Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Denise’s place is very comfortable and had everything I needed. It looks just like the photos. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others!

Very helpful to have backyard access for my dogs, beautiful eclectic garden. Very comfortable bed and although I didn’t need the fridge or stove, it’s nice to know they were there. I didn’t notice if there were any utensils or dishes besides mugs. Quiet neighborhood and great sleeping!

Loved the location! Walking distance to almost everything! Brian was very responsive to questions that we had. Beautiful shop (Candi's) and nice pub (A&P) surround entrance. Would definitely recommend staying at Brian's place! A+

We've stayed at Tonya's place multiple times as I travel to Des Moines for work regularly. She is always a great host, great communication, and fast to respond. Being in the center of Des Moines makes it easy to get anywhere we need to go.

The place was great for a weekend stay while our son was visiting Central College. Super clean and very comfortable. Snacks left for us was a great touch for sure! We will definitely stay here again!

This was an unplanned trip to Iowa from MN. Myself, my husband and his mother came down for our grandfather's funeral. Although the occasion was one of sadness, it was great to have one less worry regarding our sleeping arrangements. This house is close to restaurants and a great art center about 10minutes away. This is definitely a house we will try and stay at over the summer, so we can enjoy the porches, both in the front and back and throw some burgers on the grill!!!

Matt is an excellent host, and he keeps his properties in wonderful condition 👍 This particular location was very peaceful, and suited the needs of my coworkers and I perfectly. I would definitely stay at Matt’s property again

This is one of those fantastic "small but mighty" houses! It was exactly what we needed and was as expected. The location to the fairgrounds is fantastic, which is what we wanted. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again given the chance!

Fantastic stay. Our stay was last minute. There was five of us and two dogs. It was perfect. Such a beautiful home. Great fenced in yard for the dogs. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Kari's place for a ladies weekend trip! The home was spacious, updated, and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. We enjoyed all things Pella - such a cute community!

From booking to checkout, our experience staying at Ciara's was seamless and superb. The location was just one block from the main square and really couldn't have been more optimal. We walked to everything; plenty of coffee shops, stores, the park, and loads of fun things to do were just right around the corner. Her home was immaculate and so comfortable! We had long days with restful sleep at night; the only sound we heard was that of the horses galloping outside during the Christmas Market at the Molengracht (just across the street). Feeling like you want to partake in your very own personal Hallmark movie? This is the place to stay. It was wonderful!

Takes a special license to figure out how to get some water going in the shower, but it was cool having water coming from 3 spots. Plenty of room down there. Decor sits somewhere between Grandma's basement and the Oval Office. No ice available which would have been nice. Thanks for the coffee though, that was good. Check in/out all fine. Parking narrow dead-end street, one side only but wasn't a big deal. Had the little pups upstairs and their zoomies but all I wanted to do was snuggle up with one each evening. I was never offered and I will be upset over that for quite some time. Wasn't there much but was hoping to have access to watch Netflix woulda been a nice bonus. No big deal though. Overall, worked out great.

Jeff’s place was very clean, his directions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. If we would have had more time, we would have loved to visit all the shops nearby. A quick drive to the Iowa Events Center for any occasion. On top of that, Jeff was great at communicating and very flexible when I had to change my reservation. Highly recommend.

Location is everything with this listing. very close & walk-able to everything! pristine apartment. very modern. This apartment was absolutely worth it!

Had a lovely stay at Jeff's place! The condo was lovely, nicely decorated and comfortable. We felt welcome right away with a nice card from Jeff and some snacks. We had everything we needed at the condo including a comfortable bed and pull out sofa and a full kitchen. Light sleepers may want to bring a noise machine or ear plugs as the downtown bar crowd can be a little noisy on the weekends. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Des Moines!

Lisa was very friendly and responsive. Had a last minute change due to AC being out. Handled substitute smoothly and without issue. Quiet apmt had everything needed with reserved parking - made stay very convenient.

NIce industrial/loft setting, clean and well appointed. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and bars downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

It was large enough we were able to host a dinner and evening for 8. And the location was perfect.
