A lovely property, home from home and the host was so informative and answered any questions I had. The location was perfect for our needs and very quiet. The welcome hamper was really nice and attention to detail in all areas was very evident with nice touch’s and fragrances made the home feel clean and comfortable. Pool table and games consoles make it a stand out location for all ages to enjoy when in the house. Heating was great though the house as we had some very cold days on our stay. Hot tub and gardens well presented too and not over looked. We collectively as a family have said we will return to this property next year in the warmer months for a longer stay. Anyone reading this post then rest assured you will have a lovely stay in this property that you can relax and enjoy your time. 5 star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thankyou. Mr Anderson.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The house was lovely. My teenage son most enjoyed the big tv on the wall. It’s walkable to the town so we ate out there. We were able to spend the day with our daughter before dropping her off at university.

Lovely spacious period property which is in a great location. Close to train station and Lancaster center. Situated on a quiet street with parking and parking permit supplied by host. Contact with the host was faultless throughout our stay. I would definitely return if in the area again.

Great location for a quick walk into the city, convenient for a gig at the Academy. Practical house with thoughtful amenities such as breakfast, snacks, and milk provided, and a comfortable bed. Ali is a great host, excellent communication, overall a perfect place for what we needed!

We had the most fantastic stay at Alison’s place! There is nothing that could be faulted. Alison is a friendly and warm host, provided clear instructions for us prior to arriving at the apartment and went the extra mile to buy us bread and left other food bits/ drinks with compliments. She truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was cosy and clean, and we would definitely stay there again! Our pup Archie loved it too, so it was a win for everyone!

Darren and Matt were both extremely accommodating and the apartment couldn't have been better. The location was perfect, plenty of space in the apartment and a nice balcony to sit out on as well! If I was to stay in Leeds again, I would 100% book this apartment again.

Would 1000 percent recommend if you want to just chill or a romantic breakaway , absolutely spotless , we got a anniversary package and it was stunning , so pleased amazing for the price , amazing host , very friendly and helpful , jaccuzi with the tv amazing touch, and the sauna amazing ! Had the best night away will definitely be back

From booking right through to check out communication was great. Incredibly detailed and clear instructions provided and regular checks were made to see that there were no issues. The apartment was spotless, incredible views and some lovely extra touches/treats provided (which were very much appreciated - thank you!). Highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location in the centre of Preston. The apartment was very well presented and had everything we needed, including milk and pastries. The bedrooms are a good size, very comfortable beds and handy having 2 bathrooms. Andrew was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It had everything we needed while spending time with our son and his family nearby … and it gave us some peace at the end of all three days! It was cosy and warm, clean and tidy … with lots of hot water … and they went ‘above and beyond’ posting back a wallet we’d left behind! It’s in a lovely street of houses … with good parking at the back. A fresher looking front door at the main entrance (and tidier bin and rubbish area would improve it immensely … if it’s under their control).

A very smart first floor apartment, overlooking Morecambe Bay, with views towards The Lakes ... beautiful! We liaised with Tom on our arrival in order to gain access (a little earlier than anticipated) and to help us figure out how to use the tv! Our host was very quick to respond to our queries. This was our first visit to Morecambe and it certainly won't be our last. There is a vast, stunning beach and many shops and eateries to enjoy. Whilst we visited 'out of season' some shops and facilities were closed, the resort itself was quiet and peaceful, which we also appreciated. During our stay we took a train ride to the nearby historical town of Lancaster for some site seeing and retail therapy. In short, we had a wonderful time and will DEFINITELY use this facility again! Claudia’s flat was perfect for what I needed - great location and a lovely flat, exactly as described! Claudia was really helpful and responsive, I’d definitely stay again.

We had a great overnight stay here for a friends 40th. We hired a private dine in chef and it was fab. Elle couldn’t do enough for us and had a little welcome gift for us which was so unexpected but a lovely idea. The hot tub was great and the outside space would have been lovely if it was sunny, we had treatments at the house with massages and facials which was just perfect. Highly recommend and will return

A great wee find and as nice as always. Lots of eatable’s to tide you over, comfy bed and a warm room. Shower room is great too. Happy to recommend.

Carina's place was in great location, beautiful flat/apartment. It's got everything that's needed for family visits. And Grange-over-Sands is a picturesque town to live in and it is close to all the tourist attractions within Lake District.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

Had an overnight stay at David & Patricia’s place and it was exactly as described. The facilities were excellent and the hosts were brilliant and were happy to help at all times. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.
