Brilliant location for St Ives. The hill was no problem, nor was parking in the car park along the road (£10.50 per day). Our girls (8 and 11) loved their room and my wife and I felt the same about ours. Super comfy bed and lovely view. Also great to be able to wash and tumble dry our clothes. Highly recommend this brilliant apartment and will definitely be staying again.

Our second stay in this two story beachside apartment and we extended our trip this time. Perfect for small families wanting a cosy stay with a short walk down to the beach each day to run off energetic little ones. All you need in the space which is well equipped and a peaceful place to be and people watch from the fantastic window spot in the kitchen/sofa space. Owners are lovely and really responsive. We have had two wonderful holidays here. Thank you!

The location and the friendly and clean flat stood out. It was a last-minute trip and glad I picked up Elaine's place. Great location, view, comes with a parking place and a walk-in distance from the beach and centre of St. Ives. We would have extended our stay, if it was not booked. We will definitely be back soon :)

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

Fantastic studio very spacious and well decorated. Location was fab with full sea views no need to use a car ! The studio was well equipped for chilled evenings in with a view, bathroom was pristine slipper bath amazing ! Paul was a great host very responsive. Definitely be back !

Mike you’re awesome, property is great with a wonderful view. Mike keeps it super clean and has provided what you could need to have a great stay. The beach view and waking up to the sound of the waves is priceless. Total gem

The property is terrific and located in a particularly lovely part of the world. Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to local amenities, stores, and restaurants (also entirely walkable, though you may have to deal with lots of traffic and roundabouts depending where you are headed). On the couple of occasions when I did reach out to Lizzy and Scott, they responded quickly and completely. Everything in the property was as described or better, especially including the comfortable sun room and the huge back garden. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

This is an amazing location, price and friendly host, have used before and every time we are down that way will use again. Sarah is so helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. If you want a great location and price do not bother looking anywhere else

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Had such a lovely stay. Hosts were so friendly and came and introduced themselves and made us feel right at home. Fantastic location for lusty glaze. Lovely air bnb, everything you need! Will be back! Thank you ☺️

Danielle and Marc are great communicators and were available via phone/text should i needed them. The annex is lovely and cosy with all you need for a short break, i look forward to being back down again either end of the year or early next year and hope they have availability.. will recommend them to family and friends

We had a wonderful holiday in the perfect location. From Ocean’s Edge, perched above the glorious Smugglers’ cove, the views are outstanding. All necessities are provided plus a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We look forward to returning!

Lovely base for a weekend in Newquay. The house is in a great location. Plenty of space for our group of four, comfortable beds and big communal areas downstairs. We didn't use the garden much but it's a nice space and great to have the option. There was a small issue with the flush in the downstairs toilet, but we weren't home a lot so it didn't really affect our stay too much. Ellie was very responsive and helpful in trying to resolve it. We would definitely stay here again!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Maritas place was perfect for our short stay in Porthtowen! It’s a beautiful little place with an amazing view of the sea! We let felt at home straight away! The stairs up to the bedroom are very steep so wouldn’t be ideal for less able bodied people but was fine for us and the place had everything we needed! A well stocked kitchen was really nice to have! We spent many evenings out on the balcony eating or playing games in view of the sea as the sun set, which was really special!

I'm so glad to have been able to stay here! It honestly was one of the most amazing properties ever, I was saying to my now fiance and my parents how I'd love to move in. The scenery was stunning, the decor with the plants was beautiful and you could barely hear the noise from outside. A few bits in the kitchen weren't properly washed but we cleaned up what we needed to use, not the end of the world! I definately plan to stay here again as it was in such a perfect location. I highly recommend a meal at the Boathouse a few minutes away from the property, and keep an eye on your spends at the arcade. Oh my god I'm sure I could've got a mortgage out with the amount we spent! Good time and lots of smiles around. I hope you find this advice helpful and have a wonderful time in Newquay :)

The strong WiFi was also a huge plus—super reliable and fast. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

Excellent seaside stay. The apartment; cozy and nicely finished. The location; perfect walking distance to fistral beach. The setup; lovely and clean with good WiFi, perfect for remote working. Great setup for a pet also. Extra mile with treats for humans and K9’s alike on arrival which was a classy touch. Parking easy and plentiful which is at a premium in Newquay. Would recommend.

We had an amazing midweek stay, thought it was very good value, even out of summer holidays loads to do and open your door and you’re overlooking the beach. Apartment was spotless and even on the rainy days we loved just using the boardgames and enjoying the comfort! Very friendly and helpful hosts, hopefully we can stay again!!
