Pedregal : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

This house is in a great location. There are great views of the town, marina, bay, and mountains. The neighborhood (Pedregal) is beautiful and charming, with excellent security. It is a modest walk to the downtown/Marina area (with many restaurants). It's a bit of a hike to get to the beach, but the Pedregal beach is wonderful (no swimming though). We also were able to hike from the house to Lover's Beach/Divorce Beach (must climb over some rocks), and to Mt. Solmar (great views!). The space itself is very nice. We liked the modern hacienda style. It is a separate floor of a larger "villa", with good privacy. The kitchen is nice and well equipped (with dish washer), the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and attractive. The living area in comfortable (though not large). The terrace is very large and well furnished (I only wish it had more shade). There is a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space was just as described – clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with plenty of amenities. The views were stunning and the location was also perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I really appreciated the little touches and having a cafe in the community for a bite to eat without having to cook yourself was amazing! Also, having access to not only a private pool, but the community pools was fantastic. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a cozy, convenient, and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be returning if I’m in the area again!

Beautiful house and views. Cristina was awesome and easy to get in touch with! Overall the house was fantastic, very clean, well equipped, beds were excellent! gorgeous views, lots of space pool, lounge areas, and grill patio upstairs was a great place to relax. Overall a beautiful rental! We had some lovely days here, We would go back tomorrow morning if we could. I really really recommend this place.

This has to be the best experience I’ve had with a host. Dawn was so helpful, responded right away AND had fresh food and drinks waiting for our arrival. I cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be back

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and had the absolute BEST time! The house was so beautiful, clean, and even more spacious than we expected. Everything was perfect—from the stunning views to the comfy beds and amazing outdoor area. The hosts were super helpful and responsive, and they made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate

The house was very ideal for accommodating a group of 14 guys for a bachelor’s weekend. The house was very clean with plenty of comfortable rooms and bathrooms for guests. The house had great open space to hang out and eat all together. The outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing and swimming. The house is located close to a supermarket which made it very convenient for groceries. The concierge Isaac was extremely helpful with all questions and planning activities. The location was in a very safe and quite neighborhood. The house is not located near downtown Cabo, so a ride service was a must. The shuttle service provided was available at all hours, affordable, and could pick up large numbers. Overall, it was a great place with a very helpful host and staff.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our group. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out as well as come together for meals. Will look to stay here again in the future!

Had an amazing time at dael’s place… the place us super close to all the good restaurants and clubs and walmart whatever it is… super close to beach as well the house inside was super clean… just the bbq area was dusty as no one has used it in quite a while… the pool was good as well water temperature was good less clorine as well… but the pool is combined with the diving school so they might have classes there sometimes… wasnt a problem for us as it was a slow season.. i am not sure about the busy season… but dael was responsive there was someone to answer our questions all the time overall had a fun time.. thanks to dael and the rest of the staff.

Laura’s place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space is beautifully decorated, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches that make all the difference. It’s clear that Laura puts a lot of care into every detail, everything was spotless, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. On top of that, Laura is an incredible host! She is warm, welcoming, and always available if you need anything. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly set her apart. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back.

We felt very comfortable in Melissa’s apartment! It’s very spacious and nice. The air conditioning worked great and it’s really nice that there’s filtered water available. The location was also perfect for us as it’s a short walk to the marina and nearby restaurants. The apartment complex was quiet and we had no issues with noise. We did have a little trouble with the hot water but they responded very quickly and had someone come check it out within 1 hour. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Mariel’s place was perfect in every way. It was even better than the photos described. It was. Dry. Lean inside with all dishes and kitchen items you would need as well as a stunning courtyard that had a pool (with plenty of shaded areas if you don’t want to be in the full sun). The location was perfect and walkable to anywhere downtown Cabo (5 minutes to the main tourist sections). I would definitely stay here next time I visit Cabo.

De verdad que superó mis expectativas!!! Está más grande de lo que aparece en las fotos, el camión pasa justo en la calle de la esquina para ir y venir del aeropuerto, la playa del riu te queda caminando, tiene TODO para hacerte lo que quieras de comer, cuenta con lo básico, desde papel de baño, jabón, y shampoo, hasta plancha para la ropa, secadora de cabello, toallas para bañarte e ir a la playa (eso nos sacó de mil apuros) les juro que me quería quedar a vivir ahí!!! La alberca de los depas está deli y no había ni un alma, súper privado todo. De verdad que son mil cosas buenas y superó cada expectativa que tuvimos!!! Mil gracias Verónica 🤍

The location is great, while a lot of the city is loud from the night clubs this spot is quite and peaceful, while still being walkable to the main attractions. Host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Jessica was responsive and easy to communicate with. Her home is beautiful and super spacious. It is also well equipped with everything you need to cook for a family for a week. Lots of bathrooms and televisions for everybody to enjoy. Also, great location to reach everything in both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, including Costco, Walmart, and great local grocery stores. The place was also super clean. Great value. Una vera oasi in una città che sicuramente sta diventando molto caotica. Il patio è pieno di piante e fiori con un ampio parcheggio e una zona relax deliziosa. Un gatto simpaticissimo fa gli onori di casa. Lo studio è perfetto per un soggiorno più che confortevole, completo di tutto, molto ben arredato e con oggetti di utilizzo personale (il bagno conteneva di tutto e di più) e per fare un caffè o preparare qualcosa da mangiare. La comunicazione ci Genesis è facilissima e molto chiara, senza contare che ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in anticipato, e ci ha tenuto in custodia i bagagli oltre all’ora del check out. Grazie di tutto e speriamo di tornare presto

La estancia en el departamento fue muy buena, es mejor que lo que se ve en las fotografías todo muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, hay juegos de mesa y nos encantó la terraza aparte de bonita y agradable es privada.

The condo was located in a beautiful area and an easy drive from the airport. The hostess provided excellent driving directions to the resort, and we were able to get assistance from the hotel concierge to find the building and unit. It was great having the downstairs unit because we could walk out to the back patio, and directly to the pool. It was a short walk to the beach on a well lit cement path. The beach was pretty and the Sea of Cortez is a beautiful turquoise blue. The waves break on shore, and swimming in not advised in that area. It is about a 10 minute drive to the "swimming beach". The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The towels and bed linens were quality and plentiful. The kitchen was well equipped. We prepared a variety of meals and had everything we needed after a trip to the grocery store recommended by the hostess.

Definitely recommend this stay! This was my first time in Cabo, but my partners 5th time going and she mentioned this has been by far the best stay she’s booked thus far. This was conveniently located across Soriana grocery store AND Costco! You don’t need a car for either, they are both a 2 minute walk. The home was well equipped with cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc). We were a group of 5 and comfortably fit, though 6 would work well too. The pool was heated. The view from the balcony was perfectly angled to see the famous Arc which looked beautiful sunrise and sunset. You don’t want to miss it! This was about an 11 minute drive to the marina, where you will spend most of your time for activities. I felt very secure and safe in this location, all rooms were clean, neat, and have working AC units. Would highly recommend and rebook this stay!

100% would stay again. Everywhere in Cabo has its pros and cons. This one is the best of all worlds. Only con is there’s no infinity pool hah. But I’d take a 2 br suite any day. If you try to get a crappy hotel room, you’d still have to sit through the timeshare bs. Was bringing a friend (her first time) so we had plenty of beach / exploration time anyways. And it’s 2 blocks away from my fav beach breakfast place at cascadas. $5 Ubers were great.

We had a wonderful stay! Michael, Tasha, and Karen were so friendly and helpful. The place looked even more beautiful in person and we absolutely loved the clubhouse pool and restaurant. It was so easy to take the shuttle to the resorts within that area and call a taxi to downtown Cabo to go sightseeing. We definitely plan on coming back!

Great host, Responsive and helpful. Place is central to various beaches and downtown (anything is within 10-15 min drive). We had our own car so this worked. Place was clean.

I couldn’t have picked a better location and will be back. This place was exactly as described. The hidden gem was the grocery store in walking distance. I love Cabo and plan to reserve this space every time I return!

Our stay was great, the locations is walking distant to the beach and had a beautiful view and pool. We were traveling for a wedding at the Cape hotel and our stay was just as great and significantly more affordable. The space had everything we needed and we slept comfortably each night. Highly recommend this place for your travels to Cabo.
