房源有令人驚艷的無敵海景，空間很大足夠我們一家五口入住，樓中樓的挑高設計、溫馨的佈置很有家的感覺；附近有很多餐廳不怕餓肚子；從房源去各個景點搭Grab都不遠。另外,Olivia提供了超多美食資訊給我們，也都能很快回覆及解決我們問題，還送了好吃的娘惹糕點跟新年點心給我們品嚐，非常謝謝Olivia熱情的招待。有機會會想再入住。

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

This place is amazing!

Stunning apartment - very big. Large kitchen, lounge with stunning windows looking over the water. Master bedroom was huge - little bit dark when getting ready but cosy. About 10/15 mins by grab traffic pending to main areas in George Town. Lots of eating places around the apartment. Highly recommend fisherman’s wharf for food. Only down side for us was that there were no seats, loungers round the pool. After a busy day of sightseeing a lay round the pool would have been lovely but had to just lay on the decking which isn’t the most comfortable other than that pool area is nice enough. Host was great - very responsive, helped with keeping bags for a few hours after checkout which was a big help

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Has everything you need. The by the sea complex is wonderful. The balcony at weimeis place has great views of the beach and mountains. Great to watch sunset.

Our family of 5 (including 1 in a wheelchair) had a great stay at Lynn's place. Lynn was proactive, always responsive, and provides really clear instructions on checking in and accessing the unit. The home itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, and most of all, in a really good location with grocery, retail and a multitude of food options at the doorstep. For wheelchair users, getting from the car park to the lift lobby requires negotiating a ramp, then a single step (for which help may be needed). Apart from that there are no issues with accessibility inside the home as it is well laid out and uncluttered, with wide entrances to the rooms and a large bathroom attached to the master bedroom. We were never disturbed by any sounds from the restaurants at the marina, and everything worked well and we really enjoyed our stay.

Chan’s place is in a very convenient location with many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket just downstairs. The area is not too busy and great for a relaxing stay while being close enough to Georgetown. Chan assisted in-person with the checkin and have clear instructions and recommendations. The apartment was clean, tidy, and with good amenities. The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t any tea, coffee, or sugar provided in the apartment— which would’ve been nice!

The unit fit our party of 7 adults and 2 children very comfortably. We especially liked that it’s a 3 room duplex so it felt very spacious. Location is great and parking was easy. Definitely worth the price.

I have a very nice stay, great location. Place was very nice, clean and comfortable and the balconies were nice. Veronica communicated very well and responded immediately. Check in went great, Veronica and Lin introduced the place. Would stay here again.

Had a bout of Dengue and needed a comfortable, quiet condo away from the street, and Juuu's place did not disappoint. It is a service apartment on the 19th floor. Very photogenic place, away from the noise, quiet, lots of Netflix...and confortable beds. i was here with my elderly uncle, and it was confortable for both of us. Host was super responsive and helpful with food recs and clear instructions as condo living has a lot of rules. we are carless tourists, the building and area is more suited for people withs cars, with parking and a service road nearby. The gym was closed, but the pool was sufficient but lacked a sitting area and shade. A highlight was night walks along the promenade once it cooled down.

Thank you John for the speedy last minute arrangement. Will recommend to anyone as John's place is located next to a fabulous beach cafe.

Arrival arrangements were made via text and very easy and straight forward. We met by Eveline who showed us around the apartment and ensured we were all set for our 9 days. The apartment is lovely with large bright rooms and a lovely view. The TV had Netflix which satisfied my daughters when it was too hot for the pool. The washing machine and dryer were another bonus which we took full advantage off. Free Wifi completed the package. The apartment is located just on the edge of the night market which we considered a bonus.. close enough to visit but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was five minutes walk down the well lit main thoroughfare. Traffic can be a little crazy up and down the thoroughfare and the pavements are mostly filled with the traders in the night market so you need to keep you wits about walking down the road. The traffic isn't excessive, just a little chaotic. The road could be quite noisy at night but just occasionally. The apartment has a lovely pool and a children's playground The apartment is in the resort By the Sea which has has very helpful security. I left the complex without a key which makes it impossible to get back to the apartment. Having spent a few days there security recognised me helpfully let me back in. All the staff at the complex are very friendly as are the other residents. The complex backs onto the beach and can be accessed by a gate requiring a pass. Batu Ferringhi is quite touristy but everything you need is there. There is some nice places to eat and the Escape water park is a fun place to visit with the kids. Book those tickets on the Escape website and charge up a money wallet which saves you having to carry money inside the water park. The tree climbing part is probably better for older kids and adventurous adults. Georgetown is much nicer place to visit but it close enough for a quick taxi ride for a visit. Taxis are best booked using the GRAB app which is essential and super easy way to arrange taxis. Payments can be made in cash to the driver so no need to input your card details. It works on either Wifi or Phone data so need to get a local sim card.. although it does make it even easier. Local Sim Cards cost about 40 ringgits so very reasonable for a longer stay.

住了四天，各方面都满意。环境优美，出门就是海，二楼、三楼还有海景阳台。房东很nice，有什么问题沟通很及时，下次和朋友过来也会考虑这家。

Great location! Walkable distance to gurney bay (in my opinion), I did walk to my work place. Clear instructions from Charles. I am really appreciate that Charles actually stayed up till 4am to wait for me. (Check-in). Great place and definitely will stay again during next trip here in Penang. Thank you!

best place to stay for big family

Super logement spacieux et propre avec une magnifique vue sur la mer, situé juste à côté de la plage. La piscine est également très agréable. Le logement est idéalement placé, à proximité de la plage et de nombreux restaurants accessibles à pied. En plus, il est à seulement quelques kilomètres de lieux incontournables à visiter en famille, comme le Tropical Spice Garden, Entopia et Escape Penang. Le seul petit bémol, indépendant d’Evelyn, était le bruit 😅 : nous sommes venus durant la semaine du Nouvel An chinois, et il y avait des feux d’artifice et de la musique chaque soir jusqu’à minuit-1h du matin. Pour nous qui avons l’habitude de nous coucher tôt, cela a été un peu compliqué 😅. Mais sinon, un séjour très agréable !
