We had a wonderful fall beach vacation at Susan's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is an easy walk to the beach access. The community dock is great for fishing and crabbing. There was plenty of room in the house for our family and everything was just as described in the listing. The house does have a lot of steps for anyone who might have mobility issues. Susan was a great hostess and we plan to return next year!

Booked this place for a local half Ironman triathlon. it was perfectly located between all the sites I needed to get to afford the event but also close to several restaurants and beach and downtown. exceptionally clean and cozy place, quiet and peaceful. Friendly and extremely responsive host. Will book it again next year when I come back to race. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful place, very clean. Walking distance to the beach. Quiet.

We chose the Tipsy Turtle for our annual family New YEAR beach getaway. This house was our best stay of any beachhouse we've rented. It was exactly as they stated, spacious, well decorated and clean. it felt like home immediately. the grand kids enjoyed every minute. The host and co-host stayed in communications immediately when we asked any questions. This home and the host have ruined us for all other host. We have already booked our next stay and can't wait to go back

Perfect place for our yearly beach vacation! It had everything we needed. The beach wagon was a game changer and we also really appreciated the beach chairs and outdoor shower. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to cook our own meals when we weren’t eating out. The home is within easy walking distance to the beach and the area was very peaceful. We never heard any neighbors and felt very safe. This is a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking to enjoy the Surf City area of Topsail Island! We enjoyed walking the pier and also found many shark teeth down at the beach!

This is a beautiful area. There is beach on the one side and a quiet sound on the other. Loved all of the natural beauty. Thanks!

A Very nice place to spend the weekend with your family Ocean view was perfect

2nd time staying here... we had a wonderful time. Everything was nice and clean. Couch is so comfy and great entertaining area with that and and kitchen all together. Check in was easy, easy access to the beach and restaurants. Melissa recommended a new restaurant, but we didn't have time to check it out, next time. Really enjoyed our girls weekend! The condo is on the back side of the property so it really is a quiet area. Easy to get to the condo since it's an end unit. Makes it easy to unload. The spare bath has a handheld shower head which is nice! Thanks for including travel bath products in case any were forgotten. Can't wait to come back!

The listing does not do this condo justice. Its more beautiful in person, walk across the parking lot to the beach, so close for things to do, and the hosts were SO HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE.

We had a great escape from NYC at Alicia’s place. We lived on the beach and terrace! Alicia was super responsive to a few questions I had. My boys loved the loft space. We come to Topsail a lot but never stayed at the beach. Was so worth it. Surf lessons, Serenity Point, NY Conner Deli, Island Delights and Topsail Steamer were our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

This was an incredible find! We had to come to Surf City for a brief overnight trip, but wanted something beachfront to enjoy the scenery. It was AMAZING to have the beachfront deck and quick access to the beach next door! We want to visit again during the summer to enjoy this wonderful house again.

Great location. Plenty of room. A/C worked great. Brenda was so helpful and responds so quickly. Would stay there again😀
