This house has large floor-to-ceiling windows.I can see the open sea when I make up. It's a blessing to live in it,.The landlord is also very good and give me very detailed instructions to help me move in smoothly. Next time I come to Penang I will stay here longer.

Great place, comfortable, close to everything, friendly staff, free laundry, free filtered water. Highly recommend! One thing to note is that they no longer have live music or open mics due to impacts of covid on business.

Great place to stay. Staff are excellent and ever willing to help! Clean and I would definitely stay again. The live band is amazing too.

Really cool space. We went in the quiet season, but the atmosphere was still really cool and the location was great.

The Airbnb had a really cool bakery. The space had lots of meeting areas. It was very clean and was what I expected.

A unique place! Loved the local restaurants including the Kim Haus. I'm going to miss their grilled chicken pesto pasta! This place is not for everyone but it's great fun for an adventurous nomad. Musician's might take advantage of open mic nights to work on their craft. I recommend using the free public YES wifi during peak evening hours for a more stable streaming experience. Free water cooler and laundry was a very nice touch!

Das Ambiente der Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Ich hab mich sofort wie zuHause gefühlt. Die Lage ist super um einfach los zu laufen und um die Gegend zu erkunden. Viele Cafés, Restaurants,Handwerkskunst, kleine Läden, Kunst, Museen und und und. Kann das Kim Haus nur empfehlen. :)

Very nice apt. Clean comfortable and secure with an amazing view. Everything you need to make you feel like home. Convenient for grocery’s next door and local restaurant opposite the apt.

is easy to check in as the host is sending photos instructions via Ws. there are instructions about room deposit and recommended parking area outside the building as well. I notice is medium size SOHO Loft room with King size bed, such a handy room. Room cleaner is friendly and helpful. Location is great walking distance to famous hawker center, nasi kandar and easily can get fresh fruits.

The check in was delayed for an hour but was informed beforehand. Which was fine. I did make an inquiry since I was allowed to check in late its only fair I have the option to check out late as well. But this inquiry wasn’t being respond. Its be nice if they responded. The stay was all good tho. Most of the units were offices. So yeah.

I used to check in with Joal host many times. Television has improved. got netflix, YouTube and so on. really love it

shower water small, should improve on it and door is not soundproof

It was great staying here, host are helpful when we realise kettle is not functioning, immediate changed a new one. But for the water pump pressure not strong enough even we already turns on the water pump switch. TV looks like can’t works, maybe we don’t know how to switch on, cause tried few times. Air condition good, only living room’s air condition not very cold enough. Overall is good.

self check in ,flexible time and smooth, ..the place so nice and got the floor which has nice view 🥰..tqq

It is a great accommodation in a fantastic central location with good facilities. The free laundry and access to filtered hot / cold water were great too!
