Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

stayed here for 3 nights ,loved it...place was neat and clean .zomato,blinkit,swiggy everyone delivers. beaches are 20 mins away and the staff is very helpful. will recommend it to my friends also .

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

We absolutely loved our stay at Umravi Villa! Naman and the team were incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and a rooftop featuring a bar counter, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Special thanks to the caretaker, Sonu, who took care of everything seamlessly. His cooking was amazing, and he made us feel right at home with his humble and attentive nature.

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and so are the bathrooms. Daily cleaning of entire house and washing of the utensils was cherry on the cake . The place is about 10-15 minutes drive from Vagator and other beaches . Ample space for car parking . All in all , we enjoyed staying there .

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

The space was beautifull, clean, and well-equipped. The amenities were top-notch, and the host (Mr. Sonu) was incredibly responsive and helpful. Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

We had a great stay and Patricia a great host. The place is in a great location accessible to restaurants, beach and shopping. The host communicated through out our stay. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful holiday

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house right at Arpora Junction! The location was perfect, with easy walking access to multiple restaurants, bars, and stores. The house itself exceeded our expectations—much bigger and more stunning than the pictures suggest. The rooms were spacious, though we would have loved king-size beds in each room for extra comfort. The living room and balcony offered plenty of seating, making it ideal for our large group. A special shoutout to our caretaker, Abhishek, who truly made our stay memorable. He was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From delicious breakfasts to evening pakodas, everything was fantastic. The unlimited chai we requested was a delightful bonus! Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place for big families with kids and older folks. Would definitely stay here again!

So firstly for anyone who's going to go to goa for the first time with your friends or family. I think this place is to be as it has all the amenities that you would have at maybe a house. The place was clean and the most important is the view that you get from the balcony. This was just a all in all a great experience

loved the stay. The house is warm and has basic amenities to live. It was very clean and well kept with beautifully done internal architecture. Small but enough for 1-2 people. Quite accessible and not crowded surroundings.

We enjoyed a lot at Arcadia Villa. The host were super responsive and helpful, provided us contacts for car rentals. The best highlight is the proximity to the beach just a 5 min stroll away.

We spent 4 wonderful weeks in this apartment. The sunsets from the terrace are amazing. The flat was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Sonia and her family were very kind and helpful.

Inside, the home has a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the RO water system works perfectly, such a practical bonus and the ACs are effective. A special shoutout to Vicky who is an exceptional host - attentive and welcoming. On top of all this, it’s heartwarming to know they donate to a local orphanage contributing to a noble cause. Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Just as described. This place is peaceful and located very close to Mandrem beach. Perfect for families and small groups of 8 people. 100% recommended.

amazing stay felt like home.. the care taker Narayan is amazing and very good kind person he just treated us very kind and proivded everything wht we required on time .. he helped us with car rent and each and everything and even the cook cooked amazing food nd the place is amazing with pool and very clean flt like vintage home thank u so much for such good service... 5****👍
