This is the perfect home to make beautiful memories! Each of the four bedrooms had a balcony which we loved. There is ample bathrooms for a large group. The outside private shower is a real plus especially for the beach. The covered area was nice and cool. The area is amazing. We sat on the front deck and watched the sun set and could see for miles. The bridge is beautiful at night. The park was a 2 minute walk and the beach a 4 minute walk. This was great for the kids! The hosts were always quick to respond and have made this a welcoming place to stay.

Tim was super nice and very accessible. The place was great for the quick need that we had!

Todd's place was just right for our visit to Wilmington. We were there to help our daughter and son-in-law move into their new home, so the location close to Leland was perfect. We were able to come back each night and relax, the use of the hot tub was an added bonus. Todd was friendly and his home was also very dog friendly!

Little House on the Beach was everything we had hoped for. The home was just the right size for my husband and me with our two small dogs. The furniture, two rockers on porch and the beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen was the best stocked of any vacation home we've ever rented, both in kitchenware and pots along with all the basics.....dish soap, spices, hand towels, etc. But the highlight of this home is the back deck and view. Soooo very relaxing as you watch the waves and the birds with all the natural ocean sounds . And incredible sunsets and sunrises. I love that you walk down the back steps and are on the beach and that the beach itself is very peaceful with people playing with their dogs or collecting shells. No loud music or crowds. Would highly recommend this home and hope to come back next year.

We have stayed at Bill's house now for the 4th time and keep coming back. He and his wife have a lovely home in a fantastic community. The walk to the beach is under 4 minutes and you can be on the dock in the bay in 3 minutes. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for those rainy days. The treehouse structure is perfect for spending time on the hammock. Thanks again to Bill and his wife for opening up their home to us, we loved it!

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had a large group of 12 people and everyone had plenty of room and there were many things in the house to keep the group entertained (many TV’s, pool table, swimming pool, and the awesome fire pit with swing chairs around it). Alex was an awesome host and responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Pamela’s place was perfect! Exactly as pictured. The darts and air hockey were a great way to spend family time together. Loved the layout of the house. Neighborhood was very quiet and located near many shopping areas.

Everything was perfect. The location, was close to my family. It was close to stores, restaurants and not too far from the beach. My dogs loved the yard. They had so much room to run and play. I had to work while I was there. The desk and set up was just what I needed. It really was everything I needed and will definitely stay here again, when I’m in town. Communication was good and they were quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here! Pet friendly and a great place to stay with your family.

This is our fourth time staying with Megan. Just like every other time it was wonderful! This is our go to spot when we visit North Carolina. Would recommend every time!

Sabine is an amazing host, responded quick to a few questions I had. Beautiful views from the house, was clean and had enough room to fit 10 people comfortably. Overall me and my friends had an amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

This is the second time we have stayed with this company, the first was at the Key West location in a Surf City. Surf City is a place time and time again we chose to come back to, but we have found that these specific properties are the BEST! They’re so accommodating and we opted for this one this time and it was beyond worth it and seamless. As always, the host was clear, nice, and accommodating! Highly recommend staying here, you can’t beat the location!

We had a great stay at Lauren’s beach condo! It was perfect for a week of family beach time. Beautiful ocean view, right by the pool and looked just like the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. There are local shops, Grocery stores and beach stores close by but we mostly relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Have to give a shoutout to the host as well as my oldest has bad allergies and I said I would bring separate linens for her but she said she would go ahead and clean the linens for her in free and clear detergent. That was super helpful and very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Kelly's unit #714 was perfect for what we needed it for! She had a set of bunk beds which allowed our 2 grandsons to have a sleep over! The unit was pleasant and comfortable. All items were available in the kitchen and bathroom to have a 2 week stay. We walked the beach, flew kites and looked for shells! The weather was great for a February stay. If you like being near the ocean and a pool, this unit is for you and very convenient! Kelly provided everything and more to help us feel welcome!

We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

This was a last minute booking and I couldn’t have asked for a better place! The layout is so thoughtful and the little details were well received! I adored that there were kcups and cream and sugar in the home.

This was exactly what was described!! Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. If you have small kids may be loud out times because of being in the middle of downtown but for us we don’t mind it as it was the night life we were looking for. The place was spectacular!!! Walking distance to all the attractions. Shopping, food, bars, even ice cream across the street. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in downtown!!

Our stay was great! The place was beautiful and clean. The beach itself was beautiful and pretty private. This is a great place if you want a relaxing, calm vacation. There aren’t many shopping areas, but there are some great restaurants around, especially Smash City Burgers!! Even with rain some days it was still the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The only downside, which is no fault of the owner, the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud. This could just be from our stay, but it didn’t stop us from having a great week!

2nd time staying here... we had a wonderful time. Everything was nice and clean. Couch is so comfy and great entertaining area with that and and kitchen all together. Check in was easy, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Melissa recommended a new restaurant, but we didn't have time to check it out, next time. Really enjoyed our girls weekend! The condo is on the back side of the property so it really is a quiet area. Easy to get to the condo since it's an end unit. Makes it easy to unload. The spare bath has a handheld shower head which is nice! Thanks for including travel bath products in case any were forgotten. Can't wait to come back!

The accommodations were clean and exceedingly comfortable. The beach was within walking distance, and the surrounding area boasted a wide range of activities. The presence of a nearby grocery store was a definite plus.

If you want right on the beach this is it! Condo was perfect for our family of 4! This place is close to grocery stores and places to eat! Phil & Antoinette were prompt to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The pool was chilly in Oct. but my kids loved it. These condos are gated which was a nice surprise. Had my coffee every morning on the balcony!! We also found lots of sharks teeth 10 feet from our balcony! Our first time in Surf City, would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Amazing so peaceful, clean, well decorated and so cozy like home away from home. So roomy… would stay again. Host was very attentive and available.

We had a great escape from NYC at Alicia’s place. We lived on the beach and terrace! Alicia was super responsive to a few questions I had. My boys loved the loft space. We come to Topsail a lot but never stayed at the beach. Was so worth it. Surf lessons, Serenity Point, NY Conner Deli, Island Delights and Topsail Steamer were our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

The place was very nice and clean. We had all we needed. Ashley was very easy to be reached and attentive to our needs. The rooms were nice with plenty of bathrooms. We will book again in the future.

This was an incredible find! We had to come to Surf City for a brief overnight trip, but wanted something beachfront to enjoy the scenery. It was AMAZING to have the beachfront deck and quick access to the beach next door! We want to visit again during the summer to enjoy this wonderful house again.
