We stayed in the Melyn cottage, it was so lovely and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring different parts of Cornwall. Sue was a fantastic host and explained everything before we arrived, we were even greeted by a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely surprise! We all loved it and would definitely stay again! :)

We have just had the best week at Bowjey Hill. Adam was very friendly and showed us around the property when we arrived and made lots of local recommendations which helped us plan for the week. We visited a lot of the recommendations and they did not disappoint. The property is beautiful and spacious and there was nothing more we could have asked for. The kitchen has all the cook books you can imagine, along with with all the equipment needed. So we had some evenings in the property cooking and playing games which were found in the cupboard. The house is decorated beautifully and feels like a home away from home. The garden is a great space for the family, unfortunately we didn’t use the pizza oven but the area in the garden was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. Adam brought coal for the bbq and said he’d bring any wood etc around if needed for the fire. Loved our stay and would recommend the host and property. Once parked up we just walked, got the bus or train. Very easy.

This was our second stay and, like the first, it didn't disappoint. The views, the Lodge itself and the hot tub all make for a perfect, peaceful weekend retreat. Caroline is a fantastic, friendly and responsive host who communicates quickly.

Just back from a mini break at Shell Cottage. So often you stay at places that are furnished with odds and ends but Shell Cottage was beautiful. Lovely furniture, accessories, bedding and everything you could need for a break. It also has Netflix for dark winter evenings. The parking is in front of the property. It’s a beautiful location, very quiet with just the sound of the owl hooting. It’s a great spot for visiting Falmouth and the surrounding area. Shelley was great to deal with, really prompt in her responses and allowed us to check in and out with flexibility. We will definitely be staying at Shell Cottage again! Many thanks.

The house was amazing,ample space for 2 families getting together-never seen such a massive tv in our lives so watching a film was like being in a cinema! Kitchen fully equipped and lots of kitchen towels provided which we had forgotten to bring! Bathrooms and toilets were spotless and lots of loo roll provided too (a bug bear of mine when you only have 1 for your entire stay so have to make a mad dash to a shop as your first outing)! Location wise it was perfect,sea views,plenty of parking,short walk to the train station 3 mins away from st Ives,games provided (tho we are in to monopoly at the Mo and brought our own for some epic games nights)! Tesco a short drive away too which was handy if needed! All in all a fantastic stay-both hosts were super responsive too and should we have had any issues im sure would have been able to help quickly!

We booked a 1 night stay as we are locals for a 16th birthday celebration which happened to be during the latest storm! I was offered to rearrange for another weekend which was lovely, we didn’t and we had the best time! The tent survived the storm, the hot tub was piping and the fire was cosy. Lovely extra touches of hot water bottles which came in handy! Beautiful peaceful surrounding despite the howling wind! Will recommend and be back. Thank you

We had the most amazing week in St Ives staying in this beautiful homely house. The view from the kitchen diner is absolutely stunning. The house is on a fairly busy road but the buses and traffic were not an issue - it was so easy to either get a bus, train or walk everywhere from the house. The 2 car parking spaces were brilliant (if a bit tight for a larger car) but we found we really didn’t need or want to use the cars. The location is fabulous for access to the town and beaches. The house is brilliantly stocked with everything you might want in a kitchen and was immaculately clean. Lovely towels and bedding with comfy beds. Amazing extras were really appreciated like the welcome food basket and spades/windbreaks in the garage. We also loved the hot tub. Can’t fault the house at all, we loved it!

Lovely little place to stay for a weekend with the other half. Only 15 mins drive away from the beach

What a fantastic long weekend. Karen's place is lovely, the place had everything you needed for your stay, was clean & tidy. The location was fantastic easy access to many different locations to many beaches and lovely walks. Karen was fantastic host, very responsive, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, along with her resident animals it was perfect! Highly recommend and will be returning!

Amazing place to stay for one night. Will be back for sure. Even provided food for breakfast which was gratefully received as we had to rush off quite early.

Robyn's place was warm, cosy and comfortable. She made us feel at home and had lit the wood burner for our arrival. Lovely cottage in the heart of Porthleven. Luckily we managed to park for free the entire stay , thanks to Robyns instructions. Excellent.

Had a lovely stay, the accommodation was everything we expected. Very good location which made exploring Falmouth and surrounding areas very easy. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back

We had a wonderful few days staying at April cottage with our in-laws and children. The cottage was just lovely, the beds comfy, the rooms very spacious and in a lovely location oh and the softest fluffy towels ever! Perfect for a nice warm shower at the end of the day to relax! Very close to the train station for a quick trip down to carbis bay beach and then into st Ives. Also close for a quick drive to Penzance. Our children had a great stay too, they loved the cottage and had a great time with everything really close. Would absolutely recommend April Cottage! Thank you!

Sarah’s place was a lovely getaway from civilisation for the weekend. My children and dog absolutely adored their stay and found it a very wholesome weekend! Close to local towns and supermarkets and board games to play! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay! And definitely will visit again.

We had a great stay, and Mike was the perfect host. Oh and the beach and coastline at Porthtowan are beautiful!

Emily's place is in a very quiet location with parking available straight outside. Very pleased with the layout of the cottage. Downstairs is a spacious kitchen with everything we needed and a bathroom which has a lovely hot shower and heated towel rail. Upstairs is the bedroom as well as a separate lounge/dining area which is excellent. Small fenced in patio area at front of cottage made the stay safe for our little dog. Local spar shop, off licence, charity shop and pub within easy walking distance. Will certainly return again.

A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

Home from home shower is really powerful and plenty of hot water for us all. Host is very helpful on texts with all the info place is clean and beds are comfortable 10mins drive to main beach Perranporth which has lots of shops restaurants cafes and bars will definitely return

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

A lovely location for me and my family. Bar and restaurant up the road had friendly staff and good food. The house came with tennis equipment we could borrow for the courts, a very informative welcome book with lots of recommendations on things to do. Very clean, very good price and very welcoming. Didn’t require any help from Michele but I felt that i could go to her if any problems did arise. Received welcoming messages and reassurance on check in day from Michele. Can’t fault it in anyway :)

Great accommodation close to everything in Cornwall - from an hour from lands end to just 15 min to Padstow and 40 min to Tintagel. It was very central. The resort had lot of amenities, very pet friendly and also lot space for kids to run around and play. Overall a great stay

Een degelijk, gezellig vakantiehuisje op een rustig park. Mooie wandelroute van ruim een half uur naar het strand, waar een gezellige beachvibe hangt. We zouden zó weer gaan. Jan is ook heel vriendelijk.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at John and Karen’s house! The house was very spacious, with two large bedrooms and a large living / dining space plus kitchen which had absolutely everything you could need for cooking. And the outdoor areas were lovely, green and relaxing. I cannot recommend this place more. They also give very good directions, so even though the house doesn’t have a number we were able to find it in the dark when we arrived. You’re less than 10 minutes driving from supermarkets like Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s. And to shop local we went to the lovely stores in Newlyn, a town 5min away. Mousehole overall is a lovely little village and we loved the restaurants the owners recommend. It’s also quite easy to get around by car to visit the area. All in all a wonderful stay, would 100% come back if we’re ever in Cornwall again. Thank you for a lovely and memorable holiday!
