to Bandera for the bike rally and had a fantastic time. Our host was very accommodating as we needed to arrive a day early due to forecasted bad weather. The house was occupied the night before. Lindsay was able to get the house for us early as requested! Plenty of things to do and food to eat within walking distance and only 2 miles from the park that held the rally! I would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Also the locals are very friendly! The next door Nieghbor even offered to let us hang out under his canopy on main street to watch the bikes go by! Really cool place and friendly atmosphere!!

Beautiful property! The hosts are responsive and you can’t even tell they are there. The home and surroundings were clean. It’s a HUGE property and such a good place to enjoy nature, the pool, kayak/canoe in some areas of the creek, did some shooting and the dogs were very friendly, always taking care of us. We will be back!

Great stay!! Very comfortable for family of four. The park access was excellent for swimming and enjoying the river! Lots of deer activity every day. Thanks again hopefully be back soon!!

Loved it here! This was a great find. It was a nice clean room overlooking the river and was on very pretty grounds alongside other rentable cabins. The Spicewood location right on the Pedernales and along lake travis was wonderful, truly waterside with easy access to the kayaks/canoes/paddleboards which you can rent through Travis quickly and conveniently. After sunset I had plenty of room to set up my telescope and had a great view of the moon and stars over the water. It’s right down the street from Krause and several other hillcountry gems. Great host. I’d totally come back.

What a great little house for me, my husband, and our dog to get away from the big city for a few days. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to lounge and play. The views from the back yard were amazing, and having access to the river for swimming was so fun. We also loved how the house was isolated and quiet, but super convenient to drive to Inks Lake for the day, or Burnet for meals and groceries. Would definitely recommend this house to families with kids and dogs looking for a little out-of-the-city adventure.

A pretty great cabin (actually a house) in the Texas hill country, with good birding all around. Great for an unplugged holiday. One thing that could be a drawback for some is the weak wifi in the cabin (stronger by the pool area).

This place exceeded our expectations! The peace and quiet that we experienced was unmatched!! My family of four and our dog, enjoyed every moment and every part of the property. My kids were never inside!! Great place to decompress from daily life activities. Also, no phone or Internet service was tranquility for my wife and I. We'll definitely be coming back!!! We LOVED it so much that nobody wanted to leave!!! One of my favorite places that my family has been too. Don't forget to say hi to Frank!!

Very nice place that everyone enjoyed including the kids! Close to everything but secluded enough to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The creek behind the property is beautiful and everyone enjoyed the amenities that were included.

I loved Erin's place! It is the perfect river getaway. We had great weather on Friday and were able to sit by the river, some even got in! She had plenty of lawn chairs, kayaks and paddle boards for everyone. The rest of the weekend it was very cold but that did not ruin our fun because Erin has thought of everything to keep guests entertained. There were so many games from darts, cornhole, bad mitten, a trampoline, see-saw's, you name it! Erin was an awesome host. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the place and where we can find everything. There is even a cute cat that hung out with us most of the weekend, Miss Kitty! We wanted to watch the final four basketball game on Saturday night and there is a TV but it is inside the cabin so not enough room for everyone to comfortably watch. Erin got a projector and a shower curtain to use as a screen. That was very thoughtful! She went above and beyond my expectations for a host! I would definitely book there again!

I’m very excited to stay again! The amount of items they had available was endless. Great location and amazing place to book for your getaway.

Everything with house was perfect! We went for a motorcycle rally and had 4 bikes. It rained and made the long driveway sketchy on the bikes. We were slipping and sliding in and out. That has nothing to do with the house just as information for future motorcycle riders. We would DEFINITELY stay again but would pay closer attention to the weather. Plenty of room for everyone and even saw some deer outside the back window/door. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.

I had a wonderful girl's weekend trip at Tom's place. He has put in A LOT of effort and love into this home. It's exactly what we were looking for. Everyone had a comfy bed and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The property is so special and beautiful. The screened in porch was fantastic and we ate every meal outside. The river is a short 3-5 minute walk down a path. We brought a cooler, sat by the water, and used the rope swing. The location feels remote and private but then there's an HEB 15 minutes away. It was just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other's company. Tom is probably the nicest and most responsive host I've ever encountered. You can tell he truly loves this home and wants his guests to feel comfortable and taken care of. 10/10 would recommend and already planning my return.
