What an amazing place, literally the ocean is on your doorstep. A lovely 20mins walk into the bay with a few bars, restuatents shops on the way. The views are absolutely stunning, the best I have ever seen

Superbe lieu, super hôte ! si vous recherchez un petit havre de paix à deux pas du lac de skadar, avec un hôte accueillant et sympathique : allez chez Mladen ! c'est un plaisir de profiter de la piscine et deu jardin, magnifique. Mladen est aux petits soins : il nous a offert des légumes (délicieux) de son jardin, nous a emmené en bateau découvrir le lac de Skadar, fait goûter le vin qu'il produit. Mladen et sa maman ont également été adorables quand notre fille de 3 ans a été malade (merci pour la soupe et la viande !). bref : n'hésitez pas, venez !

We had a great stay at Vaso's place. It's very clean and comfortable. The pool was lots of fun and our hosts were extremely accommodating. We will stay again!

We really enjoyed the house in Kolasin. It is not an apartment, but a completely detached house with its own parking space on the grounds of the house. We were welcomed hospitably. We felt welcome. She had provided sweets and cookies and there was a treat in the fridge and a few cold cans of beer. Furthermore, the kitchen was well equipped: airfryer, hand blender, espresso machine. There was oil for frying and lots of herbs to use. We gratefully used the washing machine. She had even provided detergent. We were there for 4 days, but we would have preferred to stay longer. From Kolasin you can drive to the starting point of all kinds of beautiful walks in the mountains with your own rental car.

Book your holiday with UNION! We have had a 10-day holiday at UNION and it has been absolutely fantastic. Ledi is the host on site and is outstanding with recommendations and very helpful. The apartment has three beautiful rooms, a large living room and two bathrooms. There is a restaurant in the basement that serves fresh salad from their own vegetable garden. The pool is perfect for both adults and children. We will definitely book our holiday in the same place next time we come to Albania.

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

If you look for some peace and quiet place, this is great. Fantastic panoramic view and clean modern rooms. Very friendly service. A bit remote and takes a ride in the mountains, but really enjoyed hospitality and place.

We had a wonderful stay! Renata was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. She was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions, which made everything super smooth. The place itself is massive, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The location couldn’t be better—it’s close to everything you need: grocery stores, the bus station, and the old town. Highly recommend staying here!
