Very nice and most of all doggy friendly. The golf cart was nice. Went to the ice cream shop several times. yummy...Really close to the beach and you could hear the ocean. Was very happy. We grilled out with kids and had a nice spring break. Erik, was very good at responding and helpful. Go and enjoy..

The Lucas farm is beautiful and peaceful, it’s a little oasis in the woods. Amy and Glenn have thought of every guest comfort and the entire property has a welcoming vibe. Close to main attractions but off the beaten path enough to be restful. I regret we didn’t stay longer, this was one of my best Airbnb experiences.

Tia goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests are comfortable. Before, during and in my case she was helpful after I left. This truly was a home away from home! It’s the little things that stand out and there are so many. Without giving away all the little surprises, this home is fully equipped. It’s the attention to detail that sets this house apart from others that we’ve stayed in. Whether taking in the view of the ocean from the deck or cuddling up inside and watching a movie it was so comfortable and peaceful. I booked Lindsay’s place same day as check-in and they app over my request and the home was in perfect shape for such a short time around. The location was perfect - it allowed us to walk right across the street to the beach. My favorite part of the home was the swings in the living room - so fun. I was also very grateful that they allowed puppers.

Enjoy our stay, definitely a beautiful home and perfect for a family vacation, only “bad” thing I can say is there were insects that would come inside the house but there was raid so a quick spray fixed the problem but other than that our stay was perfect!

Enjoyed our stay, Joseph was super responsive and helped us with any concerns that we had! Definitely will book again in the future. (Plus he helped us with the grill as we were clueless lol)

We Absolutely LOVE IT HERE!!! We was Hours an Hours away from Home & We had actually booked somewhere else but with the issues, Bugs & untold Damages.. We Left! Thank god we did bc We Came Across Kathryn’s Place & I Instantly Fell in Love. The House was a Home away from Home. The bathrooms are big , the detail an lay out was nice. Plenty to do Games , Fire pit, relax in the hammock or it’s even a cute swing out back Our Kids LOVED IT. She was very informational an responsive.
