Place was great. Very clean and whenever we asked questions or needed anything, owner was on it. Would recommend.

Host was great. Pool area is great and pool is large. We pulled a trailer and had an extra graveled area to park it. Had dock for launching kayaks into lagoon. Could also launch a boat. Little covered gazebo and place for grilling beside lagoon. Air conditioner worked very well in the extreme heat of summer.

We just had an outstanding stay at Vincent's place! The place was the perfect size for our needs and a wonderful place to unwind after a long day out in Pensacola. The place is 3 minute drive from downtown while still being very private and away from the hustle and bustle (the private patio helps out a lot with that!) And Vincent did a fantastic job communicating updates and answering any questions we had. Would love to stay here again the next time we're in Pensacola!

Our weekend mini stay was amazing the place was spacious Kevin and mimi were very responsive to any enquiry made ,we enjoyed our stay the view . The one miss out is the socket behind the counter were not working so we had to move microwave around,no toiletries provided but we will definitely come back

Great location at a solid price. Private community good for walking, but also some exciting areas close by. Great spot for a spring break trip if your looking for more space, kitchen, and pool nearby

The place was great! There is a calming bay on one side and the beach on the other. There are two public beach entrances. We found one down the left side a bit of a walk, but there was also one in the right that was closer. Brian does supply some beach essentials like chairs and shovels and pails which are in a lock box where you park. We did have to ask how to access those items. The grill on the deck is nice, it’s a Traeger with wood pellets, so you may have to check out how to use it- we did-haha! Overall, great stay and a 5 minute drive to the main area. Our goldendoodle enjoyed her stay as well! Thanks, Brian!

This house is fantastic—spotlessly clean and spacious. It exudes a perfect beach and California vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home is equipped with all the amenities you could need. I’ll definitely book again when I’m back in town. Such a great place to stay! It was so close to Navarre Beach attractions and amenities. Cat was a wonderful host, very thoughtful, flexible, and responsive. This place was spacious, clean and inviting. Would stay here again!

LOVE THIS!! Hosts responded in less than 25 minutes. Bedrooms were neat and tidy, the bathrooms were overly abundant with towels😍. They have a washer and dryer which is perfect for “on the go” families. Everything was welcoming and modern. The remotes and tvs in every room was a great addition! There’s a grill and table outside- perfect for family cookout! Will definitely book in the upcoming future.

Awesome stay we’re thinking about going back next year. There is a military base and two Air Force bases close by and you can hear them practicing in the day and see them fly by. This place is worth every penny! Very clean host was really friendly and told us about some great places to go. If you have any questions for him he responds 10 minutes or less. Very friendly people.

No detail was left out of this property's intent and every facet of the lifestyle has been captured. Your first couple of hours are spent exploring while your excitement builds as you realize the heavenly playground available to you. Carmella assumed a grest deal of care to cater to all who may enter. Our weekend here was surreal. Carmella was quick to cummunicate and willing to help with any questions. If you are questioning the cost, Dont! Its worth every single penny! This will be my favorite place to play and to get away! From the automated mood lighting, to the availability of every toy you could ever want, this place is a kinksters dream! Carmella you are amazing!

Wonderful stay, everyone was comfortable, the game room was a plus for the children. Everything was nice and organized. We will look forward to staying here again when we are in town

The mattress cover was torn on the main bed when we arrived, so we left another cover. The outside of the fridge could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms were great. We loved the covered parking because of its convenience and protection as there was a storm with strong winds one night. The dog walking area around the condo is very limited. We loved watching all of the sweet families enjoying the beach and pool from our private balcony. Overall, we had a very lovely stay.

Really enjoyed staying here. My family and I felt right at home from the first night! I also LOVE that they had a Roku and fire stick so you could still catch up on your favorite streaming shows/movies. The balcony had 4 chairs which was a plus because everyone could sit and enjoy the sound and view of the ocean during sunrise and sunset. All in all, I would definitely stay here again

We will definitely book here again. Very easy access to beautiful beaches and the pool was refreshing and clean!! The rooms were a good size and the living room area is actually bigger in person than the photo show. We enjoyed the balcony views ! Super clean place, don’t have any complaints!

My family and I stayed at this condo over 4th of July weekend. The condo was great. We loved the view and location. It has perfect and convenient beach access! Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very family friendly. Our only complaint was the up stairs neighbors (which is not the hosts fault), but they were so loud it was hard for anyone to sleep. I didn’t love the front bedroom which has a window looking out to the outside hallway, it would have helped to have black out curtains to make it easier for kids to sleep, the outside hall light is pretty bright at night time. Overall, my family had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay! Condo is nice and pool was great to relax in after a long day on the beach. The condo isn’t on the beach but it’s just a short walk down the road! We had a great time!

Everything about Kama’s place was great. Checkin and checkout were very easy. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 6. The location was amazing. The pool was literally right outside the door and the walkway to the beach was about 5 steps away. Ft. Walton Beach and the pool were both beautiful and provided such a relaxing vacation. You cannot go wrong with this unit. I will definitely consider it again.

Great location! Backs up right to the beach with a great view. Loved being able to have breakfast at the table out on the balcony while looking at the beach. Really appreciated that the host was open to large dogs!
