Overall, a few miscues but owners did best they could to fix it and were very responsive to text/calls. We rented this location to be close to the baseball diamond and that's a 5 minute walk from there so main goal was accomplished. Second was that we could bring our dog. Was disappointed during checkout on the reservation that I had already picked the rate with pet, and then paid a separate charge - so, beware the price is without the pet fee even if you picked it.

The blue barn had everything we needed. We loved getting to use the grill and hang out by the pool. Enjoyed our nightly walks around the area as well. Stephanie and Ben were quick to respond to all of our questions and very accommodating. We will return for sure.

Second time with StayWise and another successful trip. Space was clean, with everything one needs for a short or long term stay. Great amenities on the property, as well. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants and only a relatively short 20 min drive to downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods. Currently, my go to spot for trips to the Austin area.

Great location and charming site. This looks like an ideal spot to book a wedding or family reunion.

Aseel is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had! She is super helpful, responsive and really cares about the details of this place and the guest experience. The apt is beautifully decorated, new, clean and in a great location. I would note that there is no elevator in the building if thats important (I missed that on the listing). The place is also in the best neighborhood and super convenient.. love love love!

Stayed 2 months while transitioning city for a new job. It was a perfect location with lots of access. It was exactly as represented online. Highly recommend !!

Had a really great stay at FCM Home’s Airbnb in Austin! We were traveling with two children and we appreciated the stocked kitchen, laundry pods for laundry, and the general cleanliness of the home/free of clutter. The airbnb was also in a great location! We’d definitely stay again. Thank you

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

Our first Air BnB experience. It was great. The place was clean and neat. Beautiful area. The property is on the lake and there are deer everywhere. Very quiet. Parking spaces in the garage are a little tight, but outside parking is available. I would definitely recommend this room and would could back in we are in the area.

We loved our stay. Seeing the deer every day was amazing. The condo was clean, has all of your essentials and so much to do around. They were so responsive every time we had a question. We hope to be back!

our girls trip stay at Vahids was spectacular. super clean home with comfy beds and plenty of supplies. the views were breathtaking! Vahid was very helpful and responsive. we would stay again.

Lucas & team were very flexible with us! I accidentally booked the wrong dates…. Twice🤪 and he was fast to help correct them. I rented this place for my parents & boyfriend’s parents to stay in while visiting us in Austin. It was perfect since we’re pretty much neighbors. Great location to walk over & get a breakfast taco & coffee in the morning. Also very close to all of the restaurants on 6th street. We walked everywhere. The team checked in on them during the stay & everything was clean. I don’t believe any of the amenities were used but they were as described in the listing & looked very nice! Check in was extremely easy. I did show up maybe 10-15 minutes before check in to leave some wine & snacks for the parents & the door code hasn’t been changed. It switched over at exactly 4pm. So if you’re planning on arriving early, be sure to communicate that with Lucas & Team - I’m sure it wouldn’t be an issue. Will definitely be renting this unit again! Our parents loved it.

Anthony's home was comfortable, clean, and safe. My family enjoyed our stay for a week and had all the amenities we needed. The home was easy to find in a quite, safe neighborhood. It was easy to enter the home and the host communicated very well and checked with me to make sure my stay was going well. The home is very spacious and comfortable. My little one had plenty of room to explore and the home was very clean. I would highly recommend anyone or family to stay at this home, because it exceeded my expectations. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful with all the right essentials to be able to cook a meal. I would book this home again on the future. We had a really relaxing stay at that is wonderful house. The decor was so beautiful and luxurious. It felt like something special while also feeling very homey. It was close to everything we wanted to visit in Fredericksburg. Our host had wonderful communication. Checking in & out was super easy. I highly recommend!!

Stephanie was an absolute gem. Her home was very homey and comfortable. We enjoyed her backyard immensely. Any issues we had Stephanie solved within minutes. We will definitely be back.

This place is great. Cool neighborhood, unique home, and some cool amenities (sauna and cool plunge). Very close to some night life, parks, and downtown. Whatever you are in Austin for this place can fit that need. Hosts were great and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
