Beautiful place in an area super close to everything! The house was very nice, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Super spacious living space

We were hesitant to rent a container. We were so pleasantly surprised. Clean quiet and very close to the party we’re attending in the area. Our only disappointment was we could only book one night due to the Sunday already having been booked. We will definitely return.

This is my second time in this house, and great place for a getaway with or without family. The host is very proactive and responsive. We love the simpleness, decluttered design where you have everything you need in the house. Planning to come back.

My boys (12 and 15) and I made reservations for the small container home over spring break, but Matthew reached out a few days before our stay to let us know that some high winds had caused a bit of damage to the container home, and it wouldn’t be fixed by the time we arrived. He kindly and very generously offered to let us stay at the main house for no additional charge so that we could still enjoy our planned vacation. Amazing! We absolutely loved the property, which is lit up beautifully at night and is kitschy and country and comfortable in all the best ways. The decor of the home was unique and fun, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again without hesitation. And we fell in love with the goats. So friendly and funny. Matthew was the same when we met him. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay at this colorful and restful respite from the city.

This was the perfect stay for two! While there were other cottages by us, it still felt very private. We loved the location and would definitely come back!

loved this tiny home. came here for a small honeymoon getaway, and it was just that. very peaceful and the space inside was clean. you're very close to downtown Fredericksburg but the location makes it feel like a getaway. the game room was a very nice addition to this listing, really enjoyed that. we would have liked the hot tub to be maintained just a bit better but it was still usable. all in all very much worth it.!

Cute and cozy place. Easy location to find. Responsive host. Fairly clean (like to a pretty high standard) and very tidy. Had heating. Overall really great. I did think it was slightly over priced, however. It is quite small and although it’s cute and nicely decorated, I just think a bit too expensive. The outdoor area could use a bit of spruce up. But I still think it was a good choice overall. Id easily stay again but would hope for a wee bit cheaper next time.

Stewart was a lovely host and was quick to respond to all inquiries. Home was perfect for our size of group (6). Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Property gives you a "remote" feel but are close to downtown Fredericksburg and wineries. Would stay here again.

We booked this as a short, quick getaway from Austin for the weekend and absolutely loved it. Great amenities, great view, and lots of relaxation space. Also, a surprising amount of storage for a tiny home. Very close to town and also to a swimming hole at the Llano River. We would stay again in the near future!

We had the absolute best time staying here during the F1 weekend! The place was beautiful, spotless, and even better than we imagined. The host was amazing—so friendly, informative, and super responsive to all our questions. We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Door. It is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks west of downtown Johnson City and is far enough from Highway 290 so that there is not excessive road noise. The house was clean and well furnished. The kitchen had updated appliances and plenty of dishes and utensils. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of extra blankets and towels. The bathroom is small but adequate; however, we could not get the shower to maintain a consistent water temperature so it would go suddenly from hot to cold. Also, since this may not be obvious from the description, the third (or back) bedroom has to be accessed through the second bedroom which may be an issue for some. We only got to peak in the renovated container, but it was really cute and looked like a great place for hanging out and playing games.

What a unique and beautiful stay!! This was a great location for us to explore Hill Country for a few days. Johnson City was a cute little town and this secluded oasis gave the perfect chance to take in the beauty while still being a quick drive from fun activities. The huge barn ceilings and outdoor movie night made it one of my favorite AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed at!

Geoffs place was the perfect place for us to have a nice relaxing getaway. Check in was easy, chispa (the dog) was a hoot and so friendly, the air bnb was conveniently located just off of south congress and we were able to do a lot just by walking. We enjoyed all Austin had to offer and would recommend Geoff’s place to anyone looking for a clean and tidy place with lots of ambiance.

We stayed at the Bin. It was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. It was about a 25 minute drive into Main Street. Jenny was very responsive and was extremely helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Looking forward to our next stay!

Katie’s home was picture perfect for our family of 5 and our sweet Dog, Ollie! We loved all the sweet touches from a bottle of wine to s’more items to dog treats! The amenities were top notch and for an Airbnb, Katie made her place like we were at home! The kitchen was well stocked and the linens / beds were so cozy! Ristra was an incredible place to stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was very clean and had some great decorative touches- we loved reading about the creating and decorating of the space and other spaces nearby. The surrounding nature is beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts were more than accommodating to our dog. We loved our time here!

Great place for a cozy, quiet stay and easy drive to downtown Fredericksburg! We loved the home's amenities and watching deer and birds around the property. Also, Augusta Vin is super close if you're looking for winery tastings.
