We ( 2 adults 2 children 5yrs and 8yrs ) stayed at the villa and we thought for us it was perfect Was much larger than we expected , we had a hire car also we knew that due to the time of year it was out of season so many restaurants were closed yet we had planned just to relax at the villa and the cove below Really enjoyed it , Georgios was always on handy to reply to msgs for advice about the area . Kids loved the pool , was 25 deg all week so perfect All in all we hope to return in the future Many thanks

Alloggio pulitissimo e la posizione è fantastica, si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia semi-privata. Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 amici per un addio al celibato, dispone di 5 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con il proprio bagno, una cucina spaziosa, una sala, ed uno spazio all’esterno dove poter mangiare. Dista circa 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Ypsos.

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids,lots of space for us all and the bunk rooms fantastic for kids. Views from indoor space looking out towards beach and gardens is a little piece of paradise. As soon as you enter the property you can feel there's something special about it. The furnishings are very tasteful, but comfortable ,and colour scheme calming. We had plenty of space for our group with outside areas for the kids to let off steam as its right on the beach which is amazing, with outside dinning options.perfect for relaxing. We cooked in or found some local places to eat,had walks and just relaxed. Would love to enjoy the hospitality of this villa again at summer,as our time was not long enough and we hope to come back. Thankyou. Highly recommend .

Villa Fioraki je jednoducho nadherna, citili sme sa tam okamzite ako doma. Hlavne vdaka Antonisovi, ktory je priatelsky, ulahci vam kazdy krok pri ubytovani aj celom pobyte. Vila je obrovska, kazda izba ma vlastnu kupelnu, vybavenie, kuchyna plna vybavenia, nic nam nechybalo. Bazen dokonale cisty, aj ked samozrejme takto v aprili este studeny (aj tak sme sa okupali :)). Vybavenie ku grilu je k dispozicii. Jedina nevyhoda je poloha, je dobre mat auto, kedze vila je na kopci a dalej od mesta. My sme si vsak radi urobili prechadzku k restauracii a vobec to nebolo zle :) Dakujeme, prideme opat.

I am delighted to be able to recommend Aline and Nikos’s home to stay. Such a wonderful open and spacious home with everything you could need from Kitchen to Bathrooms to Bedrooms. The pool is a great size and a perfect sun-trap, plus shaded areas around the house for cover from the sun should you need it. Wonderfully peaceful and remote enough for privacy whilst also close enough to all areas of Corfu for easy access. You do need a car. As for Aline and Nikos, absolute 5 star hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble who were always very swift to respond to queries and such. They also recommended some very good restaurants in the area. We will hopefully return one day as it was everything i’d hoped for and more.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het huis van Vicky. De tuin en faciliteiten in en rondom het huis zijn geweldig. De zonsopkomst was elke ochtend een cadeautje. Je raakt niet uitgekeken op het uitzicht. De bedden waren ook heerlijk. In het dorp zit een geweldige bakker. De Grieken waren allemaal even vriendelijk!!

Dino is a great host, really helpful and proactive. The house is AMAZING. Good location at the bottom of Dassia, easy to walk to restaraunts and the main beach. The private beach at the end of the road is good too. A great space for groups and families. Pool is fab with sunbeads and a bbq. Lots of places to sit in the sun and shade. Rooms were very clean, bright and spacious, to note 2 of the beds are only suitable for children. We were a group of 10 and all had a great time would highly reccomend. Xx

My family and I were looking for a spacious place (8 adults and 3 kids aged 7, 4, and 1) with a swimming pool, nice surroundings, and activities for the kids to enjoy. We found Villa Helanes and decided to stay here because Johnny was very responsive, provided a baby cot, and addressed all our questions. The place is beautiful with amazing views of Corfu’s nature! We even took some drone videos. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the WiFi connection was strong, which was a plus for us. The fridge was large enough to store food for 8 people. Just 5 minutes from the villa is Pizza Nostra, which I highly recommend after a day at the beach. There’s plenty of parking space, and several beaches are within 15 minutes, with the main ones about 35 minutes away. I highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing holiday and a break from the fast pace of city life. :)

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Villa 360! The place is beautiful, very spacious and clean with lots of aircons which helped in the heat of Corfu summer! Achilles was also extremely accommodating host, he was very flexible with check in and check out times which we highly appreciated and also booked and recommend various restaurants for us! We had wonderful week at the house and would recommend it to everyone! X

Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, wunderbarer Blick auf die Bucht. Die Zimmeraufteilung entspricht den Bildern und war für 6 Personen sehr schön aufgeteilt. Der Pool und die ganze Anlage war sehr sauber, zweimal wurde die Anlage in der Woche gereinigt. Unser Ansprechpartner Dimitris war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Er hat uns gute Tipps für Korfu gegeben (Supermarkt, Essen gehen etc. und hat sich sehr bemüht, dass wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt hatten, vielen Dank!! Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Tipp noch zur steilen Anfahrt: Mit viel Schwung klappt es gut :) und zu Beginn hat uns Dimitris unten an der Abzweigung abgeholt und nach oben geleitet.

Beautifully comfortable Villa in a tranquil setting. Everything we needed was close by with a car (an hour at the most) Host was very helpful

We were a group of 19 and had the best time at Villa Olea and Villa Sol. Our host Vicky was wonderful and attentive to all our needs, as well as being a lovely host during our stay. The area was perfect and the villas private, so we will absolutely consider booking again! Thank you Aphrodite and Giorgos 🙂

Achilles was so accommodating for our stay. He allowed us to extend our checkout the last day as we had a late flight. The yard was loved by all. Perfectly gated for our 2 year old. Achilles left snacks and food in the kitchen that got us through the first few days. It was such a pleasant surprise. The place was impeccably clean with endless amounts of towels and shampoo. We would stay here again!

Beautiful place, lovely pool. Comfortable beds. Excellent for split or large family as the property is divided into 2 but each apartment is big enough for everyone to be together. Highly recommended this villa for anyone.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Kalami. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the villa was well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the yard was absolutely breathtaking, and the nearby beach was one of the most beautiful on the island, with calm and peaceful waters. Sofia was incredibly responsive and helpful, assisting us with anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back..

We had an amazing stay at Villa Denise. The location is stunning with views out across the bay. The pool was probably a highlight for us of the stay but equally the house was lovely and well kept, plenty of space with lots of things to make our stay comfortable. There were a couple of times where we wanted to check things and there was always someone we could text and they would respond straight away which was also reassuring. Would definitely recommend and thank you for a lovely stay!

A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

Directly on the beach with a private pool, garden with incredible olive trees, and parking…need I say more? We stayed 4 nights in March during the off season, it could not have been more quiet and peaceful. The home is the quintessential beach house with everything that my family needed, simple, clean, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting under the pergola by the pool listening to the waves. Communication with Spiros was easy and quick. Something to note during the off season, everything in this village was closed for the season, as were many amenities on the island. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Corfu.

We had such a great stay here! The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed, but the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the sea—it was even better than we expected. We loved waking up to that every morning! The host was super friendly and made check-in easy. The location was perfect, close to many beaches, mountain villages and totally peaceful. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Séjour incroyable dans la villa Eleonas. Qualité des services à la hauteur de la prestation proposée. Femme de ménage compétente, rapide et très agréable. Villa un peu à l’écart du village mais tranquillité et beauté du paysage qui en valent vraiment le coup. Merci pour ce voyage inoubliable.

Spiros and his family were great hosts and very helpful. We had a great stay here and would definetly come back again. Property was very clean and exactly as described him and his family are always trying to help in anyway possible. The food is also unreal opposite which his family also runs so a must visit whilst staying at the villa. 10 minute walk to the beach with many restaurants and bars along the way and 15-20 minutes into sidari. The villa is is situated in a very peaceful, private area. Thankyou very much for a great stay!

Great place to stay at when you love sundowners. House has all needed amenities but floor was not clean on arrival.
