We stayed in a Villa La Valencia studio, and it was beautiful, both indoors and the surrounding resort The beach view was breathtaking, and all of the amenities were five star. The restaurants available to us on property were all great. And our host was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would love to return to this property again

This was living in an artist’s dream! 😍 We have stayed and experienced quite a few Airbnb’s, but this was just pulling and tying together all the strings to make it the best ⭐️ Tropical and beach vibes, breezy open living, a house filled with artwork (of the host’s mother) and collected treasures, including carefully handwritten recipes on musky smelling sheets of paper. Autumn was such a great host, very responsive, helpful and accommodating, highly recommend renting the whole place to get the full experience.

Our stay here at Sean's place was FANTASTIC!!! It was the perfect house for 3 of us and VERY comfortable to stay in. Would definitely stay here again, Sean was very responsive when we had questions, and the guards at the front gate were VERY nice and helpful! The only downside was the pool not being heated, but we still used it on occasion...but would have used it a lot more had it been heated (as there was a 'cold front' the 2 weeks we were down there). The only thing I would suggest is taking the book that is in the house with instructions and activities possibly be emailed prior to staying, as it has extensive directions how to get to the residence, and we had a bit of an issue finding it in the dark (we were the last flight in of the night and had to find it in the dark). All in all, our stay was MARVELOUS and would definitely stay again.

Matta's place was extraordinary. The views are immaculate. There was ample space for our family to spread out. The pool and hot tub were used everyday by us and our children while watching whales jump out of the ocean. The sunrises are spectactular if you are an early riser like me. The kitchen was well stocked and we hired a chef who prepared meals for us as well as our fresh caught fish. I've stayed in many Airbnb's across the world and this is my favorite. It's close to the airport and situated between Cabo San Jose and San Lucas so whatever you desire is close by. Her recommendations for tour companies were spot on as well. Stay here, you will not regret it.

We had a fantastic time at Casa Struthers in February 2025. 4 couples in our 50s & 60s. The villa was HUGE. 4 master BR suites, each with its own private bathroom. Marco and his team were so responsive before and during our entire trip. Yolanda especially. She arranged everything for us. Transportation, activities, dinner suggestions and on 2 nights a private chef. The chef was a great touch for us and she was excellent. Well worth the price. The villa was clean and had maid service every day, which is a huge bonus for a rental villa. Private pool, 2 minute walk to the beach, pickleball across the street. Everything we needed. They only area for improvement were minor. The dryer didn’t work and GPS for Uber drivers to get to the place was sometimes a challenge. Also, we were there Super Bowl Sunday and getting the game was hard. It took a VPN directly to Arizona and a YouTubeTV login to solve that. I will definitely use Marco and his team again! Bravo!

Three generations (10people) of my family stayed here for 7 days and everyone loved their accommodations. An unusual layout with a central courtyard with a pool and spa and private entrances to each of the 5 suites. The kitchen, dining area and living room are lined with sliders on both sides that allow easy access to the courtyard or the balcony with an unbelievable 180 degree view. We watched whales and could hear the surprisingly loud boom each time they breached. We hired a private chef for entire time and the well equipped kitchen allowed fantastic meals to be prepared. Our host Michaela was excellent, giving us recommendations for activities, restaurants and a taxi service that was excellent and very responsive. She also pre-stocked the house with food and beverage items just as we requested. Hope this wonderful property is available when we visit next year.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. The community was lovely and having access to a small gym was a great add for the group. Marco was extremely responsive and helpful with all our needs [from needing a doctor / IV for one of the girls who got the flu to grabbing groceries to arranging transportation]. The level of service was felt and appreciated. It was great to have a daily cleaning (which we did not get at the other Villa we rented earlier in the week). There is a little construction close to the Villa, but I didn’t impact our stay (we barely noticed it). Finally, the Villa does not have filtered water so we had to purchase ice and bottled water for the trip (you can make it work, but should just be prepared)!

Brittani’s place is absolutely AMAZING! This is by far the best listing that my group has ever stayed at - we’re already trying to decide when we can go back! The view is spectacular and even better than the photos. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The indoor-outdoor living setup and sound of the ocean waves at night truly made it feel like paradise. Brittani was kind and very responsive. Thank you Brittani and Julio for such a wonderful stay! I can’t say enough good things about this listing - would recommend it to anyone!

Holy Cow, What a great view! We were able to stay at Pueblo Bonito, Monte Cristo Estates, Villa #7. The view was absolutely amazing, as was the pool and hot tub. When you stay at the Pueblo Bonito Resort, you will want for nothing. The meals are awesome at the many dining options that are available. Raul, our Concierge, was super helpful in answering any questions that we had. The Sunset Hotel Lobby is stunning. The staff are helpful, always seem to be smiling and will give a friendly wave to any guest who waves to them! Our entire stay was very impressive! Well done!

Wonderful unit, staff is great, and its proximity to the beach was perfect. The pools, service, and restaurants were excellent. Would highly recommend this unit and the resort.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Posada. The home is spacious with high ceilings and 4 very private en-suite bedrooms. The rooftop deck was peaceful for morning, coffee and watching the sunrise. Great safe neighborhood walkable to several high-end resorts and the beach. Family, friendly pool and neighborhood. We would love to come back someday.

What an amazing place from the amenities to the beautiful view of the ocean from their balcony! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. Our family had a great time whether we were just hanging out at the villa or whale watching on one of the excursions. I highly recommend both this location & this specific Villa. We felt very safe both from the security of the complex to walking downtown for dinner.

Rob and Jen were good hosts. They gave helpful tips, and were usually pretty quick with communication. There was one issue that did not get resolved and was a disappointing part of our trip, which was a bee swarm (dozens of bees) at the pool. We asked to send a beekeeper to remove them, and they sent their pool guy who just sprayed the bees with Raid. The bees should not have been killed and the poisonous Raid got into the pool, where kids and a pregnant woman were swimming. Not cool. This never got resolved and we were constantly on bee alert when in/around the pool area. One thing to note is that the pool is NOT heated, and is pretty chilly. On a hot day it's refreshing, but it was too cold for our toddler to want to get in all the way. We would have used the pool much more had it been warmer. Other than the bees and the cold pool, the house was perfect for our needs and I would recommend it for a group of friends or families. It's also close to Chileno Bay Beach- a hidden gem!

Host was excellent and very accommodating! House was clean and had everything you need. Poop was beautiful and we sat and watched the whales from the Hot Tub! The chef was excellent and quality of food was excellent!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Felt very secure with the gated community. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We weren’t far from downtown areas. It was a wonderful place to retreat to after exploring around. Highly recommend to anyone looking for other options besides the hotels. The community area was very nice as well. The host couldn’t have been more helpful whenever we needed anything they were always there to assist. Would love to come back and stay with them again.

We booked the house for a girls weekend and the house was perfect. It had an open living space with a cool brick ceiling. Pool area had lots of seating, shade and ambience, with several views of water and just really well designed. Our concierge with the rental agency was a game changer as well. Felt completely taken care of. We would recommend and book again. Two of the bedrooms are separate from the main living, so could be a plus or minus depending on who is vacationing with you. It was accurately described in the listing.

We absolutely loved our relaxing beach vacation here! The pictures do not do the place justice—the beach is right out your door and the whole little villa compound is gorgeous. There are three connected pools—one is warm, which was nice in the evening. We woke up each morning to a serene beach with few people and many baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There is a fabulous grocery store walking distance and a few restaurants. We rented a car at enterprise and it was good to have to go to Cabo for a day and explore San Jose. You could easily go without a car here. The hosts are super helpful and responsive. If you are thinking about staying here—definitely do!!!

Lolo and Carrie’s place was perfect! The photos were great but it was even better in person. The whole place was well stocked and clean. From kitchens to bathroom and pool/beach gear. The upstairs living area was stocked with games for the whole family. We took 10 people with us and it never felt crowded. Ubers were a quick ride to the marina/ main beach and back. The pool at the villa was perfect. My kids loved going out at night to swim after a long day. We would definitely stay again!

It’s a really nice place, and such a better value than staying at a hotel nearby. It’s very spacious and in a beautiful complex with nice pools. Juan Carlos was also very helpful and flexible. The one downside was that there was some water rationing going on by the local government, so for one day, we only had running water during specific times, which was unexpected and confusing. Other than that, we’d stay there again.

Exactly what we needed! Gorgeous space that’s close enough to downtown Cabo without being in the thick of it. Great amenities and experience. Best host (Adriana) and co-host (Don Juan), super friendly and helpful for everything we needed.

This villa was located in the beautiful Pedregal. It’s a gated community and felt very safe. The area has gorgeous views wherever you look. Location was perfect as it was 3 min drive to Pedregal beach to catch the sunset and the whale season! Also it was 5-9min drive to California Ranch Market, select Chedraui and Walmart for any grocery needs. Also a 6min drive to the marina for a lovely walk and so many restaurants and cafe to choose from. The house itself was perfect for us. Each room had a bathroom, the pool was maintained and stayed cold on hot sunny days it was refreshing. The rooftop terrace is my fav as we played board games and had meals with beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked even down to Tupperware which came in handy for leftover cooking that we took to picnic. Oscar was great and responsive with the check in and check out process. Overall, this is worth every penny and can’t wait to be back :)

The stay was lovely! It was a very spacious 2 bed condo with a fantastic view and large patio to enjoy. The patio has a dipping pool that we really enjoyed. It is close enough to walk to several restaurants, shops and the marina. There was also a good little grocery story about 2 blocks away. It was very comfy and included all the necessary amenities.

I had an amazing stay at Jorge’s beautiful home! Would definitely book again, he was very attentive and always responded in no less than 10 minutes when we had minor issues or questions. It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood and also 10 minutes or less from downtown Cabo!
