Fantastic apartment in a great location amongst bars and restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive to any queries about Sarande. Highly recommend staying here. Views and sunsets are sublime.

Апартамент соответствует общему стилю Старого города. Четко на 3 человека . Есть абсолютно все необходимое и даже зонтики. Алексис отвечает на вопросы моментально и детально. Заселение и выселение очень комфортное. Отдельное спасибо за холодную воду в холодильнике по приезду, это было очень актуально!!!Тихое место проживания,хотя до всей движухи -2 минуты. Собор Св. Спиридона в 4 мин.ходьбы. В 5 мин городской пляж, где мы отлично покупались. Мини-маркет и церковь влево, если стоять спиной к балкончику. Также можно быстро выйти на Листон , площадь Спинада ( там есть такси и автобус на Канони) и к Крепости. Сам аппартамент очень уютный. На кухне есть все необходимые принадлежности и куча посуды. Мы остались очень довольны и обязательно вернёмся в следующем году! Спасибо ещё раз огромное хозяевам! Очень рекомендую!

Excellent! We stayed for 6 weeks and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was great, right next to the port and within quick and easy walking distance the promenade. There is a large grocery store 2 doors down which was very helpful. The apartment was very clean with the best view in Sarande from the large spacious balcony. We enjoyed the sunrise everyday and watching the boats come into port was an added bonus. The host was very kind, very friendly and fast to respond. Everything was provided, we did not need anything during our stay. Highly recommend to stay here for a peaceful relaxing stay in beautiful Sarande.

L’appartement est impeccable, tout était très propose. De plus il est très bien situé, la balade de bord de mer est accessible à pied en moins de 5min. Un autre point positif : nous avions une place de parking réservée pour toute la durée du séjour juste devant l’appartement. Je recommande vivement !

Жилье Валентины полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Очень удобная локация, в пару минут ходьбы от набережной с ресторанами и городским пляжем. Для нас было важно наличие частной парковки. В 10-15 минут езды на авто, множество хороших пляжей. Валентина, очень отзывчивый хозяин, дала чёткие инструкции по заселению и парковке, а также оперативно реагировала если у нас возникали какие либо вопросы. Однозначно, рекомендую.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne bei Fragen oder Tips zur Umgebung, sogar ein Roller oder ein Auto kann man günstig und sehr unkompliziert bei ihm mieten. Die Lage ist perfekt, ein paar Minuten abseits vom Trubel und daher schön ruhig aber trotzdem sind die Strände und Restaurants innerhalb 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Alles super sauber wir haben sogar viel mehr Handtücher und Bettwäsche erhalten als wir brauchten. Als Highlight durften wir uns sogar ein größeres Apartment als gebucht aussuchen, da dies gerade frei war. Die Gegend und der ganze Ort ist sehr sicher wir haben uns den ganzen Urlaub sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen

Honestly Matilda’s place was incredible. I am a digital nomade and by far it was the best place Ive ever stayed in. The apartment is super clean, new and have all the amenities you need. Also I really think that the house was prepared for a long stay (pans, plates, etc) which was an awesome plus. Location is also perfect, near the promenade and all the restaurants. Lastly, Matilda was always available to communicate and resolve my doubts. Would def recommend this airbnb +++

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Sie ist gut gelegen am Rande von Ksamil. Man ist nach 5-10 Minuten Fußweg im Zentrum und am Strand, trotzdem ist es schön ruhig. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Das Bett war für unser Empfinden etwas hart. Außerdem fehlte wie so oft in Albanien der Duschvorhang, so dass man beim Duschen das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser setzt. Der Host war sehr freundlich und fragte am zweiten Tag extra nocheinmal nach, ob uns etwas fehlte.

Υπέροχος και καθαρός χώρος, εύκολα προσβάσιμος. Άμεση ανταπόκριση οποιαδήποτε στιγμή. Περάσαμε τέλεια και σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε.

Everything was amazing - I would totally recommend staying at the beautiful apartment and hope to come back one day. :)

This stay was one of the best i’ve ever had on Airbnb, Chris was an absolutely wonderful host and gave us plenty of recommendations for local things to do around Corfu! He was even able to answer a few random questions we had about purchasing gifts for family and friends, and was great at communicating throughout the week! The flat itself was clean, in a quiet area and was honestly one of the most comfortable beds i’ve ever slept in! Chris was able to offer us an early check in as well, which was greatly appreciated 😇 I can’t recommend this place enough! The area surrounding the flat is peaceful, which is perfect after a busy day, and the hot tub was an extra delight! Chris even provided us with 6 litre bottles of water, which was so important during the hot weather! Thanks again Chris!

Ich bin hier das zweite mal und es war wieder super. Empfehle es jeden sehr. Der Strand ist in unter einer Minute erreichbar und der Kontakt war sehr gut.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa - pristinely clean, and with spectacular views of the sea - the photos don’t do it justice! We enjoyed exploring the local area, in particular Porto Timoni beach, canal d’amour in Sidari and further afield to Kalami. A most relaxing holiday with plenty to explore and a fabulous host who tended to everything we needed - we also arrived late and there was a welcome package of food and wine, which was very much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to visit again one day

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

El apartamento muy bien, acorde con las fotografías. La anfitriona muy amable y pendiente, tuvo el detalle de regalarnos mandarinas como despedida.

Das Apartment war genau so wie auf den Bilder, die Wegbeschreibung war gut also haben wir problemlos zur Unterkunft gefunden. Die Klima funktioniert. Die eigene Terrasse reicht zum Frühstücken und die Terrasse oben einfach super - toller Ausblick, genug Sitzmöglichkeiten und sogar ein Fernglas! einfach super. Das einzige Manko die Matratze war sehr weich und durch gelegen, trotz Topper etwas zu durch. Dennoch definitiv zu empfehlen! :)

Athina and the entire co-host team including Danea were very friendly and great hosts. Although we had the option to self-check in, the hosts asked if we preferred to do in-person check-in, which we appreciated. Danea was able to meet with us for check-in and provide lots of great recommendations for things to do around the area! The place is small but charming, clean and in a great location. Note that there are no elevators in the building so you will have to climb up 3 floors of stairs which was not a huge issue for us. The bathroom although clean is very small, and only has a hand-held shower. It was a bit difficult to shower with the hand held shower but not too bad overall. Overall, we would recommend this place for a short stay. Thank you Athina and Danea for hosting us.

Fontas is an exceptional host of an exceptional space. The space is as beautiful as it looks in the photos and is spotless. Everything you could possibly need is there and Fontas was readily available anytime you need him. The location was excellent. The only thing worth noting is that if you have a lot of luggage (we got married in Greece so unfortunately we couldn’t pack light) you will have to go up multiple flights of stairs. We loved Fontas’ beautiful home and would stay again.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and will definitely come back on the future. Despina and Christos are great hosts, we felt welcomed from the first minute. The apartment is well equipped and the grounds are great for kids - especially the pool and the small playground were amazing. We are looking to come back on the future.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful flat and so close to home he old town. We could walk everywhere! And there’s a lovely swimming spot not even 5 minutes walk away next to a really nice reassurant overlooking the old fort and the island of Vida and rest of Corfu and Albania. Absolutely stunning. The flat itself is lovely - exactly what we needed. Up some stairs so bear in mind if you have heavy luggage. The flat is super clean and modern, perfect for a couple nights stay for us. We also met Sofia at a local cafe who was very friendly and responsive with messages and showed us to the flat when we arrived. Would recommend!

The accommodation was in top notch condition, looked extreamly professional and had all the amenities listed! The host was also phenomenal, called before we checked in and recommended some great beaches and activities for us to partake in during our stay - always available if we needed anything too. What a friendly guy!

Ο χώρος ήταν προσβάσιμος με τα πόδια προς την παλιά πόλη το Λιστόν και τα υπόλοιπα μέρη που θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε, οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοί και ευγενικοί, το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο χωρίς ατέλειες (έβρισκες σχεδόν ο,τι ήθελες και χρειαζόσουν), είχε μπαλκονάκι με τέντα στο οποίο άπλωνες τα ρούχα σου, μπορούσες από εκεί να έχεις πρόσβαση στο αστικό ΚΤΕΛ για να πας προς τα καλά μέρη εκτός της πόλης. Επιπλέον ο χώρος ήταν δροσερός χάρη στον κλιματισμό και στης καλής απόδοσης ψυγείο του και ευχαριστηθήκαμε τα ντουζ μας χάρη στο ιδιαίτερο τηλέφωνο που είχε το οποίο δεν το βρίσκεις ούτε σε πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο! Παράλληλα ο χώρος ήταν ήσυχος και απολυμανομενος δίχως κουνούπια και διαφορά ενοχλητικά έντομα. Εν κατακλείδι ήταν μια ευχάριστη διαμονή που θα θέλαμε να την επαναλάβουμε το συντομότερο δυνατόν και με τον κατάλληλο ευχάριστο καιρό!
