Had a great stay at nicks place. Relaxing and very peaceful. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway with your loved ones. Especially enjoyed the view of the lake from the hot tub. Everything was very clean and organized. Nick was very responsive with any needs throughout the stay. Thank you for being a great host we will definitely be back!

Chalet très accueillant, excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Tout correspondait à la description c'était parfait! Le seul bémol étant la qualité de la vaisselle quand nous sommes arrivés, les ustensiles étaient rangés sales dans les placards, mais avec le lave-vaisselle à disposition, le problème a été résolu en un temps record. Tout le reste était parfaitement propre, c'est n'est qu'un détail qui n'a absolument pas dérangé notre séjour ! Mention spéciale aux peignoirs mis à disposition pour aller profiter des sauna et jaccuzzi, ils sont très appréciés !

We were here for a girls weekend with 5 people and a small dog. The place was very cozy and had everything we needed. We especially loved the hot tub! The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking elaborate meals, Aoyon was very responsive, and we had a great time. Would go back!

Chouette chalet très bien situé pour aller profiter de la montagne. Les escaliers vers le lac étaient dégagés ce qui était agréable. Les chalet n’a pas de lave vaisselle mais la disposition de la cuisine permet de faire la vaisselle facilement

I, along with six girlfriends, had a wonderful stay at Lorie's. The cottage is beautiful, very clean and so cozy! We found the furnishings to be great quality, the beds very comfortable and plenty of seating for all of us. The kitchen is thoroughly stalked with all necessities, including coffee and tea, spices, etc. There was an ice storm over the wkend and we were not affected, as the generac kicked in seamlessly. Also, the host arranged for the road to be plowed in time for our departure. Fantastic experience and we will definitely stay again! :)

If I could rate this place in one sentence it would be "we wished we lived here". Everyone in my family (dog included) loved the property. It was CLEAN, nice, spacious, warm and exactly as what you see in the photos. We didn't use the indoor fireplace at all as the home was well heated (I get cold easily too). The living room makes you feel very cozy when the sunsets and watching the stars at night here is breathtaking. The hosts sends you a PDF guide prior to your arrival so you know what to expect and a hard copy is available onsite as well. We mainly communicated with Foad and he was very responsive, kind and really helped us out when we got lost on our way there. Quick tip: use Google Maps! The hosts also provided complimentary chocolate and champagne when you arrive which was an added bonus. I'm also very thankful for the complimentary Keurig/ hot chocolate! Will definitely revisit again!

Davids place was beautiful and made for an enjoyable stay for our group visit. He was responsive and provided all additional details both in our chats as well as leaving a small booklet in the cottage itself highlighting places of interest nearby. The firepit and the gazebo are the most impressive parts of the property. Wifi coverage inside the cottage was fantastic and was very useful for any further research since the cellular network coverage is spotty at best. Bon Echo is just about a 20 minute drive away and there are more places within a 1 hour radius though we chose to mostly have a leisurely time on the property itself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, private fun time in the middle of nature.

Everything about our stay was exceptional from the minute we arrived! It was the perfect fall getaway, with a cozy place to stay especially with the beautiful fall leaves changing around us. It was close and convenient to pop in to town, and we just had the best visit! The cottage was well maintained, clean and organized with everything we needed. The hosts were helpful, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our trip. I can’t say enough good things - we couldn’t have picked a better place for our stay!

A lovely and relaxing cottage in a serene landscape. Truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return back one day.

It was our second time staying at this cottage, and both times in the winter. It’s been 3 years since we came here before, and a few things had some general wear, like the outdoor transport wagons etc. But it was mostly the way we remembered it. Some issues with the tv, dvd set up, ( we couldn’t locate the dvd remote or find the Xbox.), but we LOVE this cottage and the hosts are so responsive and welcoming and have made the kabin’s interiors so magical and thoughtfully considered. Even though it was a very snowy wintery stay, there was still lots to do in the area. Our favourite spots are the sculpture forest, the wolf Center, and a day trip to Bancroft! Highly recommend this magical spot.

Josh and Alyssa are great hosts. They are friendly and responsive, and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Their place is set up well, with lots of things to do inside and out. Not to mention, their rates are very reasonable. I would recommend staying with them.

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here. It was truly an escape that we got to experience. Great hosts, great place, great atmosphere! The only knock I think I have is that the photos do not do justice!! This place was homey and beautiful, not to say the photos aren’t that but they don’t do it justice! We will surely be back if we’re in Bancroft again!!

Had an amazing stay! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the place was super peaceful and cozy. Perfect spot to just chill and unwind. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with some incredible scenery. Erica is a great host!

This cottage was the absolute perfect place to enjoy some down time as a family! The cottage was clean, well equipped and located on a beautiful, quiet beach. Everything we needed was provided and more! We enjoyed playing soccer on the large sandy beach, swimming, fishing, board games, campfires and watching movies in the evening. The kids and parents loved it!

Myself and 3 ladies so enjoyed this peaceful fun weekend Their Air B&B was the perfect place to unwind, take walks, very clean, beautiful lakefront and sunsets were stunning Close to Carleton Place and Almonte for shopping and terrific restaurants Would certainly recommend.. Enjoy if you do book in the future!

My family of 11 (parents, grandparents, siblings, kids) had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The cabins were so well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking etc, and Janet was quick to respond to any concerns and questions we had during our stay. The weather was lovely, the cabins were so charming and comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for better weather. We would absolutely consider coming back again.

This gem tucked on the Madawaska River is ideal for many reasons: - the cabin is situated on a small hill overlooking the flowing river, it is peaceful and beautiful, cosy and cute. - it is located in an area that is great for those looking for a little wanderlust/adventure close by - Tooey's Lake & Lake Clear were the nearby lakes that were great for day trips! - and the cabin itself is very clean, well equipped for making meals, and super comfortable - the mattresses were amazing, plush and comfortable. Luka is a terrific host, attentive, quickly responsive, and added some nice touches to our stay (provided wood for our fires, and dropped off some extra essentials that we needed). Keep in mind to bring your linens, and that swimming is not ideal for those with mobility issues, although, for those more experienced swimmers, it is a great spot to enjoy the water. We will be back, thanks Luka! 5 Stars all around.

My wife and I enjoyed another wonderful weekend and this perfect cozy cottage. All aspects of this property are top notch from the location to the construction. Every detail has been thoughtfully addressed to create a comfortable home away from home. Chris and David are the ultimate hosts and always go above and beyond to ensure that we have the best vacation possible. Somehow they were even able to provide beautiful warm sunny weather for our weekend. :)

Katie's cottage was the perfect weekend getaway for us all, and before and throughout the stay she was communicative and helpful. We were a group of 6 adults and we felt extremely comfortable with the amenities and amount of space available, as well as the beautiful lakeview. Katie was also kind enough to leave us with ample cooking supplies and even a s'mores kit and a bottle of sparkling wine! The cottage itself was very cozy and did not feel cramped or aged at all. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we're bookmarking her place to reserve another trip in the near future!

Our first stay at Michelle’s cottage and it hopefully won’t be the last. What a find this place was. Beautiful location, wonderful views and the cottage itself is absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at Glenn's beautiful cottages. We were able to sleep 5 in each cottage with plenty of beds to spare. We enjoyed canoeing, swimming in the lake, grilling on the barbecue, and staying in playing board games when it rained. It would have been nice to have the hot tubs active during the rain, but we made do with the indoor jacuzzi tub! Glenn was super helpful, informative, and responsive which we all appreciated. And we loved that this was one of the only places around with a large enough kitchen table to seat everyone for a meal! Overall a very pleasant stay, highly recommended.
