Pefkochori : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

The appartment is brand new and well equipped with beautiful view towards the sea visible from the second floor. Very friendly host. The place is run by a family, so everything is arranged with care. For instance, the place was cleaned every second day with change of towels and bed sheets, which we found very helpful as we travelled with 2 small kids. The place is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beach is wild/ usually empty and overall the location is perfect if you want to have a bit remote stay. The beach is maybe not the best for kids who cannot yet swim, however, it has its own charm. In close proximity we found also more shallow sandy beaches as well as small cosy villages which were nice to visit.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Beim Checkin wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Danke für die ausführlichen Informationen. Es ist ruhig gelegen an einem Salzsee und dahinter sieht man gleich das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden. Wir können es weiter empfehlen. 🙂👍🏼

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Ich hatte eine tolle Woche in Minas Beach House. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen kleinen Privatstrand mit eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, die kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Wir haben dort im Sonnenuntergang sogar Delfine gesehen. Dimos war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, ein wirklich guter Service! Trinkwasser kann bestellt und vor die Tür geliefert werden und er gibt tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Der Garten ist gepflegt und man kann toll draußen sitzen. Die Küche ist klein und mit Basics ausgestattet. Salz und Pfeffer sind vorhanden. Die Strände an der Ostküste sind paradiesisch und unbedingt einen Ausflug zum Schnorcheln und Bootfahren wert! Ruhige Strandtage können direkt vor der Haustür verbracht werden werden, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Etwas abseits, in Old Nikiti, sind ein tolles authentisches Café und Restaurant, das ich sehr empfehlen kann. Inlands kann man schöne Wanderungen durch Olivenhaine und Wälder machen.

Everything was fine. A lot of appLiances. Nice balcony. Everything like home. Way to the beach with stairs. Not suitable for disabled people. We hope to get back next year. Maria&Hristo, all the best

We had a great stay at Kostantinos' place. The location is perfect, a 5-10 min walk from the center of Nea Moudania, where you can find nice restaurants and shops. It is a 50 min drive to Thessaloniki center. It is a great location to visit towns at the different peninsula's (Afytos, Nea Fokea, Parthenonas etc). The house has a beautiful garden, which you share with one other couple. Communication with Konstantinos was great. He is a kind host and he even gave us a bottle of whine. We would recommend this place.

Dimitar беше фантастичен, както винаги (отсядали сме и в друг негов апартамент), а имотът беше безупречен! Спокойно място със собствен невероятен двор с много зеленина! Не можем да си представим по-добър апартамент или домакин! Местоположение и идеално за почивка. Буквално до плажа. Но и на 5 мин от ресторанти и магазинчета. Има всичко, което може да ви потрябва - простор и комфорт вътре и отвън, паркинг място, лесен достъп за багажа, приятен вътрешен двор с басейн... дори и пълен сет принадлежности за плажа - чадър и сгъваеми столове. Домакинът ни даде пълна информация за мястото, района, храната, ресторантите и интересните места за посещение, беше винаги на разположение, ако ни потрябва. Геракини и целия район носят автентичен гръцки чар и ни накараха да се отпуснем и забавляваме много. Чакаме с нетърпение следваща възможност, за да отидем пак в това чудесно кътче на Халкидики.

Artemis beach apartments is perfect for a family with children since its located only a few steps from the beach so you dont need to plan to much for bringing food or snacks to the beach. The locations seems to be one of the best on Nikiti beach, with shallow water and no stones or pebbles allow for easy entry to the sea. (Last year we stayed a bit nearer to the center of the town and it was a bit tricky to enter the sea beacause of big stones and pebbles). In the garden of the property there was a bunch of beach beds and umbrellas free to bring to the beach and Artemis gave us some beach toys for our daughter during our stay. I have only good things to say about our stay and Artemis was a nice and friendly lady.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautifully located in a quiet pebbly beach. The neighborhood was quiet, even in mid-June. It was really fun to cook outside on the terrace, and there were lots of pleasant areas to lounge. A few kitchen amenities would be helpful if you are going to cook at the villa- dish soap, sponge, paper towels.

Clean and comfy place felt like home. Many local restaurants and beatiful beaches around with affordable prices. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and you find everything that you need at this place. At first we were doubtful about not having Wifi but that helped us to stay away from daily time loss from social media and just stay in the moment. Το διαμέρισμα είναι απλά καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες! Τα πάντα ολοκαίνουργια και πεντακάθαρα! Μοσχομυριζε όλος ο χώρος,όπως και οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια! Οι χώροι του σπιτιού μεγάλοι! Νιώσαμε Παρ α πολύ άνετα ως τετραμελής οικογένεια! Ο εξωτερικός χώρος υπέροχος! Τα παιδιά μου λάτρεψαν την τεράστια κούνια στην αυλή. Το βράδυ ο φωτισμός της αυλής είναι μαγευτικός! Η τοποθεσία ιδανική! Στο κέντρο της Κρυοπηγής αλλά χωρίς κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα πάρκινγκ! Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ όπου μπορεί κανείς να βρει τα πάντα! Αν μείνει κανείς στην περιοχή, το σπίτι της τόσο ευγενικής κυριας Debbie είναι η απόλυτη επιλογή! Θα ξαναεμενα εκεί ξανά και ξανά!

An absolutely lovely place with a lovelier host. A great spot for returning to a quieter part of Pefkochori in the evenings with a short walk into the centre. The house was clean, tidy, and fit for the 4 of us who stayed. Valia made us feel welcome and was swift in her replies when we needed assistance. would stay again.

Everything was very nice. The view impressed us all, the kitchen and living room are spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean. We will definitely come back here. 😍

Had a wonderful stay at Nelli’s place! It had everything we needed, with small but well-organized bedrooms on the second floor. The beach is within walking distance, or you can easily drive there. Aurora was incredibly friendly and kept the place spotless during our stay!

Evin kendisi ve yeri harikaydı, konakladığım en iyi evdi diyebilirim, evde elektrikli şarj istasyonunuz var ve hiçkimseye muhtaç değilsiniz, şarj istasyonu bize çok büyük kolaylık sağladı ve ev sahibi herhangi bir ücret talep etmedi, evde ps 5 dahil aklına gelebilecek herşey var ve hepsi çok yeni, ev sahibini sürekli gördük ne sorsak hemen cevap verdi

Nebojsa ist äußerst bemüht um alles. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld aber auch während des Aufenthalts lief hervorragend. Das Haus mit dem Pool ist sensationell. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ausreichend Klimaanlagen in allen Wohnräumen; unverzichtbar bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet: Kaffeekocher, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Spülmaschine und das große Highlight, der amerikanische Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel- und Trinkwasser-Spender!!! Handtücher, Strand Utensilien, Waschmaschine, alles ist da! Die Terrasse ist mit modernen Gartenmöbeln bestückt, sogar mit Hängematte! Und dann der sagenhafte und saubere Pool! Der Weg zum Strand runter ist bei praller Sonne etwas beschwerlich, vor allem, wenn man Equipment für die ganze Familie runter schleppen muss. Der Strand ist in toller Kulisse gelegen und wenig frequentiert. Man sollte aber unbedingt Badeschuhe anziehen, da nach wenigen Metern im Wasser spitze kleinere Felsen sind und der Wellengang war auch nicht zu unterschätzen ist. Für den ausgelassenen Familien Strand Tag haben wir Possidi Beach vorgezogen (ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto). Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist auch ein Chillout Nachmittag oder Abend in der nahe gelegenen Akteon Seaside Bar mit tollen Blick über Kryopigi Beach. Abend bummeln und Essen gehen kann man sehr gut im Nachbarort Kallithea. Rundum ein tolles Urlaubsziel mit einem äußerst aufmerksamen Gastgeber! Vielen herzlichen Dank, Nebojsa! Great place to stay in a well-situaled locaotion close to supermarkets, restaurants, a local beakery, and only 5 min. walk from the beach. The jacuzzi is defently a plus. Only the instructions on how to use it could have been clearer (printed manual). Also the sink in the bathroom was clogged and it always drained very slowly. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken and couldn't be used - though, it was manageable for the short stay. Besides that, it is a comfortable and modern apartment with a huge balcony that invites you to have breakfasts or dinner. Would recommend staying if you want to relax in a place with tasteful furnishing , but it is on the higher end of the price range compared to all the apartments in the area.

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, the space was clean and cozy, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The flat is well designed and space is smartly utilised. Fully equipped with everything a household needs. An excellent hospitality pack - many homemade products (e.g. marmalade, honey) Airconditioning works well and there are also windows/balcony to the front and back of the flat. Beaches and bars easily accessible by car or bicycles. WiFi was good but maybe not suitable for heavy data usage if one needs to connect to servers abroad for his/her work, but then again you re there for vacations so not necessarily a bad thing.
