We walked in and the Christmas tree lights were on and Christmas music was playing. It was lovely. It's a beautiful home and very cozy. Having a bedroom and full bath downstairs makes a difference for many of us (young and older) who may have trouble navigating the stairs to the second floor. This location is nice and quiet yet close to all the essentials. I spoke with Dottie before our stay and she was very nice, helpful, and informative. Thank you again Dottie! We look forward to staying again in the summer. Highly recommended!! Thank you Dave and Dottie!

Olivia’s home is outstanding! So very beautiful, pristine and comfortable. So much thought put into providing amenities for infants, which was so helpful for us traveling with two littles. The gathering areas were spacious and could accommodate plenty of people. I’m happy to know this place exists and hope to stay again sometime!

Wonderful, warm, spacious and comfortable home in a great location. Christina was super responsive and accommodating when we asked for flexibility on check in time. Lovely home, great host - we hope it will be available so we can stay there again when we return next year.

My family had a great time staying here. Very quiet and private and warm during winter storms. Host was quick to plow the snow in the driveway. The ride into town is about 20 minutes and there's a lot of wildlife on the way. We found a lot of antiques at the stores and malls around town. The beds were the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. The sectional couch was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Very cute place! Great for a small gathering with friends or family with a few kids. Things we loved: the gas fireplace, puffy blanket, and bean bag puffs made for a super cozy living room hang out place! Also love that the bathroom was upstairs with the bedrooms so no having to fumble your way down the stairs in the middle of the night to go.

The area is quiet and relaxing, yet it's about 2 minutes drive to all the stores and restaurants in the area. Nighttime was beautiful with silence all around, no traffic, and a great view of the stars. I made good use of the record player, having a collection of favorites I could bring. That was very noteworthy to me, and I can vouch for the turntable being in great shape and very good sound. Lastly, I must note that this place allowing pets made it the tops. My shiba inu, Capone, goes everywhere with me and he had a lovely time. Plenty of quiet streets to walk and a cozy couch at night. Can't say enough good things!

Close to the center of the town on Orono, and very convenient to the University of Maine. This unique guest suite/art studio was an oasis. With its large south facing windows and access to nature trails, we found this place and its hosts warm and inviting. We were there in February for a snow storm and the large windows made it feel like a snow globe! Doug & Laurie were perfect hosts offering local advice on things to do and places to go. The unit itself was warm and comfortable - hot shower, comfy bed, and simple kitchen amenities - we enjoyed a perfect stay. We will be back in the warmer weather.

The place resembles the pictures both inside and out. I grew up in New England and this is a classic duplex/ multiplex but I did not hear the neighbors at all. It was very clean and more stocked with essentials than I expected. It was clear the host put a lot of thought into things people may forget here and there. The surrounding area was very quiet overall despite being on what seems to be a main neighborhood road. There were a couple quaint general stores and a large grocery store nearby. There was also a few restaurants that seemed like they would be fairly decent. I cooked there, and the kitchen had all the basics. Others mentioned the tempurature in their reviews, and temperature was fine for March, which can be tricky in Maine that time of year when it tends to be like 25 at night and 55+ during the day.

the place was adorable, the hosts were wonderful, and it was a very compact yet comfortable little place. i would 10/10 recommend this bnb!

Eric’s place was everything we needed for a nights stay in Bangor! The couch and bed were super comfortable, and heat pump kept everything at a great temperature. Thank you Eric, we will definitely stay again!

John’s place was absolutely lovely! It was completely spotless and the apartment was beautiful, from decor to the high ceilings and open spaces. He was super helpful and descriptive and we easily found the location and got in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be rebooking when we are staying in the area again!
