Great central location and a beautiful apartment.

We stayed at Vanessa’s to walk the St. Michael’s Way from Lelant to Marazion. The property was perfect for our needs, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen/living area was perfect for an evening cuppa and very well equipped. It was peaceful and had great views. St. Ives is a fabulous place, with amazing beaches (great for cold water swimming in Feb!). We loved the Thai restaurant (recommended by Vanessa - thank you!) and The Sloop Inn (c1312) was a lovely ‘real’ pub with a great atmosphere. Second time staying here on a short break. Laura is a great host, very responsive and always friendly. Apartment is perfectly clean, warm and in a great quiet location with an easy short walk to the beach. 5 minute drive into Falmouth for shops, restaurants. Thanks Laura for the welcome goodies, always appreciated after a long drive.

Absolutely stunning apartment right in the heart of St Ives, stunning views from the balcony. Very spacious, clean and tidy with everything that you would need. Elaine was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a lovely stay! Apartment is just by the beach and on the same street as all the shops - fantastic location! Getting to the car park and in and out of town is generally very tricky but follow maps and Pauls instructions! Highly recommend and we would definitely come back :)

Sara’s place was great and perfect for our one night stay in Falmouth. Sara and Ginny were excellent with communication prior to our stay and everything was clean, tidy and as described.

Absolutely loved my stay here, it just made the perfect stay, the apartment was just lovely, very spacious, clean and extremely quiet in a lovely area, within walking distance of my favourite beach Carbis Bay and the stunning St Ives just down the road!! Thank you so much for having us!! 😀

Great place for long stays. Has all the amenities you could want. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere convenient to stay in Truro.

We had a delightful stay at Steven’s cozy home. It was snug and quiet (apart from a few morning wake-up calls courtesy of seagulls, which is normal in seaside locations) and we loved the spaciousness and having two floors, after a few cramped hotel rooms in the London area. Penzance offered interesting pubs (the Turk’s Head and Admiral Benbow especially) and a range of restaurants (the Artist Residence and 45 Queen Street stood out) as well as being within reach of many other fascinating locations (St Michael’s Mount - island with castle - being very close). Steven was responsive and an excellent host :)

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

Sharon went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas week was warm, cosy and full of treats and sparkle! The place was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, thank you so much. Our Springer also loved it there, plenty of local places to walk the dog too.

This was an ideal home base for a family trip to St Ives and the surrounding area. The house was well equipped for young children and dogs. It's a 5 minute walk to the train which takes you to the beach or the centre of St Ives. Overall ideal for a situation where you want space for children and dogs to roam wild while you get ready in the morning and again to unwind at the end of the day with convient access to numerous beaches and other sites in the area.

Loved our stay at Nick & Claire’s house with its beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed cooking & dining in the expansive kitchen diner as well as outdoors in the delightful BBQ area. We were delighted at the tray of welcome goodies we were left & appreciated the folder of helpful advice. In the evenings when the weather was sometimes a little chilly we had a cosy warm log fire in one of the cottage rooms. Everybody enjoyed the local beaches especially Gwithian with Body Boarding & Surfing a favourite. Occasionally there were things we couldn’t find or we needed - Nick & Claire were extremely quick to respond & sort out any issues or provide us with things we requested. Our 10 days were greatly enjoyed by all including the additional four ‘early 20s’ young people we had with us who just loved their stay. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. So comfortable, clean, well presented home. yummy scones waiting for us, and a little milk which meant I could have a tea first thing in the morning! There were also dog bowls and a dental stick waiting for our pup. The addition of flowers in the house made it feel so homely and everything was so comfy. Watching the surfing from the balcony was a real highlight. Also, Marita is the ideal host! So responsive and friendly :-) We cant wait to stay again- everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was friendly and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Close by is a pub serving good food and a supermarket if you need supplies. The location allows for easy exploration of this part of Cornwall. We would like to thank Sue for the complementary prosecco, scones, jam and clotted cream and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a great half term break. The accommodation was clean, bright, fresh and had everything we needed. Perfect location. We would definitely recommend !

Martha’s place is very nice a cozy. Local to the town as well as out of the way so you feel some seclusion. The apartment was clean and tidy with clear instructions with a handy welcome booklet. Handy free parking space which helped massively. Martha was very friendly and responsive and was a delightful stay. Finding the apartment was not very easy. I struggled with the instructions but found it eventually. It could do with some lighting outside to help navigate the steps but my phone torch worked just as well. I really enjoyed my stay as did my dog was really nice with plenty to do within walking distance and short driving distance lots of dog friendly beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Highly recommend this accommodation. 5 mind walk to Gylly beach & 10 mins from Falmouth centre. Comfy beds, great shower & great facilities in kitchen

A beautiful little spot in an absolutely stunning location - a short walk to the beach and cafes and bars of Porthtowan. The Annex is really clean and cosy with everything you need for a mini break. We’ll be back!

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views across Newlyn. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. The car parking space was great and a rare find in Newlyn. Penny was super responsive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation and definitely return.

staying here is right next to St Michael's Mount and is perfectly situated for exploring Cornwall. Sharon and Bill are great hosts and go the extra mile to welcome and cater for their guests, the nice touch of local biscuits and milk for tea was a pleasant surprise. A lovely apartment with everything you need. highly recommended!
