A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

We booked a last minute visit to Pensacola to see our daughter and we were happy to find this place in such short notice. It’s a cute house and had everything we needed for a few days. They even had some beach gear for use too.

This place was just really great! It was so uniquely decorated, and Tacos El Fluffy was such a fun part. Staying here was the highlight of our trip, we loved it so much! Also some of the friendliest hosts we’ve seen. We loved meeting you Geo!

Amazing place for large family gatherings. Ample space and amenities within the home. 2 mins walk to the beach as well. Everything is as described on the website. The instructions were clear and very comprehensive, so there were no issues. Michael was also very proactive with text messages and checking in from time to time. Great Host. We really enjoyed staying there and had a fun filled thanksgiving week with all our extended family. While we did not use the grill, although we intended to, perhaps that could have been cleaned better. The outdoor sports equipment, especially the pool table may need some TLC.

Stay was excellent spacious, clean, and tidy. We will be back!

Great middle point between down town Pensacola and Perdido Beach. House sits back off the road which is nice, it's not very busy but more of a main road for the neighborhood. House was clean with cool vintage posters and decorations. Most importantly pet friendly the hardest part of traveling is finding places that let you bring your dogs with out exploiting you for every last penny. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in the area.

We had an awesome weekend. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed and some things we didn't realize that we needed. The decor was very warm and added to the comfort. This location was a short drive to the Pensacola Bay Center and multiple restaurants and attractions. We indulged in multiple restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. Our pool day was very relaxing and peaceful. Overall we Loved It!!! We are planning to return with a larger group next visit. Thank you Michelle and James for the Awesome weekend! ❤️

Loved this river house. We are local and this was a weekend staycation to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately it did rain all weekend but that didn’t take away from the family time and just a relaxing getaway we needed from everyday life. I can only imagine how fun this place is in the summer. It’s cute, cozy and really the perfect place to be outdoors the majority of your stay. We also met a sweet neighbor kitty we enjoyed having around. Quiet community, highly recommend!

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

This was our third time staying here. We love it! Everything is so clean. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We love the extras. Soft towels, comfy pillows and full size refrigerator. We'll be back!

Great place to stay, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

Dan was an absolutely excellent host! His home was squeaky clean and smelled wonderful, he has the entire home decorated so beautifully and it really felt like a beach house and also felt like a cozy home and we felt so comfortable and had an amazing stay here. The beds were clean and so comfortable and there were so many items made available to us that we didn't even expect, Dan was very quick with his responses and had great communication and was always able to assist whenever needed. This home made our stay so so so wonderful we hope to be able to do it again soon! This home was worth every penny! Thank you so much for everything Dan!

We had a soccer tournament in Foley. We liked the quiet area that Karen's place provided, yet we were still only about 15 minutes from the soccer fields. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Diane’s retreat by the sea was perrfect for us for a long weekend at the beach. Its a super close walk right to the waves and is nice and secluded on the end of ft. Walton beach. A bit small but more than enough room for just two people. There is even extra beach chairs in the closet to use. The balcony area is absolutely perfect and allows some wonderful natural light to enter the space. We loved all the cute beach decor and especially the palm tree neon light too. You can tell the condo complex is a little older, but it is well maintained. We had an exquisite time and Ms. Diane was super responsive and all instructions were very clear and easy to understand making check in and everything else a breeze. Definitely will be returning to this gem in the future. Thanks again for an incredible stay!

Very clean, looked just like the photos, great for the price, close to our destination, had a starter set of necessities. Will definitely stay again. In today’s economy everything is over priced. This was a very affordable, clean, peaceful rental.

Dave’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We loved being able to make breakfast and head down to the beach. You cannot beat the location and convenience. We took advantage of the gym which is decent for a beach destination and pickleball courts. Dave was super responsive and flexible. We will definitely return. Destin is perfect family vacation spot! For those traveling by air - we flew into MOB and drove the 2 hours to Destin…easy peasy.

Amazing place with an amazing view. I had the best time, such a good location, less than a 10 min drive to the beach and many fun different places around. definitely recommend!

Condo looked just like the pictures. Was on the second floor of a high-rise condo. Pool was pristine. Nice little beach area on the bay side. Thick concrete walls made for a quiet stay (even during spring break). The best part of this condo is how close it is to the boardwalk, the public beach and many restaurants. You can walk pretty much everywhere you want want to go in Pensacola beach from the location of the condo.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures and Diana was very responsive at all time Alison my kids really enjoyed the stay and the quick access to the beach and pool

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was the perfect size for my husband and I with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The host was so sweet to remember that I mentioned we were there to celebrate my birthday and had a sweet card and bottle of wine waiting for me at check in. So thoughtful! The condo is so adorable with beachy decor and was very clean and comfortable! Perfect size place for a couple or small family.

Perfect place for a quick getaway. Owners were also very quick to respond to questions. When we come back and it’s just my wife and I this is where we will stay.
