We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

Exceptionally priced. I stayed here during an assignment and it is one of my preferred places in the Philly area. It’s approximately 20 minutes from downtown. Approximately 30 minutes from Delaware. The neighborhood was safe. Plenty of local food options. Not walkable you will need a car. Shower was hot and strong. Plenty of towels and washcloths! I can not stress how important this is. It’s an older home and it feels like a home. Washer and dryer worked well. I travel with 2 aussie poos and there was plenty of space for them. I wasn’t able to use the yard unattended because it’s not fenced in. Beds were super comfy.

Teresa was very flexible and cooperative. She is a great host. The location is perfect with access to all that Chestnut Hill has to offer as well as Mt Airy. I never had a problem parking. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked.

A very nice, clean and well-equipped place. Just perfect for our needs. The attention to making the place accessible, ramps, auto-lighting on the walkway, etc is wonderful! My husband at 96 was very comfortable.

Dimirtis and Kevin were kind and communicative as we negotiated some unexpected challenges - we so appreciated all they did to help us feel welcome and supported! We were dealing with our son's surgery at Penn Medical Center so the location was ideal. The apartment was clean and met our needs.

Loved this place so much! Kaitlyn was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed. Great walk to the fillmore about 10 minutes! Very clean space and simple instructions. Would definitely come back :))

wonderful apartment for our group of 4! had more amenities provided than typical airbnbs, host is very responsive and friendly providing clear instructions on how to get inside. parking was easy to manage and free which was a plus.

I just needed a place to crash during an intense 4-day class, and that’s exactly what I got. This place has pretty much everything you need, and is very practical. Not cute, but great if you just need a private space to yourself. Jae was kind and helpful!

Good space was a lil dingy but a great spot

Perfect place to stay for my two night trip. Comfortable bed, nice fireplace and had everything needed. Definitely recommend!

This property was great for our large group - we had 4 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the kids had space to run around, and the neighborhood was very kid and family friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the Airbnb and Philly in general. We will seek out George and Nicky’s place when we come back yo Philly!

Suzanna was very friendly and her dog is super sweet! Such a great deal and plenty of space. She makes sure you feel well taken care of! We will definitely stay here again

I love to stay at this location, and chose this airbnb any chance it’s available when I am traveling for work. The host goes above and beyond to take care of guests.

Great Stay ! Very Relaxing

Rea and Ed's place is lovely and in a walkable downtown area. Communication was very good. We appreciate Rea's flexibility with check in/out and stowing our luggage so we could spend the day researching our family geneology. I highly recommend this stay - we felt very comfortable at at home. Thank you Rea and Ed.

Diane was amazing! Her husband was as well. We arrived right at 4pm and had no issue with the instructions that were supplied to get into the unit. We passed the hot tub and went for the pool table first. Shortly after 5pm, due to the high winds in the area, power went out. Diane's husband came down to greet us and let us know not to hesitate to contact him if we needed anything. Our Verizon wireless service was weak, but otherwise, we did ok awaiting the power to return. Diane contacted us shortly after and kept in touch and offered various things to try to make up for something that she never could have imagined or really prepared for. But she had no issue with us using the hot tub late into the night if power returned. Fast forward to about 2am and the power finally came back on. We gave the hot tub a little time to warm up and went and enjoyed it. We got some more sleep and then even finished that last game of pool we had started the night before.

Really amazing place and host. Rohan is very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. Good price, and pretty close the Paoli station with pretty good restaurants and cafes around.

Amazing place to stay very clean and love the little signs around the apartment. The bedroom and bathroom downstairs are amazing it’s fantastic ….. By the way Jon is very responsive he respond under 7 minutes and helpful at all time. Will be staying there from now on …….

The house looks absolutely beautiful, just like the photos. Enough beds for the kids and our infant son. Both bathrooms came in handy considering there was so many of us. Airbnb never sent the check in details so we had a small set back checking in but Ben was very responsive, helpful and understanding. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with to keep them preoccupied. I had asked if they knew any fun places we could take the kids and Ben mentioned the “Please Touch” museum which we did take the kids to and they had a blast! Thank you again Ben for allowing us into your home. Hope to come back with the kids again soon!

Had an amazing stay at Zachary’s place. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed any questions I had. Hot tub was a bonus and the house was so cute. Will stay again!!

Always a great stay at any of their properties

This place is huge! Me and a classmate stayed here for 16 months while we attended grad school. It has plenty of space for both of us to study and not trip over each other. The location is great in terms of restaurants with dozens of options down 2nd Street and Market Street. The 2nd street septa line is only a 3 - 4 minute walk. There are several parking garages nearby, however you will find that parking is expensive in old city and center city. The apartment is relatively quiet at night on Sunday-Wednesday nights. Thursday night is slightly louder and then Friday and Saturday nights are loud especially in the summer. Personally, the only downsides of this apartment are that it is four flights up stars to it which was difficult for me when I moved in, but got progressively easier the longer I stayed there, and the strawberry ally can get pretty junkie with trash (however, I never felt threatened walking down the ally at anytime of night). Oh, and Eli is a great guy!
