Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

Less then 100 steps down to the sea, private pool and garden. Awesome. We had a great time with kids and friends and enjoyed it very much. Thnak you!

Even before we arrived, the host’s clear and helpful instructions were excellent. We felt at complete ease and the loft was even better than our expectations, especially the warm and welcoming reception, which continued throughout our stay and beyond. There was an entire kitchen (with a balcony) that we could use for cooking and food storage throughout our trip, with everything we could possibly need. Upstairs, the sleeping area (with kitchenette) was quirky in the best way and had a further 2 balconies where we could eat, sheltered from the sun, at different times of day. There was also a mezzanine with further sleeping areas and we found it to be perfect for our needs as a couple but could fit more, comfortably. We didn’t want to leave after the 3 nights and wished the loft was available for our entire 9 days! Fillipos, Athina and Foteini were all truly dream hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to their beautiful homely and welcoming loft, with sea and mountain views!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Ev sahibimize böyle güzel bir ev dekorasyonu yaptıklarından dolayı çok teşekkürler. Evin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi. Ev temiz ve tüm imkanları bize sunuyordu. Kullanışlıydı. Çok teşekkürler. Tekrar geldiğimizde mutlaka bu evi tutacağız. Arkadaşlarıma da önermeye başladım bile.

Відпочивали сімʼєю на початку жовтня! Дуже задоволені перебуванням на віллі! Все чисто, охайно та уютно! Вілла укомплектована всім необхідним для комфортного відпочинку! Все відповідає тому як на фото, навіть краще! Шикарний вид з балкона на море, зелена, охайна територія, комфортні будинок та тераса! Господар завжди у всьому готовий допомогти! Задоволені відпочинком! Всім рекомендую!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή!!!Ειχε τα παντα μέσα και επειδη είχαμε και ένα μωρό 14 μηνών είχαν προνοήσει για παιδικό καρεκλάκι και παρκοκρέβατο!Ειχε ησυχία, δίπλα στη θάλασσα και στο κέντρο της Νικητης.Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι μοναδική!!! Η κυρία Μαιρη προθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ο,τι ζητήσαμε και πολύ φιλική!Μας πρότειναν παραλίες για το μωρό και ήταν όλοι τους παρά πολύ φιλικοί!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στο μέρος θα το επιλέξουμε!

Wir hatten eine außergewöhnlich schöne Zeit in dieser tollen Unterkunft! Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, so dass die Kinder ohne Gefahr dort spielen konnten und der Garten, der das Haus umgibt, war sehr schön (alte Olivenbäume, Pinien und sogar die ein oder andere Schildkröte wurde gesichtet). Das Haus ist sehr hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben vor allem die vordere Terasse sehr genossen (toller Platz für einen Kaffee in der Morgensonne). Da wir im Oktober da waren, haben wir den Schatten, den es dort im Verlaufe des Tages gibt nicht so sehr benötigt, im Sommer ist dies jedoch bestimmt super! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, was für uns sehr erholsam war. Ein Mietwagen ist jedoch unverzichtbar. Wir waren damit viel unterwegs, denn die Strände von Sithonia sind unglaublich schön, damit haben wir so nicht gerechnet... Danke an Suzanna und Dafne, wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub!

Appartement avec un grand espace de vie et la mezzanine avec les lits. Une immeuble tranquille en cette fin de saison. Très belle vue, terrasse au soleil le matin et à l'ombre le soir. Pleins de restaurants dans cette petite ville sympathique (Afytos) et tout accessible à pied. Jolie plage plus bas aux eaux transparente. Bref super séjour ou rien ne nous a manqué. Merci
