Location was amazing. Felt at home immediately. Yesenia was an absolutely wonderful host! We have found our new yearly vacation spot!!

The place was great. My wife and I can not wait to come back. Yavonne was great also. We could not have been more pleased. Consider this a 10+

We traveled here for our wedding with a total of 9 people. The wedding date changed last minute and Karuna was very flexible and helpful to help accommodate that. The property was very nice and the kids loved that the beach & pool were so accessible. The condo had all the necessary amenities. Wonderful place to stay!

We had the most wonderful week there! Everything was exactly as listed!!! The hosts were amazing and so responsive with any questions we had! Everythinb was so easy, family friendly resort, and we truly just had the best time! We cannot wait to go back again!! We are so grateful!!!!

Tim was super helpful! We arrived way earlier than expected and he allowed us to enter the home early and even allowed us to re-enter after checkout when one of our friend’s left her backpack inside. Tim was a great communicator, the home was stunning and had a ton of things to help you enjoy your weekend like beach towels, an abundance of bathroom towels, kitchen utensils, games, movies, etc. If I ever visit Destin again, I look forward to seeing if Tim’s home is available.

Great house in a nice location just a few houses in from the beach! Huge bedrooms and loads of room for a big group. Having the private pool was great for the kids too.

We enjoyed every second of our stay! The house is gorgeous and such an amazing place for families! We will definitely be back!

This property matched the photos perfectly. Enough parking for five cars. Host was super friendly and helpful with anything with all my questions. She responded in a timely manner also. Her golf carts were a plus. There’s plenty to do from within the community, to everything else a short drive away. All in all it’s a 10 out of ten and will definitely be staying again

Jan was an excellent host. She communicated regularly and thoroughly throughout the entire process. The information book was the best I've seen! The house is beautiful; tastefully decorated and well-stocked The pool and hot tub was warm and inviting. The house has two living areas, both with large flatscreen TVs. We really enjoyed the golf cart and would recommend renting it. It was worth every penny. the neighborhood is beautiful with a great clubhouse, pool, workout room, hot tub, and theater. The beach is only five minutes - easy walking or driving distance. There are numerous beachfront restaurants and lots of shopping and restaurants on highway 98. We also found several good music venues. Destin is a great place to stay with the most beautiful beaches in Florida. It does get chilly in November and beyond but still warm enough for walks on the beach and outdoor dining. We highly recommend this home.

This was my first time doing business with Newman-Dailey and I would definitely do it again. Their listings are everything and the property looks as it does in the pictures. I actually shared their information with a coworker who is booking through them as well. The only thing was there was a fishy smell coming from the garbage disposal but I was able to pour some bleach down the sink and run the disposal to get the smell out. Me and my family enjoyed our time, we will be back. And the neighbors were amazing as well. Thank you for your hospitality

Good location and an easy walk to the beach. Check-in was straight forward and was provided clear instructions. Host was very responsive. The place was clean and appliances appear to be brand new.

This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores As soon as we walked in the door it felt like home. From the amazing condo to the great local restaurants our stay was absolutely amazing! We can not wait for our next visit here the condo was very clean had everything we needed plus to have all of the extra beach supplies was a huge plus

I will be 100% returning not only to Destin, but to this specific Airbnb. The location was ideal. The resort itself was absolutely fabulous, the pool (my favorite), the restaurant, outdoor bar, tennis and basketball courts, all the amenities, incredible. Everything is so well maintained. The Airbnb itself was perfect. It was clean, modern, updated features. Everything from the bedding to the wall decor was just a really great vibe. The host was incredibly responsive. I’d like to say that all my problems were handled, but we had zero problems. However, anytime I messaged about anything, questions or whatever, I received a response promptly. Very friendly and helpful. I highly highly recommend. I’ll be returning for sure!!!

Patty was responsive and gave clear instructions. Check in process was smooth and condo was everything you see on pics and the pool and beach access was great. Has a little tiki bar right off the beach. Awesome. The back porch restaurant next door was great and donut hole was yummy! Tons of food and shopping near by. Definitely recommend.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness. Pictures matched our experience. When we needed something and texted, the response was handled immediately. Wow! Will stay again!

We had a great time at the condo. Loved sitting out on the baloncy to watch and listen to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is spacious and provides everything you need for your home away from home. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks John for sharing the place with us and will recommend to family and friends.

Two things that are most important about where I stay are cleanliness and location. Joe Joe’s place was very clean…felt like home. He was very easy to communicate with. The location was PERFECT!!! We had preteens and toddlers. The older two could get around easily and have their own fun with others their age. The younger two who required more supervision also thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The adults were comfortable and pleased with this choice. Very convenient to all things. HAPPY spring break for all. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.
